Nice clean location. I would have given 5 stars but it seems like my orders are never ready at their designated pick-up times. They usually make them when I get there, which is fine, but sometimes I'm picking up Crumbl on my way to work or an event, and I'd like to be in and out. read more

Worst not chocolate chip cookies I've ever had . For 5 dollars a piece they can keep them . Jersey mikes chocolate chip cookies blow theirs away ! Hardly no chocolate chips ! read more

I buy a lot of Crumbl for marketing and I've been to several locations in several states. I was from out of town and stopped by to make a drop before I left town. There was nobody at the registers so I placed my order at the kiosk. It wasn't fast and the dude who threw that cookies on the table and had a face like there was no place else he wanted to be less left a memorable impression. I was having second thoughts about leaving this review until I saw the frosting all over the box and now the interior of my car. Now I get to clean the interior of my car. The cookies are a hot mess. I know it's hard finding good workers but you'd be better off closing than letting this guy ruin your reputation and brand. read more

1 star is for the owner of this establishment. Shame on them for having ONE person working on a Monday, cookie drop day. I was in yesterday around 3. There was ONE person working. Online ordering coming in, people in the lobby ordering. She's frosting cookies to fill her orders. She deserves a raise. She stayed calm and kind. You are lucky to have her. read more

Came here 1 time and the 6pk of cookies were not made right... 2 cookies were raw and the rest did not have the candy pieces advertised. Came here a second time and they are literally sold out of some cookies. I mean, all you do is COOKIES... how can you be out of ANY cookies and especially Fathers Day cookies the day before Fathers Day. Save yourself the trip and go to Lacey. read more

Worst customer service, we weren't even acknowledged when walking in to the store! They were not busy and couldn't even get our order right! The location was also dirty. read more

Best Crumbl in Washington. Friendly and helpful staff!!! Hands down would go out of my way to get cookies at this location!

Always quick and friendly staff! A neat and clean store, and always delicious treats! Our favorite spot to stop when we have a sweet tooth.

Staff is super friendly and quick service. The store is nice clean and conveniently located.

Be nice if a cookie store would make cookies past 7:00. Also would be nice if people working here made cookies instead of staring at their phones. This place has been going downhill faster than a Jamaican bobsled team. read more

The quality and taste of the cookies are unmatched. Apparently they're still working through being a new store as they got my order very wrong. Too bad they didn't select a different location because that parking lot is not ideal. I'd almost rather go to Lacey. They were all very polite and wore smiles, and the cookies were delicious read more

The staff is very friendly, but these cookies are NOT good for you and the company hides it. They state a serving is, let's say, 250 calories, and that's fine, right? Hypothetically, yes, but that's a sliver of the cookie. And y'all KNOW you are not eating just a sliver of it; no, you are eating the whole thing, and probably more than one cookie, and here comes a stomach ache... Lesson learned for me... My stomach was aching for days afterwards, which pushed me to do some research. No wonder my body hated me; I probably consumed 3K calories in one sitting. read more

I know that people like to say Crumbl cookies are overrated or overpriced but here is the thing. They are BIG delicious, fresh, interesting, quality cookies. They, in my opinion, are amazing. They always have a rotating line of cookies to keep things interesting, fresh, and exciting. The cookies are big and delicious. I am in love with them. The staff is usually very friendly and efficient. Ordering is easy and they have an awesome loyalty program. I do wish they would have napkins on hand, I think it is weird that a food place doesn't offer napkins, especially for cookies (something that is often well, crumbly, and can be messy). So, to all the haters. Yes, they are "expensive" for 5.00 a cookie but so are cupcakes, donuts, milkshakes, coffee drinks, candy bars, ice cream cones. It is all expensive. So choose what YOU want to spend YOUR money on and be happy. For me? That is absolutely going to be a Crumbl cookie. read more

So good! Really enjoyed the strawberries and cream and Dubai dirt cake! Will totally return

Where do I even start. This place sucks! The cookies are terrible, so dry and flavorless. There just so yucky. Half of the time, the cookies are raw! And the prices! It's ridiculous what they cost here especially considering the cookies are terrible. Service is trash. The workers here might be competing to be the worst next to McDonald's workers. 0/10 don't spend your money here. Bleh read more

Good customer service. The staff were fast, friendly, and got what I ordered. My only complaint is the location, I do not like pulling into the parking lot. read more

Not even 5pm and they are already sold out of multiple options. If you are driving over a half hour like I did make sure to order online first before you waste an hour! Others before and after me walked in and right back out for the same reason. Hope they learn how to project inventory needs because just in the few minutes I was there they already lost hundreds of dollars in potential sales. read more

if i could give 0 zero stars i WOULD two ugly boys were working when i came in and they were not helpful at all and just plain RUDE. when i walked in they just ignored us and continued talking amongst themselves. will not be revisiting read more

love crumbl and they are amazing for a sweet treat and they do a great job at making me want to come back

I'm sorry to post this but my chocolate chip cookie was flavorless and over baked. For the $4.49 cookie I bought I'd probably go back for my money back (yes I am one of those) but it's not a hop skip or jump away. read more

Horrible cookies and VERY expensive. They only offer whatever is chosen each week presumably by the head Crumbl office. We just split their chocolate chip cookie. It was like store bought dough. Literally. The banana offering looked like a plop of yellow yuck. First and last time. The people there were very nice however. read more

The team is always super friendly when we come in. Cookies are super tasty and never disappointed

Love crumbl. The dark chocolate chunk always hits and gotta make sure to go when they have the cornbread cookie!

When we walked in not a single employee greeted us. There were boxes on the floor and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. When we have gone there in the past, there has always been an employee to take our order, so after standing there getting ignored, we eventually realized that we were needing to order the cookies on our own. The girl that called out my name, once our cookies were ready, was covered in hickeys, and did not look profesional. She asked me if they looked okay, and then closed the box after I said yes, then turned and walked away. When we got home to our overpriced cookies, they were raw in the middle. This place is steadily going down hill, and not sure how long this store will last. read more

Put in a hot cookie with a melted liquid topping that I was unaware of, with other cookies and didn't notify me. The liquid melted all over and dripped out of the box onto my pants and car. Not a pleasant experience! read more

A friend and I went Saturday afternoon for our free T-Mobile cookie. Both cookies were hard! Disappointing experience.

It's ok not the best not the worst would try again soon . A bit on the pricy side for a cookie but a nice treat for sure.

Employees are unpleasant and do not understand the order ahead system. Hopefully these issues can be worked out since this location is new.

This review is based purely on service and ambiance. Unfortunately, I walked out without buying any cookies because I couldn't figure out how to buy them. I walked inside to what looked like 8 people ahead of me. There appeared to be 2 employees working behind the counter. It looked like they were busy working on orders. Nobody greeted me, which is understandable with how busy it was, but the process was extremely confusing for a new customer. While waiting in line I saw two counters. One said pickup and the other said order. Due to the placement of the line, lack of signage, and customer service I had no idea if the line of people were waiting to order or pickup. So I waited there for a few minutes before I decided the wait was more than I bargained for. After leaving I found out they have self service kiosks that you enter your order into. There was no signage in the store explaining this. I even looked for it after I suspected that was the case. I probably would have stayed and entered my order on the kiosk if there had been better signage explaining the ordering process. read more

we pre-ordered at 9am for around 8pm, we get there and they are out of 2 of the cookies we had ordered
