The parking lot can sometimes be overwhelming, but that can be expected. I'm glad that there is a Lush Cosmetics store here, this is always a must for me. On my last visit, I was bummed to see that they no longer have the "Made in Washington" store. I didn't see it last time, and I'm pretty sure I was looking in the right spot. They also used to have a Brighton store I believe, but that is gone too. Aside from the food court options, I like going to the Kizuki Ramen restaurant, and last time I tried a conveyor belt sushi spot that was good.

The different stores and food options I have explored here have varied with my age and focus in life, including for work and hobbies. As a young one, I was not the biggest shopper in the family, so our trips here could feel a bit long. Benches for sitting while waiting have been helpful, though can be spaced out. My experiences here have matured as I have aged into adulthood. Alderwood became my number one when shopping for professional attire and wanting to explore more than one retailer. Going to the movies here is something I have done on occasion, the food options remain my most utilized store/shop option across my childhood and adulthood.

As a non-profit, we rely on the support of our community to keep the program running. Yesterday I stopped into Bigfoot to ask for donations for an upcoming auction/fund raiser. Anyone who has had to do this sort of thing will tell you that it can be rather uncomfortable, and I was, but Bigfoots open handed generosity left me amazed. After I stammered out what we were asking, the shop owner asked what age or skill level we needed and then just started pulling kits of the shelf. "Got any cars, what about armour? How about something for kids? And some tools..." Needless to say, I fairly floated out of the shop, arms full and smiling. When I got home, I told my wife that I am spending ALL my money at Bigfoot Hobbies from now on! Good people, who support their community, deserve the support OF their community. This is a great shop, staffed by great people. Go there and check it out, you won't be dissapointed!
