These are seriously the worst cookies I've ever had. I agree with all the bad comments and ratings. They're super doughy. I swear I'm a foodie so I don't mind that we had to pay $15 for four cookies. However, I almost choked eating the chocolate chip because it was so doughy. We did get them served warm, and I think that made them more palatable. A few hours later we thought we would try the chocolate chip cookie again, - give it a 2nd shoot, but as you can its still there. It was more doughy cooled. Not very impressed at all. Heard everyone talking about it. I got the box with chocolate chip, peanut butter, cinnamon swirl and dirt cake. Chocolate chip cookie was blah unless you got a chocolate chip in it. Peanut Butter same way, unless you got the peanut butter filling, cookie had no taste. Cinnamon swirl tasted like cinnamon roll but to much icing which was also extremely sweet. Dirt Cake cookie was plain and no taste. You had to get icing in order to add chocolate flavor. "C is for cookie, that's good enough for me!" One of my favorite things to do is enjoy a yummy warm cookie fresh from the oven. I have been hearing about Crumbl Cookies since their opening and couldn't wait to try it. We didn't feel like driving to the store so we were happy to find out they have delivery! We ordered the chocolate chip, sugar, lemon chiffon, and red velvet cookies. My mother-in-law loved the lemon chiffon and our son loved the red velvet. My husband and I were fans of the chocolate chip cookies. I loved how the cookies were crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Yummy! I am not a huge chocolate fan so I was happy that they use milk chocolate chips, which is my preference. We loved how the cookies were still warm upon delivery! They now have over 75 locations nationwide and recently opened up a great location in Turlock next to Buffalo Wild Wings. They have over 120 cookie flavors that rotate weekly but always have warm milk chocolate chip and sugar cookies available in store. These cookies are amazingly good. They are baked fresh in store and you can watch the friendly staff prepare the cookies while you wait. My favorite flavors are the Reese's Chip and the Churro. The Churro cookie might actually be the best cookie I have ever tried. I'm a huge Churro fan and they nailed the flavor perfectly. The cookies are large and perfect for sharing. You can cut them in halves and try multiple flavors in one one sitting. They have plenty of options to get these goodies. From curbside pickup or in store to local delivery if you live nearby. First off let me say, I am a big fan of this establishment but there have been some things lately that I cant just let go, and it is really frustrating for a frequent customer. I went in no where near closing and they were out of a cookie i wanted. And on another occasion I went multiple times in to buy the same cookie that I had already bought earlier in the week and it was hardly the same cookie. It was so bitter and undercooked compared to the first time I had the cookie earlier in the week. And finally there was another consistency issue with the Strawberry Milk cookie. Just like above the first time was perfect and no issues, but on a return trip to purchase the same cookie it did not taste the same and the frosting on top was a totally different consistency. read more

I decided to check this place out because my boyfriend say an ad for it. All I can say is - WOW! 1. The service was amazing! We parked right outside and decided to order online on our phone. The minute we ordered we got a text saying that our order will be our soon. Within THE MINUTE we had a girl at the car with our cookie and she apologized that it took so long. IT DID NOT TAKE LONG! This was literally the fastest and best service I had ever experienced. 2. The COOKIE. It was so good, soft, and big! We ended up sharing with 4-5 other kids and I wish we had more! no greeting everytime I walk in, even when I mark "I'm here" on the app they never bring my order out I always have to go inside, multiple times they have me my crumbl without the toppings their supposed to come with. the Turlock location is horrible and then they expect a tip. read more

TASTY OR WASTEY? Sometimes total Wastey!!! Why can't this place make a few flavors for those of us that can't tolerate the gross amount of sugar/ caked on frosting, and other overwhelming migraine creating processed sugars. Have you ever heard of "Less is more? In some cases, people want the classic element of the cookie. The 2 that are perfect are the Chocolate chip and walnut, and the Oatmeal chocolate chip. You rarely have those two. How bout a diabetic cookie? Gluten free? Although this has to do with Covid, my first hand experience in this place is that they don't care about my health, this place is small and had over 10 people inside and some not wearing mask, seemed that they were friends of the employees because they were giggling and when I told the cashier I don't want them to place my box by them since they are not wearing mask she said okay and when I left she told them and both staff and law breaking visitors started laughing and joking about Covid. Hubby and I were visiting friends who live in Turlock. We aren't familiar with this city at all, so it's safe to say this is the first shop we have ever been to in this city. We came in on a Saturday evening and the first thing we noticed was the enticing smell of cinnamon. There was a small line in front of us so while we were waiting, we were looking at the menu to see what flavors were available. We decided to get a dozen cookies and two of each flavor. We didn't have to wait long at all after we placed our order. We took the cookies home and tried every single one and, my goodness, we weren't prepared for the punches of flavor these cookies packed! The brownie peanut butter cookie was super soft, very peanut-buttery and rich! The Nutella cookie has a nice thin layer of Nutella inside with the right amount of sea salt sprinkled on top. The churro cookie was very cinammony and sweet! The piece de resistance was the chocolate chip, of course. It was a resounding favorite from all of us. I will say that the sugar cookie and funfetti cookies were the most different because their consistencies were more on the crumbly side, but they were still yummy.
