    Cookies and Cream cheesecake
    Tara H.

They have something to satisfy the sweet tooth of everyone. Their cookie choices change weekly. The chocolate chip cookie is always on the menu. The have stations where you can order in store if you haven't placed your order online prior to coming. The cookies and cream cheesecake was on the menu. It's We ate here for an early since they open at 4pm. The employees were friendly. The restaurant was clean. The food was hot and prepared to my liking. The freshly prepared rolls are my favorite. They do not give a military discount unless you dine with them on Fridays from 12pm-4pm. This location is conveniently located on Muldoon in a shopping plaza that has other restaurants and stores, such as Kohl's, Target, etc.

I typically like Crumbl on occasion every few months. I think they're hit or miss on flavors. Heart cut out with filling is wonderful and I wish I would have selected four of them. The Valentine's special sugar cookie with sprinkles was not good, hardly palatable and tasted like they missed the "sugar" part of sugar cookie. That one specifically was disappointing and by far the worst sugar cookie I've ever had. The cookies are incredibly dense and I think only fit for sharing.

Crumbl first timer here. My experience today was flawless. I did not have to wait in line. I was the only customer there. It caught me off guard when everyone, (at least 10 young, bright eyed employees), enthusiastically welcomed me in at the same time. Wow. We love customer service! Crumbl's space is clean, bright and modern. Everything is transparent. From being able to see cookies being made right in front of you, to the cashier showing you exactly how much you'll be charged. When I finished chatting with the cashier, another employee had my cookies ready and opened the box to present them to me. He asked if they were to my liking and asked if I'd visit them again next week! I had to refrain from yelling hell when I said "yeah." Crumbl cookies are huge and shareable. I believe they sell a tool that easily cuts cookies into 4. Crumbl's cookies are warm and gooey like I prefer. For my spouse, outside of the walnut fudge brownie and chocolate chip cookies, most of the flavors were too gooey. Everyone has their own preferences. If you download the Crumbl app you can order ahead online. I'll definitely be making the trek from the southside, to try new weekly flavors, often.

I gifted cookies from Crumbl. I ordered a 6-pack of cookies.See pic of cookies.I called the store.I was told manager would call,no call

Ordered cookies as a gift. Can't believe what was received from this store location. I thought it was a joke at first but the sticker was still on the box. Please see the photo of the cookies. I called and spoke to an employee who said she would have the manager call me. I have yet to receive a call. The cookies didn't taste bad but for what I paid, they definitely were not up to franchise standards. See their ad photo. So disappointed, especially since these were a gift. Embarrassing! I can't recommend this store any longer to others. So disappointed.

as a longtime fan of crumbl cookies since their arrival in anchorage in 2022, it pains me to say that the quality has significantly declined. recently, i purchased a box of 12 cookies, excited to try their new flavors, but the experience left much to be desired.. the biggest disappointment was the "galaxy brownie" flavor, which looked nothing like the advertised product on their website. instead of the galactic appearance, it (almost) resembled a plain double chocolate chip cookie. what's more concerning is the apparent lack of care from their employees. not only did the cookies differ in appearance from the website, but the flavors were inconsistent too. both cookies of each flavor tasted different, which is unacceptable considering the premium price. one of the "strawberry cupcake" cookies was overly sweet and lacked aesthetic appeal, while its counterpart barely tasted like strawberry and looked messy.. to add to the disappointment, i shared this box with my friends, only to find that none of us were exactly thrilled to eat it. we were all disappointed. it's disheartening to see such a decline in quality from a brand i once held in high regard. i hope crumbl can address these issues and return to the standard of excellence they were known for in the past. final thoughts: not recommended, especially today given the disappointing experience i had with crumbl cookies recently, i cannot, in good conscience, recommend them at this time. the decline in quality, inconsistency in flavors, and lack of attention to detail from their employees have left a sour taste in my mouth. perhaps with improvements and a return to their previous standards of excellence, i may reconsider my stance in the future. however, for now, crumbl falls short of expectations....

I didnt take a picture because it was so cold out and my hands were frozen, but it was a beautiful, elongated bakery treat. It had lovely purple Ube cream and touch of oreo crumbs on top, the base was essential much like a flat cruller, but if higher quality. It was sensational! It's like a croissant baked in a waffle form, but a bit denser than a regular croissant. What really made it special was the Ube cream -- a light, buttery frosting that wasn't too sweet. Easily a 10/10 for me. I also ordered the Ube Cruffin, which had that same croissant-like texture in a muffin shape. The inside had a light cream filling, and the top was covered with the same Ube cream. It was good, but not quite as amazing as the Croffle -- 7/10. The Ham Banh Mi was tasty and filling (6/10), and the Boba Milk Tea was decent too (6/10). Oh and I got to taste their smoked salmon chowder that my friend ordered. Very good flavor, body, and richness (8/10). Everything I had was good but nothing that was as memorable as the Ube Croffle, but it wasn't cheap -- I spent a total $32 for a sandwich, drink and 2 pastries. Then again, prices in Alaska tend to be higher in general. Overall, even though I've only been once, I'd definitely come back for that Ube Croffle -- it was the real highlight!

Why are they my favorite? Because there simply isn't anyone better. The last time I custom ordered a cake, there was a hair in it. And for the price I paid, I was shocked at how small it was. This seems to be the norm in Alaska.
