A slice of honey cake. I've never had honey cake before. It was absolutely delicious. I will definitely get it again.

I just love this bakery. I come whenever I'm in the area. Today I purchased a baguette, a chocolate scone, and a slice of honey cake. All three are delicious! Everyone who works here is super friendly too. Pro tip: Join their rewards program. I got today's piece of honey cake free!

My first time visiting. It's 2:45pm. Looking pretty sad as almosy everything is gone and more like a leftover not choices. Took The last jalapeño sourdough, standard last focaccia, okay 1 croissant, looking pretty but sad and dry 1 orange berry scone, this one is the best from all 1 pistachio snail? Dry Parking is a nightmare as its next to starbuck drive trough. Not satisfied with my first visit. It's late. Next time, I will definitely come early so I can see the full pastries display and get the freshly baked goods.

3/28/26 We discovered this new bakery while in the area and stopped in. This is such a cute artisan bakery for your pastry or sourdough needs! The decor is so cute with plenty of seating available. The service was so friendly and helpful. We got a variety of breads and pastries.

If you think you've had great tiramisu before think again. Tiramisu ftom Crust bakery completely exceeded my expectation. It's perfectly balanced. Not overly sweet, incredibly light and delicious. You can tell everything is made with high quality ingredients and a little of care. If you anywhere near Crust Artisan bakery do yourself a favor and ordee it. I already can't wait to go back to get more

Been here a few times and whatever I get, it is delicious. I have never been disappointed. I have tried their breads, a few cruffins, mini croissant, chocolate chip cookie and some danish. I don't like overly sweet pastries and this place is just about right. It has a subtle sweetness to it and never overly sweet. If you are in the area check them out. Definitely recommend.

Walk in and the man who took my order was able to explain the menu to me and ask general questions like if I wanted it hot or cold. Also explained the sides to me. Offered to bring my food to my table. Other customers were giving him a hard time on Mothers Day saying that this business wasn't prepared for this Historical holiday laughing. He was calm under pressure and said they were very busy selling lots of items today. My sandwich came out in a timely manner and I sat there enjoying my meal. Those fries could have been a little more crunch to them but over all I enjoyed my sandwich and fries. While I was sitting there enjoying my food a lady came in asked for a pizza and I could see her smile when she opened up the box. She didn't take a slice but she peeked before she left. She requested ranch and they said they don't have that. She also asked about ordering online and the other man who took her order talked to her very professional with lots of eye contact. I also saw a woman appear from the back but no interaction with customers. Over all the two men gave calm and strong communications with different types of customers. I'll definitely go back and try the fried chicken sandwich next time. 10th of May 2026

I am extremely grateful to Yelp for introducing this business to me earlier this year. I wanted to return to Crust after my first time trying it, but it was a hard ask for myself to drive across the Valley for one bakery. Well, my friends heard my prayers and moved to Burbank so I had the perfect excuse to stop by Crust once again. My friends loved the box of pastries I picked up for them. I think anyone would be pleased to receive a box of goodies from here. I know I would be! Perhaps I need more Eastern European/Slavic cuisine in my life, but the hand pies I tried here were life-changing, eye-opening, and revolutionary. These pies have such a luscious bread crust, so perfectly chewy. I haven't had these baked goods not fresh, so I can't speak to how well they keep, but they are so good fresh that you should just eat them as soon as you can. Sweet or savory, they do it well. The classic Cruffin converted me to how wonderful custard can be. I have also enjoyed the Nutella Cruffin here, but I cannot recommend the classic Cruffin enough. The chocolate pear pastry also lingers in my mind. I love pear, and I'm surprised I didn't realize sooner. Pear is an amazing fruit. This is a bakery that I hope will open a location on my side of the Valley, but until then, I will have to drive to Burbank for the goods. The workers here are quite helpful, and their vibes lend the place a warm local feel, just as a good neighborhood bakery should.

Today I ordered via DoorDash my lunch at work and my dinner to Quest our tea and Bakery again That Bakery never will disappoint us I ordered again, my regular mortadella sandwich and prosciutto sandwich on baguette The bread is always so fresh and so are the cold cuts inside the sandwich

    Pistachio raspberry tirmisu

I got the pistachio raspberry tiramisu, and it is divine! You get a bit of the raspberry jam's tartness, a nice crunch from the crushed pistachio pieces on top, and the mascarpone cream is light and airy. This is a perfectly refreshing dessert for a hot day, light and creamy, and so satisfying. 100 out of 10!!!

    Note for husband

The pistachio raspberry tiramisu was so good my husband didn't survive... but honestly, he had fair warning.

We visited Crust Artisan Bakery to pick up some pastries to eat on and after our flight home. Walking in, they had a wide variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to choose from in an open, brightly lit, and inviting space. I'm not that familiar with pastry pricing in this area, but pricing seemed to be a bit on the high side (my comparison point is Seattle, which is higher COL, and these would be on the expensive side even there). Almond Croissant ($6.95) - For this croissant, the lamination seems a bit tight especially towards the top. I don't feel like they excessively overload the top with almonds so it's a bit puzzling why it compresses so much. Still, it's light and chewy, pleasing to eat. The croissant feels very heavy in weight, mainly due to the frangipane. In this case it's very smooth. It's also light colored, almost blending in with the color of the croissant. Instead of a dry paste that a lot of bakeries use, this frangipane definitely has more moisture content, although not runny in any way. I'm not sure what they add to provide this texture - it does taste kind of like egg though. The frangipane is very sweet. Due to the sweetness, it overpowers the more subtle buttery croissant taste - it's good for someone with a strong sweet tooth, but just a bit too much for me! (4/5) Palmier ($3.25) - This palmier is not baked as hard as some other palmiers I've eaten, so while there's a flaky crisp, some parts are a bit softer and almost seem a little stale, possibly from sitting in the display case the entire day. The palmier is doused in sugar, so it's sweet, with a bit of a cinnamon flavor (could be contamination since the palmier was resting on top of another pastry). It's pretty sticky, due to the caramelized sugars on the bottom. Again, a sweet treat, but this time I think more appropriate in sweetness. (4/5) Cottage Cheese Scone ($3.95) - Huh, I'm not sure I would call this a scone. The texture is light, almost cake-like, with only the lightest of crusts. It's only slightly sweetened, with a bit of vanilla added, and then some sweetened, rich cottage cheese baked inside. It's almost reminiscent of cheesecake. The construction is pretty interesting as well. I think they use a flat circle of dough, add the cottage cheese mixture in the center, then fold it over like a taco. (4/5) Chocolate Chip Muffin ($4.95) - This muffin is more like an American scone in texture than the cottage cheese scone. Very dry almost crumbly interior studded with plenty of chocolate chips. Another sweet treat. Not rating this since I ate this the next day, which may have affected the texture. I wouldn't have expected it to dry out that much though, so I suspect it was missing moisture to begin with. I found the baked goods and pastries at Crust to be good enough to satisfy. I wonder if they actually specialize in bread rather than pastries? At least, all of the loaves sitting on the shelves seemed to be nice and crusty! Before I left, I saw a tray filled with bags of croutons at the front counter, with a "free" label. I guess made from leftover bread from the previous days? That's really the differentiator at this bakery and would be a main draw for me to revisit if I lived in the area.

I came here to try their baked goods and they did not disappoint. I loved their croissants. I got chocolate croissant and it was delicious with flaky crust along with sweet chocolate cream inside. Service was nice and fast. Their bakery set up is cute inside with chairs, tables, and decorations that made it look like I was in Paris neighborhood. I would come back here to try their other bakery items. Recommend bakery!

Excellent bakery! Their breads and pastries are outstanding and well worth the price. Their sandwiches are also very good.

It's very casual, plenty of seating inside and outside. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, which is a huge deal and very rare nowadays. They even had a new happy hour special. Who doesn't love a $3 beer with lunch? As for the food, I was thoroughly impressed! Pastrami melt was amazing! Full of delicious pastrami, melted cheese, and pickles. So delicious! Fries looked like they were actual fresh made fries, not frozen, which was a nice surprise. I could also tell that they make their ranch from scratch. The bbq chicken sandwich was also delicious. Side salad was super fresh. Everything was so delicious! Portions nice; prices fair. I am impressed with Wild Carvery because I could tell that the ingredients are fresh and the quality is high. I also suspect that they make their own pickles? But I'm not sure. If quality and freshness are important to you, I highly recommend checking out Wild Carvery. However, I am compelled to rate this establishment one star due to a particularly unpleasant experience with a female deli employee whose first name begins with the letter "J." Despite my frequent visits, the overall customer service in the deli and meats department has declined. The season butchers have been replaced with individuals lacking the necessary experience and customer courtesy that were previously present. Over the past three months, I have encountered the same issues with this particular employee. It is important to note that the fee charged for slicing a Tri Tip into a carton container is not the primary concern. The issue lies in the employee's behavior and attitude, specifically their unwillingness to properly wrap the sliced meat. This has occurred on multiple occasions, most recently at the checkout counter when the cashier pull the foil-wrapped package from the plastic bag causing the juices of the meat to spill all over the counter. This has happened to me every time this employee has served me. The Tri Tip sliced meat is dry and devoid of juices due to this careless employee's failure to wrap the meat carefully. It is imperative that this situation be addressed. Management should provide this employee, "J," with proper training on how to wrap sliced food correctly. Additionally, it is crucial the ambiance that all employees, including the deli and butcher employees, maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor. A salutation is always appreciated. Despite these concerns, the BBQ remains outstanding as always.
