Words cannot express how HORRIBLE this location is. I was lucky enough to purchase RAW cookies today. The store was aware they had an issue and raw cookies were sold to many people. They stated that they had fully cooked cookies NOW. The employees, specifically Amie, is incompetent, unable to provide a refund, disconnected the phone call, was rude and used vulgar language in front of my child. I am appalled at the way this location treats customers when they caused the issue by selling raw cookies. Hopefully no one will get sick from eating the raw cookie sold today! Good luck to anyone that eats from this location! Hopefully the employees learn how to act appropriately. read more

The cookie was so good my son ate it before I took a picture the employees we're very nice

Staff were rude when I called to ask why I had not received my Mother's Day order as ordered. They did not deliver the cookies with the cookie toppers or the personalized card. The associate, manager and owner (Rob?) were all inappropriate, never apologized and certainly didn't ask how this could be rectified. I was told that I was not welcome in their store and would be trespassed if I went to their store. I have never been in that store and would never go to that store after this experience. I placed my order on-line. I will take my business to the Pinellas Park store. Check the Seminole Happenings on Facebook, you will see a bunch of people who also stated that the Seminole Crumbl store has always been bad with horrible customer service. I had to leave one star because you cannot post with zero stars. They deserve zero stars. read more

Been coming to this location for awhile. We come here a couple times a month. The last few times we have came here the cookies were a lot smaller and very hard. We gave this one last try this past week and the 4 pack of cookies we got were again VERY hard and sloppy looking. One was missing the white chocolate pearls on top also. I decided to email the store manager to let them know that the quality hasn't been great the last few times and especially this last time. 4 days later and still no response.... We definitely won't be back to this location. Definitely not worth $17 for hockey pucks.. read more

I've never liked crumbl cookies. Never been a fan. BUT that beetle juice cake was phenomenal! Such a moist chocolate cake with a great ratio of icing for each cake bite. Didn't really engage with service other than it was prompt when my cake was ready. Super small area for waiting. read more

First time trying Crumbl Cookie and all I can say is "believe the hype"!!!! These cookies are delicious (and I am not a big fan of sugar/dessert). They are a splurge, but these are not your normal cookie size cookie. One cookie is like two+ deli cookies. It is nice to see an establishment with such a friendly disposition from greeting upon entry to explaining the options. We tried the four pack option so we had a good sampling of the selection. The cookie dough was incredible!!! read more

Such a cool concept! Fresh cookies, both hot and cold. I think it's so cool that every week the cookies change and it keeps you on your toes! I decided to order the Blue Cookie Monster cookie. So good! Loved that it was cold with blue icing and a mini chocolate chip cookie on top! Only could eat a little bit at a time but it was perfection! Can't wait to try other cookies! read more

$20.95 for 6 cookies or almost $3.50 a cookie. When you walk in to the right are two computers where you can order. Then, within about 5 minutes they will call out your name for your cookies. I tried all 6 styles of cookies that they had that day. 8/10 - Pink Doughnut - sugar cookie and the best one I tried 7/10 Milk chocolate chip - a little hard on the outside, but nice and soft on the inside. It's not better than Bake N Baebs at Armature Works. 5/10 Lemon Crinkle - ok 1/10 Walnut Fudge Brownie - super chocolaty, but way over the top. 0/10 Cookie Dough - disgusting throw it in the trash 0/10 Smores - Also throw this one in the trash. Horrible. I wasn't that impressed with the cookies here. I think I just prefer more traditional cookies. read more

MY SPOT!!! Service is quick. Great Atmosphere! Clean Store! Cookies are deliciously amazing!!!

If you're looking for something sweet and delicious, this is definitely the place to go! When you go in, you can either order at the self-service counter or at the register. They have an app too so you can order ahead as well. The cookies are all made from scratch every day and none are more than 2 hours old, which is so rare for a franchise business! The cookies also change every week, so it never gets old. We got a box of 6 and tried all of the ones they had at the time. My favorite was definitely the neopolitan. It was 2 different cookies baked together with a strawberry frosting on top. My next favorite was the hot chocolate. They were all so good! The prices are very reasonable because the cookies are huge! You can definitely share one cookie with 2-4 people. They even have a branded cookie cutter to cut them up evenly in 4 pieces. The customer service was excellent as well. We were greeted when we came in and our order was ready quickly. The owner was there at the time and was super friendly as well. I would for sure go back again every time I'm in the area! read more

Not my idea of a great cookie. Too sweet, too expensive, and the help was reluctant to inform me about the product. It was the latter part of the day, but hopefully the place was clean when they opened. read more

always clean, customer service is always professional. My go to location. The cookies always taste fresh.

I love this sweet spot! Waiting for tres leche cake to return. If you want a treat that's not overly sweet this is one of them.

The cookies are awesome and sadly reduced it one star for dropping the pink cookie which was my go to and some of the current replacement options are a star or two short at times. read more

Cookies were ok. Not the best i had from this location. Staff not very friendly. Kitchen floor was very dirty .

I was so upse6bto see one of these open in my area because I am dieting and I don't need this kind of temptation ha ha. These cookies are monster. I first tried these at the Lutz location and my husband and I fell in love. We tried the Napolitan, hot cocoa, chocolate chip and cinnamon swirl. We loved all of them all. The service was also friendly and the place is super cute. I do think 4 package deal is a good one as the cookies are big you can share with another person or two. I highly recommend stopping in. read more

I'm fairly thrifty with my budget and often avoid the word gourmet, as it usually just means overpriced. Crumbl definitely makes excellent gourmet cookies. They are quite large and you can tell they are made with quality ingredients. At first I thought, $4 for a cookie? They are totally worth it. They are so wonderfully rich and tasty, I even cut one cookie into fourths and enjoyed it over several hours. All 4 flavors I tried were excellent, but the mint brownie and Lucky Charms cookies were truly amazing! I am looking forward to trying their other flavors. Well done Crumbl! read more

Great food always. Cookies are amazing and always hit the spot. My go to for dessert.

Great customer service and even better warm delicious cookies every single time never disappointed ;;-)

These are the absolute best cookies ever! Easy ordering, pick up and are ready when stated.

My daughters have been wanting to try out Crumbl Cookies so twist my arm if we had to take them there! ;) We didn't have a hard time selecting a cookie from the different flavors they had available. The four of us each got one (which works out well with their 4 pack). We ended up with 3 different varieties and shared amongst each other. There wasn't a crumb left! The price is a bit on the high side, but it was a nice treat and they have some great flavor combinations. read more

OK, so anyone who's been to a Crumbl cookies knows that they're cookies are absolutely delicious! But the bakers behind the counter at this specific Crumbl have the absolute best customer service, and their cookies are always a bit bigger, and a bit fresher than any other Crumbl I have visited. I usually do curbside pick up and the few times that they haven't had cookies ready they have come out to my car personally and ask me if I am OK. Waiting for fresh cookies. I mean who's not OK waiting for a fresh warm delicious cookie but they could've made me sit there another 10 minutes and I would've been just as happy but they took time to come out and actually asked me if that was OK or if I wanted something different. These bakers are absolutely proud of the cookies that they make and it shows through the cookies that come from this specific location. When I've gone into the store, it is always very clean, and everyone is always very polite and very inviting and welcoming. They are building a new Crumbl that is actually closer to me however, I will probably not go there because of the customer service level at Seminole. These bakers should be very proud of themselves! read more

Rude staff as usual. Never helpful and they never have bags for you to carry your goods out

Holy cookies, Batman! These cookies are bananas. They are ginormous. Went looking for something sweet. Well I hit the jackpot here. They have a rotating menu each week (pretty sure its weekly). Some of the cookies are served warm and some are chilled. I loves me a good sugar cookie. Theirs had a slightly almond buttercream on it. Are you kidding?!?! Did I mention that the cookies are the size of my hand? We picked up 6 thinking we could put 6 away. Had no idea they were the size of a plate. Ended up cutting them in half and then even giving some away. There was a a lot of cookie real estate to eat. The buttermilk pancake cookie was delish, also the red velvet. But that is where my tasting ended. These are a great idea for a birthday or dinner get together as well. Serve them with hot cocoa or cold milk- who wouldn't love that?!? The flavors are so good and they are really good quality ingredients. The price is higher but the value is good based on the size of the cookies. I do wish they had smaller cookie options. It can be a little overwhelming. But overall, I will go back again. They are also right next to a Jersey Mike's. How is that for a perfect lunch or dinner? read more

After hearing so much about these cookies, we finally went and tried. Well we have been back week after week trying the new weekly flavors! Sometimes I don't like a flavor but that's the best part about them always changing! The cookies are so soft and chewy, I couldn't believe how delicious these were! I spend so much money here now and Sunday nights when they reveal the new flavors of the week are a favorite around our house!
