I went to try the benson Boone cookie which is fire by the way. And got 3 other cookies cause why not. I came here because a parade of homes house in Provo the ceo house was giving out samples and they were super good. So it's been on my mind lately. I have had it before but I branched out to new flavors. But the reason why this has 3 stars because one of the cookies melted and got all over the box on the way home. But I will show you the first picture when got it and it was already super runny. Then the second picture was literally once we walked outside and opened the box. Bad service and missing item!!!! Interesting experience tonight at Crumbl... We walked in and saw about six people standing inside waiting. We figured we could just go up to the counter and order on the tablet since there was no line, and it looked like everyone else was just waiting for their cookies to be done. But it turned out that four of those people hadn't ordered yet--they didn't realize you were supposed to use the tablet to order. The employees weren't welcoming and didn't say anything other than your name when your box of cookies was ready. We ordered a box for our friends, including the Cookies & Cream Tres Leches cookie. We dropped it off, and when they opened the box, the Tres Leches cookie wasn't even in there. The other cookies were great, but it was disappointing to pay that much and not get the full order. read more

I had a bad experience with another crumbl location cuz the cookies weren't cooked all the way through. They couldn't get me new cookies cuz they said they ran out of them. My wife was bummed but I decided to call this location and see if they had any. Emily answered the phone and told me they did in such a nice, polite way. I ran over to the Riverton location before they closed at 10 pm. I walked in at 950 and paid for new cookies. Right after I paid, Emily asked if I was the one that called in. I said yes and she pulled out a box of 6 cookies and gave them to me! She said she felt bad about the whole situation and wanted to help! She was so sweet about it! Let's get one thing straight--I generally think Crumbl is the best novelty cookie shop in Utah. The weekly rotating flavor varieties puts it ahead of the competition. However, last weeks flavors fell very flat. I don't want to say I regret purchasing them but...I kind of do. LEMON: It was super crumbly. And I wish there had been more lemon flavor! It tasted like a sugar cookie with just a hint of artificial lemon flavoring. BIRTHDAY CAKE: WAY TOO SWEET FOR US! This cookie actually made our teeth hurt. We couldn't eat more than a bite each. I'm sure others love it but we couldn't get on board. MILK CHOCOLATE CHIP: Very good! Thank god we ordered this one. It was the saving grace of the four flavors! BISCOFF: in theory this cookie sounded life changing. But the execution was pretty poor...our cookie tasted very undercooked! The raw cookie dough flavor overpowered the Biscoff significantly. Sadly, we ended up tossing most of the cookie in the garage. You can imagine our disappointment after spending $12 (with tax) on four cookies and only truly enjoying one of them. This review is for cookies that I did not order, but were sent to me as a birthday gift. I am usually a big fan of cookies and all things "dessert-y" so this was a very thoughtful and appropriate gift. One my birthday, I received a text-our of the blue-saying that my cookies were 7 minutes away. Huh? I didn't order cookies, but I figured someone was sending them to me. So I hurried home (I had left for dinner) and responded to the text that I was ten minutes away. I got an immediate response that the mysterious deliverer would wait for me. When I got home, I was greeted by a nice you g man who cheerfully handed me three pink boxes filled with cookies. On top of one box was a hand-written note wishing me a happy birthday and admitting who sent the cookies to me. It would have embarrassed the givers to know that the note had a word sloppily scribbled out. They probably could have just tossed the box and re-written the message, but whatever. The cookies themselves were....ok. A little (lot) too "extra" for me. Gigantic in size and slightly undercooked. I prefer thinner cookies, but that's totally my personal preference. read more

I was so excited to try the Rocky Road cookie . It had everything I love chocolate, marshmallow, almonds . I went on a Friday night around 7. They were not very busy which is surprising they are always busy . I just placed the order in store it's usually faster than online . I just got the one cookie . I was disappointed when I opened the box it was smaller than the cookies usually are . It was not fresh or hot . The cookie was hard & the marshmallow was hard & not melty & fresh like it should be . The cookie was good but not as good as it could have been if it was fresh & hot . Isn't that why you go to Crumbl for a hot fresh cookie ? This location is so bad! The employees are awful and the cookies are usually over baked. The employees move so slowly and do not try to make the customer feel taken care of like other locations. If you have another location somewhat close to you, go there instead of here. read more

Smaller location than the one in Midvale and their customer service and quality is just the same. Saw this location by accident and just had to stop by and buy some cookies. Can't beat warm tasty cookies, even if they were made of cement and added chocolate and warmed them up they would also be awesome. :-) read more

The Riverton location is an embarrassment to the Crumble Franchise System. For 2 weeks in a row I have attempted to order cookies Saturday at 8:00 PM but couldn't because they were sold out. It used to be that the Riverton location would make more cookies if they were running low and sell remaining cookies on Monday, now the Riverton location is making what they make and when they run out they don't make anymore. It is really disappointing, yet not surprising this location has always given me the impression that it is poorly managed. There have been times where early in the week I will get a cookie from another Crumble location then on Friday or Saturday afternoon I have gone to the Riverton location and the cookie tasted not as good from the Riverton Location. Also the cookies at the Riverton location are often spread out, thin and a little crispy due to being so thin. read more

Crumbl is Always delicious! They're great for special occasions, and sending them as birthday gifts.

They always have fast service, but if you come late at night they may have already run out of something due to demand! I don't get their cookies every week but choose carefully and they usually nail it. On occasion during slower times a team member will be distracted, but when it gets busy, they are on their A game. read more

Crumbl cookies are generally overhyped in my experience. They shine with their specialty flavors and really fall flat with the regular ones. I usually pick to get my cookies other places as a general rule. But sometimes I'm swayed by a good lookin' weekly special and pop in to give it a try. The Riverton location is especially great in terms of service. My visit tonight was quick, straightforward, and I felt like they valued my patronage. This was important considering I actually attempted a visit to another East side location earlier in the evening and eventually just walked out after being ignored along with a lot of other customers. Crumbl is still not my favorite, not as good as people will claim, BUT...gold star to this location for rocking their service game. read more

This review is based off an online ordering experience. Two stars, only because the order delivery was done in a timely manner. I'm from out of state and wanted to do something nice for a siblings bday. I paid extra for the "happy birthday sticker, box tie, and note". Only to find out the "extra" I paid for was bright yellow sticky note that had the order on it AND the sloppy birthday note that looked like a five year old wrote it. The cookie presentation was disproportionate and sloppy as well. Two cookies seemed significantly smaller than other two. This was just embarrassing. I know it's not costly to add this extra touch, however, I expected a lot more out of it. Between the cost of delivery fees your almost paying double the amount of the cookies itself. I've heard a lot of great things about Crumbl and so we decided to give them a try on National Dessert Day. We got a variety box of 4 cookies to try different flavors. These cookies are big and good when fresh! I would have given them a higher review, but the young blonde girl working that day had an attitude. She wasn't welcoming at all and didn't even greet us! She just stood there pretending we weren't in front of her until I greeted her to place our order. Nutella - This was the best flavor out of the 4 cookies we tried. All the cookies were fresh and warm in the box. I highly recommend eating this one fresh! It was the perfect texture cookie, semi crunch on the outside and soft on the inside with the perfect amount of nutella. It wasn't overly sweet, highly recommend this for the nutella lovers. Cinnamon Roll - I liked this one the least out of all the other flavors we got. It was too sweet and the texture was too hard/crumbly. It also tasted very artificial Reese's - Love that there are reese's candies throughout the cookie. Not too sweet and you can definitely taste the mix of chocolate and peanut butter. This cookie is a little on the harder side as well so you don't get a soft center Chocolate chip - had to get this original cookie and sadly it wasn't as good as I was expecting. The nutella was way better than this! There are big chocolate chips throughout, but the cookie was lacking flavor and texture of a standard good chocolate chip cookie with a nice chewy center. I feel like the Subway chocolate chip cookies were better. I probably wouldn't come back to Crumbl because it wasn't anything too special. If I can give 0 stars I will. Came here on 09/06/21 Labor Day. Ordered at 3pm through the App and the App said my order will be ready within 30 minutes. Arrived at 3:28pm and although I indicated I would do curbside pickup, I decided to give them a break since clearly the store was empty and no customers inside. As soon as I went inside, there were three girls working. NONE of them said hi, one looked like she was on the phone with her headset and was walking around and was pointing at one of the the cookies on the countertop. The other two were towards the back, decorating cookies and talking/laughing. I walked to the "pick up" counter and noticed my order wasn't there even though I ordered almost 30 minutes ago. I stood there for about 3 minutes, and out of the three girls, none of them said hi or said welcome to the store or most importantly "can I help you?" they just kept glancing at me. C'mon, if there was something that was just standing there, wouldn't you say one of those lines? I then looked at the app and I clicked on "I'm here" and about 30 seconds later, one of the girls at the back, noticed there was a ring and decided to prepare the box, and I told her that was my order, in which she quickly prepared. I just find it ridiculous that, me clicking on "I'm here" made one of them actually prepare my order. Out the almost 5 minutes of me just standing there, NONE of those three girls even noticed me or cared to help me out. Customer Service is definitely lacking. This location is our regular place to get crumbl cookies as well, but this was the first time that I've encountered this. I know that it is a holiday, but the store was empty, and I already ordered through the app, but those three girls just ignoring me as soon as I came in is totally unacceptable. To whoever management is, please let them know this feedback, I clearly indicated the time and date of this review. read more
