It's my first time here and tried their cinnamon rolls! It was sooooo good! It's delicious and kinda melt in your mouth. They are inside the 222 Market in downtown Olympia and the owners are really friendly. They also make custom cakes and also delivers (with a small fee). Love love their buns and will definitely go back.

The cinnamon rolls are incredible, and they were very kind. I went there on a Saturday morning and they told me to come back at noon for cinnamon rolls, so be aware I think they are ready at noon. I cant find their hours online so I thought this tidbit may be helpful. Cant wait to go back!

    Cinnamon roll the real deal.

A coworker had recommended this place, and I decided to go along with him during breakfast hours…read more We luckily got here when it was not busy, as he has told me that it can get quite busy here. The service was pretty quick. Ambiance was appealing with many baked items and a very nice aroma that got my Ghrelin levels going! They have many different savory and sweet options. I ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches which came with sausage, muffin, and eggs. OH MY GOD. This was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have tried in a while. Absolutely amazing. I am lucky that I don't live right by this place, otherwise I would spend all of my money here. I also got a sausage quiche which was not bad, but I wish I had tried some of their croissants. The croissants were placed around the corner of where I ordered, so I had not seen them. Had I seen the croissants, I would have ordered them and devoured them. I am definitely coming back to this place and HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

The floral arrangements and product displays were clearly designed with great care. All the items are wrapped in plastic wrap to keep them fresh. The shop is quite spacious, and the interesting paintings on the walls really leave an impression. All of this plays a huge role in building up their customer base. Service: The signage inside is clear, and everyone lines up in an orderly way. The staff is warm and welcoming, and they even asked if I wanted my bread warmed up. The order came out very fast--overall, a great service experience. Taste: I ordered two pastries: an almond croissant and a chocolate croissant. The almond croissant was packed with ingredients, with a thick, rich layer of processed almond filling in the middle. The texture was great--highly recommended! However, the chocolate croissant was a total disaster!!! My first bite was actually satisfying; the chocolate flavor and texture were rich. But on my second bite, I realized... it was underbaked. So disappointing.

I didn't get photos unfortunately but will be back and can update then. We ordered a marble loaf, croissants, chocolate hazelnut croissant (casse-noisette), brownie, kouign-amann and the fraisier. Oh. My. Heaven. This is the first bakery in a long time we have been craving days later. Everything. I mean EVERYTHING was delicious with the exception of the marble loaf. The loaf was extremely firm and had no flavor. My son who loves everything sweet only had two bites. The rest made up for it. My husband LOVES croissants and this is by far the best he has had in all of Washington. The casse-noisette was ridiculous. Often when you have stuffed croissants they either have barely any or way too much "stuffing". This was perfect. The perfect blend of chocolate and hazelnut. The crunch of the hazelnuts on top were a welcome contrast. Cannot wait to return. What a gem!

A solid 4 stars. Who knew that one can get the best classic croissant on a trip to Seattle. Croissant - perfect, I would have gotten another one but will look forward to returning before our trip ends. Avocado toast - egg added (extra) was the best bang for your buck and the lightly dressed, bright, crisp salad was a pleasant surprise. Chicken salad - no picture but was a no-frills, arugula based salad with shredded chicken and a hint of cheese. This was our least favorite item and if not for this the food would have been given 5 stars. Large latte - generous portion and delicious with the star of the show - a plain croissant! The ambiance is impeccably French cafe too but the way in which you order wasn't efficiently laid out; seemed a bit confusing. Perhaps it was simply due to there being a large group who were seated right near the slightly hidden cashier (to the side of the pastry display) or we weren't sure what to expect on our first time there. We sat outside and that was extremely pleasant. Definitely would go back for the croissant alone!
