There website is a mess. There are no specifications regarding ordering. I emailed an order on a Wednesday requesting pick up on the following Saturday. I called on Thursday within business hours to see if my order had been received and there was no answer and no voicemail. I received an email on Friday telling me there was not enough time for a special order to be done on Saturday. I placed the order 72 hour's ahead of when I wanted it. The website says to give 48. It seems like they are not equipped to accommodate special orders or they just don't want to. Maybe checking their email and order forms more regularly would be helpful. read more

I have been going to this place for years, for any occasion and everyone has been amazed at the variety of flavors and how yummy these cupcakes are. I especially love how they announce their flavors on Facebook, I look at it daily and if there's some must haves I call in and pre order and pick up after work! These cupcakes always leave you with a smile on your face and a satisfied sweet tooth! They are not for every day consumption considering how rich and delicious they are. Compared to other bakeries in the area (especially My Little Cupcake) they are always moist and have just the right amount of sweetness. Half a dozen will run you about $12 so it's not too bad considering the quality! I would recommend the peanut butter, double chocolate and salted caramel! read more

I loved the drizzle on top. It's $2.50 plus tax per cupcake so not cheap but.... *gasp* full-sized gourmet cupcakes! I loved how there was a touch of frosting just inside the cupcake too. I do agree with the previous reviewer too - the taste and texture was much nicer than at My Little Cupcake. Only one small bench so I'm not sure I'd sit there but it's nice enough now that you can either find a some grass to sit outside or, do what I did, and devour it in your car. Delish!! read more

Worst experience I've had at any local business in Vermont ever!! My husband and I were told to "f@ck ourselves" and to "eat a d!ck" after asking for masks as we had forgotten ours at the front door. We DID complain that they required them but didn't provide any for customers but the still staffs reaction was insanely agressive and honestly shameful. The cupcakes are actually very good, so it's a shame that we will never go back. read more

I stopped by Superb Cupcake on my way home from work the other day on a whim, just to check it out. I ordered 4 different cupcakes from their wide range of awesome and creative cupcake selection. The shop was very clean, well lit, and the staff was extremely friendly! I split them with my boyfriend when I got home. They were all as delicious as they looked. I enjoyed their classic red velvet cupcake topped with cream cheese frosting, and was particularly pleased with their Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough: a vanilla cupcake filled with chocolate chip cookie dough topped with vanilla butter cream and pink sprinkles. Purchased four flavors to taste test as a family - key lime, maple, cookies and cream and butterfinger. We ate them all several hours later but the same day so they would be fresh. It is straight deadly to have this shop in the town I live in! I've never eaten a cupcake here that I didn't love. They are consistent, moist, inventive. I almost always try the new flavor, but the current household favorites are Maple Bliss, German Chocolate, Black Forest, S'More, Red Velvet...okay, this is too hard!
