I honestly do not understand the hype of these truly subpar underbaked disasters of a cookie? I have generally used delivery service when ordering when and for that the service has been great which I will give them credit, and I will also give them credit for sticking to the pink cutesy ambiance inside of the store from the one time I ordered in store. However par-baked cookies are only good when you, the consumer, are the one baking them. Because that way you know if you are running the risk of getting salmonella or not. read more

Crumbl Cookies is definitely popular, but in my opinion it's a bit overpriced and overrated. The cookies are way too sweet for me personally. Some flavors are enjoyable, but others really miss the mark. Overall, they weren't the best cookies I've had, and I don't think they quite live up to the hype. Customer service was excellent. First time trying these out - I kept hearing about these and I can see the appeal. This shop is small it's basically just a counter service, you can order through 2 touchscreens or in person. All cookies are made fresh right behind the counter, the kitchen is open and very clean looking. Flavors change weekly, some popular core flavors like sugar cookie or chocolate chip do stay on the menu as more permanent items. The cookies are very big, for almost $5 a pop - these are on the pricey side but make a nice treat. Ideal for special occasions or for gifting since they come in a beautiful box. We tasted a peanut butter chocolate cookie and a triple berry oatmeal variety - both were very good, warm, extremely soft and mushy. If you like underbaked, cakey, ooey gooey style of cookies, rather than a crisp, these will be for you. They are however very oily - fingers were glistening after eating these! The flavor of the cookie batter itself is somehow not amazing, they're good but there's some richness missing. The toppings are what make the cookie stand out. I wish they had a wider range of flavors constantly on display, having to wait week for week without knowing what is in store can be annoying. The price point is also too high for me so I can't see myself coming regularly. read more

I was really looking forward to trying the Martha Stewart lineup and I placed the order ahead of time. I got to the store and was told that two of the cookies I ordered were out of stock, which was really frustrating because I feel like the app should not have let me place the order then. This has happened to me twice at this location and I think they need to make sure to update the app so it reflects what's actually available. The bakers were really nice when they offered me alternatives, and it wasn't their fault, but it's really frustrating. read more

Horrible customer service still there for 5 minutes. Nobody stood at the counter. They looked at me once and just stood there. Ridiculous. So I walked out with no cookies. I would not go back to this place again for that and for that kind of a upper scale dessert store you need to do better! Staff was very pleasant and polite. Ordered on a touch screen, paid with a card and not a minute later our four cookies were boxed and ready to go. The cookies looked great. Two came out of a refrigerator because of fillings/toppings. My wife and I broke two in half to share. Pretty good flavor, but I'd agree with some other reviews: undercooked. THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!!! I have tried and tried and tried again with this place. I just cannot justify RAW COOKIES. Every single time I get cookies from this location the insides are NEVER cooked and ALWAYS falling apart in the box. Not entirely sure if I missed the cookie memo that your supposed to take the cookies home and bake them yourself (and I love cookie dough...) but for the price you pay I WANT THEM COOKED!!!!! THREE different occasions & three different weeks I tried with 16 different cookies and I shit you not every single cookie, every single week... Went at 7:30 this evening. There was a line as expected. Did not take too long. Staff was very friendly. Carrot cake, cookie and chocolate chip cookies were undercooked, however, carrot cake cookie was still delicious. Chocolate chip cookie was average. Lemon cookie was delicious. The staff seems to be the most outstanding thing about Crumbl. They were attentive and friendly without being pushy in any way. Everything also looks great - very clean, minimalist design with enough room to order and wait. Adorable packaging! The cookies... seemed to be extremely undercooked. We ordered 4 different varieties to share at home, and even our children didn't want to eat them (although, they did like the frosting!). We'll give it another try in a few months - I see others had the same feedback and hope they can consider adjusting their baking time. The almost raw dough doesn't taste great, and it cannot support the icing/toppings, so the cookies fall apart as you lift them out of the box. first time I had crumbl I was in Chicago for st pattys. I honestly Didn't know how big the cookies were until I got back to the hotel . I had the Twix cookie and it's so far my favorite! Yummy cookies, I got a free cookie for my birthday when I was in Vermont and it was called the blue monster and it's my second favorite. read more
