Staff were rude when I called to ask why I had not received my Mother's Day order as ordered. They did not deliver the cookies with the cookie toppers or the personalized card. The associate, manager and owner (Rob?) were all inappropriate, never apologized and certainly didn't ask how this could be rectified. I was told that I was not welcome in their store and would be trespassed if I went to their store. I have never been in that store and would never go to that store after this experience. I placed my order on-line. I will take my business to the Pinellas Park store. Check the Seminole Happenings on Facebook, you will see a bunch of people who also stated that the Seminole Crumbl store has always been bad with horrible customer service. I had to leave one star because you cannot post with zero stars. They deserve zero stars. read more

Been coming to this location for awhile. We come here a couple times a month. The last few times we have came here the cookies were a lot smaller and very hard. We gave this one last try this past week and the 4 pack of cookies we got were again VERY hard and sloppy looking. One was missing the white chocolate pearls on top also. I decided to email the store manager to let them know that the quality hasn't been great the last few times and especially this last time. 4 days later and still no response.... I've never liked crumbl cookies. Never been a fan. BUT that beetle juice cake was phenomenal! Such a moist chocolate cake with a great ratio of icing for each cake bite. Didn't really engage with service other than it was prompt when my cake was ready. Super small area for waiting. read more

First time trying Crumbl Cookie and all I can say is "believe the hype"!!!! These cookies are delicious (and I am not a big fan of sugar/dessert). They are a splurge, but these are not your normal cookie size cookie. One cookie is like two+ deli cookies. It is nice to see an establishment with such a friendly disposition from greeting upon entry to explaining the options. We tried the four pack option so we had a good sampling of the selection. I tried all 6 styles of cookies that they had that day. 8/10 - Pink Doughnut - sugar cookie and the best one I tried 7/10 Milk chocolate chip - a little hard on the outside, but nice and soft on the inside. It's not better than Bake N Baebs at Armature Works. 5/10 Lemon Crinkle - ok 1/10 Walnut Fudge Brownie - super chocolaty, but way over the top. 0/10 Cookie Dough - disgusting throw it in the trash 0/10 Smores - Also throw this one in the trash. If you're looking for something sweet and delicious, this is definitely the place to go! When you go in, you can either order at the self-service counter or at the register. They have an app too so you can order ahead as well. The cookies are all made from scratch every day and none are more than 2 hours old, which is so rare for a franchise business! The cookies also change every week, so it never gets old. We got a box of 6 and tried all of the ones they had at the time. My favorite was definitely the neopolitan. It was 2 different cookies baked together with a strawberry frosting on top. My next favorite was the hot chocolate. They were all so good! The prices are very reasonable because the cookies are huge! You can definitely share one cookie with 2-4 people. They even have a branded cookie cutter to cut them up evenly in 4 pieces. The customer service was excellent as well. We were greeted when we came in and our order was ready quickly. The owner was there at the time and was super friendly as well. I first tried these at the Lutz location and my husband and I fell in love. We tried the Napolitan, hot cocoa, chocolate chip and cinnamon swirl. We loved all of them all. The service was also friendly and the place is super cute. I do think 4 package deal is a good one as the cookies are big you can share with another person or two. I'm fairly thrifty with my budget and often avoid the word gourmet, as it usually just means overpriced. Crumbl definitely makes excellent gourmet cookies. They are quite large and you can tell they are made with quality ingredients. At first I thought, $4 for a cookie? They are totally worth it. They are so wonderfully rich and tasty, I even cut one cookie into fourths and enjoyed it over several hours. All 4 flavors I tried were excellent, but the mint brownie and Lucky Charms cookies were truly amazing! I am looking forward to trying their other flavors. Well done Crumbl! read more

Holy cookies, Batman! These cookies are bananas. They are ginormous. Went looking for something sweet. Well I hit the jackpot here. They have a rotating menu each week (pretty sure its weekly). Some of the cookies are served warm and some are chilled. I loves me a good sugar cookie. Theirs had a slightly almond buttercream on it. Are you kidding?!?! Did I mention that the cookies are the size of my hand? We picked up 6 thinking we could put 6 away. Had no idea they were the size of a plate. Ended up cutting them in half and then even giving some away. There was a a lot of cookie real estate to eat. The buttermilk pancake cookie was delish, also the red velvet. But that is where my tasting ended. These are a great idea for a birthday or dinner get together as well. Serve them with hot cocoa or cold milk- who wouldn't love that?!? The flavors are so good and they are really good quality ingredients. The price is higher but the value is good based on the size of the cookies. I do wish they had smaller cookie options.
