Chocolate Chunk cookie dusted with salt, Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cookie and the Olivia Rodrigo's GUTS Cookie (blackberry jam).
    Kevin S.

First time visit to any Crumbl location. Appears their flavors change often but in all cases the cookies are serious sized. While not a fan of sprinkles I tried the Olivia Rodrigo's GUTS Cookie consisting of a Blackberry cookie and must confess the cookie and jam were a perfect combo (minus the sprinkles). Also tried the semi sweet chocolate chunk and the Chocolate covered strawberry. Not a very appealing name (GUT) and the prices are a serious as the sizes of the cookie but I must admit, they were all good. The chocolate chunk cookie was wisely dusted with salt to offer a sweet and savory profile that eliminated a single not cookie. The Olivia Rodrigo's GUTS Cookie with blackberry is a sandwiched cookie above a blackberry spread and a a white filling that i believe was a cream cheese frosting. The Chocolate Strawberry still remains in the package beckoning to me but I suspect like the others it will be good. The overall experience was positive. The facility was very clean and well lit, samples are on display and a large table is visible so you can watch the staff prepare the items. This also leaves little room for questioning the cleanliness of the preparation process. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and the transaction was very quick. They had a waffle cookie that looked like it would be an amazing experience but as it had a dollop of a butter cream frosting and i was going to be busy in town for too long I feared it might melt and ruin the cookie. Wondering know if they could have separated the frosting and the cookie. My last feedback is that it appears they rotate through a pretty diverse series of cookies. While this has the benefit of enticing more return visits the down side is that during any one visit the choices are limited to maybe 5 cookie types.

First time going to this location and loved it. Ordered through an iPad and my cookies were ready in less than 5 minutes. Only complaint is that one of the iPads wasn't working. There is plenty of parking and the service is fast! Cookies are delicious!

These cookies are to die for !! So soft, fresh and chewy They literally melt in your mouth Ordering kiosk is easy to use As soon as I placed the order within 2 minutes order was ready Venue is clean Decor is minimalist but nice Parking is can be hard to find since this business is located at the Harden Ranch Plaza and parking is shared with many other businesses Cookies are kinda pricey but worth it

We ordered at 8:15 online and it's currently 9:45 as i'm writing this. I'll add an edit as to when we were finally able to get the order. they're screen hasn't updated in over an hour to show pickup status, and there is crowds around the building. They should've stopped taking orders hours ago because now they're gonna be open for a long time dulling orders, as they're staking orders 15 minutes before they close. This is my first time getting crumbl and i can say it definitely isn't worth it. If it's a short line, maybe. but not worth this wait. edit: they ran out of most of the cookies and had to give us a bunch of random minis to make up for all of the missing full size cookies. i would've canceled the order if i would've known there wasn't the whole list of cookies. very disappointed

    Cookies!

Food and service was great! I love the app so you can be notified when your favorite flavored cookies come back into stock!

    one bite was enough!

Do NOT get me started on this gosh darn strawberry cheesecake. it was so bad i debated running it over with my car! Not to mention they were sold out of the dubai chocolate brownie!!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me!!!!! When i asked they told me they ate the rest in the break room!!! What the heck!?!?!? I think they were on something more than those dubai brownies!!! I wanted to cry tears of sadness in this crumbl cookie, please do better

Nice 20+ person line for grand opening weekend.

Crumbl Cookies is a wonderful addition to the Harden Ranch community. We tried the chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies. Both were fresh and delicious. The cookies produced here are consistent with other locations (actually slightly better because of the softness, fluffiness, and warmth. While waiting in line, we were greeted by one of the owners (three total - parents and son). Holly, the mother/wife, was friendly and helpful. The selection opening weekend was limited; however, the full menu should materialize shortly. Overall, it was a great experience. Tasty cookies, friendly service, and fast order delivery.

Stopped by Crumbl for the first time ever actually and the process was easy + quick! Their cookies were tasty and the service was nice too. Happened to stumble on this location by accident after grocery shopping and I'd say it's a great spot to grab a sweet treat.

    Pretty tasty cookies.

Really tasty huge cookies and great friendly service. Cookies are almost cake like with many having frosting. $25 for 6 giant cookies/cookie sandwiches. The Snicker doodle sandwich had a cream cheese frosting filling and was probably our favorite. I really liked the Oreo like cookie sandwich too. Banana Bread cookie had a great flavor but I didn't love the texture and it could have used more frosting. The strawberry frosted cookie was very sweet and tasty. Waffle cookie was meh and seemed more gimmicky than anything. Not bad, just okay. Chocolate chip was tasty. We will be back again!

First of the cafeteria has a wide range of lunch option that are all delicious! I normally get the burritos or tortas but my partner has also tried some of the salads they offer and everyone has been amazing. But the baked goods are really where this place shines. I'm always impressed with the large variety of options that the bakery has. And while I haven't tried them all, every single one that I have had has been absolutely amazing! I would have to say that my top pick however would be their Tres Leches cups. It is absolutely divine and is hands down the best Tres Leches I have ever had no contest. They also do wedding cakes. I had my wedding this year in Monterey and they were able to provide an absolutely beautiful two layered cake with a perfectly spiced carrot cake as the bottom layer and a wonderfully moist Tres Leches cake as the top layer. Absolutely everyone was raving about how good the cake was!

Starting with the Supercharger, this was easily the standout of the two. It's loaded with roast beef, bacon, turkey, ham, salami, pepperoncini, tomatoes, red onions, gouda cheese, and chipotle aioli on a ciabatta roll. They definitely don't skimp on the meat, which makes it super satisfying. The combination of the soft ciabatta and cheese worked really well together and balanced out the heaviness of the meats. My only complaint is that it could've used a bit more sauce, something like extra mustard or mayo would've taken it to the next level. Still, a strong 8.5/10. The Belair was decent but didn't quite hit the same level. It came with turkey breast, bacon, gouda cheese, spring mix, tomatoes, red onions, pepperoncini, and chipotle aioli on fresh sliced sourdough. Ours actually came with American cheese instead of gouda, which slightly changed the flavor profile. It was a good sandwich overall, but noticeably drier, especially with the sourdough, so it definitely needed more sauce to bring everything together. I'd give it a 7.2/10. Service was fast and efficient, which I appreciated. The ambiance stood out too, it has a cool retro gas station vibe that gives the place some personality and makes it feel unique. Staff was friendly, and the overall experience was smooth.
