Pros: love that they had a semi-sweet option--however it's only temporary, cookies were not too underdone (too gooey) like some other places,lots of locations Cons: cookies were only semi-warm not hot, much smaller than Chip cookies or Smart Cookie--for $3/cookie they need to be bigger, again they only do milk chocolate chips normally. They will get a huge increase in sales if they permanently do semi-sweet. Overall good taste but dissatisfied with the size and temperature. read more

I have had these cookies a number of times for different reasons and I have never been totally impressed. Aside from jumping on the Chip bandwagon, every cookie I have had seemed dry. Cookies were undercooked. I don't like how they got rid of the person taking orders and are just doing kiosks for ordering. And with COVID everyone is touching it and then probably eating a cookie in their car but they don't have any hand sanitizer or anything to help prevent the spread. After coming to Crumbl for a while over Chip, I have noticed the chocolate chip cookie doesn't seem as warm and fresh consistently anymore. It's always mildly warm and doesn't seem too fresh. I feel like this place is more hyped up than it should be. For loving sweets and cookies I feel like my cookie could have been better. I've had better cookies at a store bakery. Crumbl isn't bad by any means, but it really just depends on the flavor you get. I personally prefer Chip's traditional chocolate chip cookie the best, but I like Crumbl's variety. I especially love their red velvet cookie and I wish they had that all the time! read more

Usually this place is great but my daughter had a frustrating experience. She ordered cookies for her friends to be delivered around 5:30. We have the receipt and everything. At 7 she asked her friends if they had received them and they hadn't. She quickly reordered them and they were delivered later. I ordered cookies an hour and a half ago, the app says they were delivered, but I never received my order. Customer service said the only way to get a refund is through this store. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes now and no one is answering the phone. I'm extremely frustrated as there is no other way to get in touch with this location short of driving to the store itself. I like crumbl! But unfortunately I don't like all of there cookies. My favorite is the muddy buddy cookie... which is INCREDIBLE! But it's only there every couple of weeks. ‍ if they had this cookie all the time it would be a 4 star at least. read more

I live in Texas and decided last minute on a Friday night to send some cookies to my son in Utah. To my surprise, the online ordering system gave me the option to have the cookies delivered immediately! It was almost too good to believe, so I called the Orem store and Jacob reassured me that, yes, the cookies would go out with my customized note right away. He even offered to send it with Door Dash because their own drivers were so busy with Valentine's Day deliveries. Amazing service! Jacob was great! The sugar cookies were dry and like sawdust in my mouth, and crazy sweet. The chocolate chip ones were better, but greasy and not much flavor. They always have a great variety of cookies available and each one that I have tried is absolutely delicious! Their customer service is also incredible. I always feel like the people there are happy and smiling and willing to answer my questions. We LOVE Crumbl cookies - too much! If you're looking for an irresistible treat and can't fight the urge, this is the place! These are giant soft baked cookies which is not my favorite kind of cookie. I got an assortment for us of us chocolate chip, peanut butter and their version of the oreo. Honestly, I didn't love any of them. Again, I don't prefer a soft baked cookie so I probably would not like any of their options. That being said, the cookies are big and beautiful. The peanut butter cookie was stuffed with peanut butter. They finish off the cookies when ordered if they need to be finished off (i.e. crean piped onto the oreo base), and the cookies are served warm. A major pet peeve was that I originally only ordered 3 cookies. You can buy the cookies either individually, in a 4 pack or in larger quantities, but when I only wanted 3, the lady told me I had to purchase 4. Granted, it was only $1 more to get 4 cookies versus buying 3 individualIy. but that was not what I wanted to do. I didn't like being forced to buy a 4th cookie when I didn't really want to do that. I felt like I didn't have a choice though. Also, the cashier talk to the person before me and the person after me about their cookie purchase club, but she didn't say a word to me about it. read more

I don't have a lot to say for ALL their flavors but their snickerdoodle cookie is seriously addictive. Their cookies are enormous and I could still eat a whole box of snickerdoodle. That being said, they change their flavors every week so that snickerdoodle is not readily available. THIS ONLY MAKES THE CRAVING WORSE. They also have an amazing half chocolate chip, half chocolate chocolate chip cookie that might hold you over until their snickerdoodle is back. Aside from asking me to wait in line again to charge me an extra dollar just for a box (after handing me my cookies), the cookies are hard, small, and look way better than they taste.
