Love it so much I go there every two weeks! Crumble has great taste they are a bit sweet but they are really good!

Once just a cookie brand, they now sell other kinds of sweets. I haven't had Crumbl in about 3-4 years because the first and last time I had it the sugar sent me over the edge. However, all of the promo on social media and their collaboration with Dove sparked my interest again. They also now have mini versions of their sweets, which I am ecstatic about because the bigger ones are usually far too sweet and have really high calories (I've seen some as high as 1200). You can order online and they even have a points system. (Cost): $9.99 for a set of 3 minis + tax + tip (Food): Mini Tres Leches--It was better than expected but not anything super memorable. It reminded me of a Tres Leches cup that I might get from Safeway. 6/10. Banana Cream-- Really good, even better than the tres leches. There is a bit of an undercooked taste to the cookie itself, but it wasn't in an unpleasant way. The banana puddung itself was more lightly banana flavored. There was an actual banana piece in it that I ate; this is significant because I dislike bananas but the pudding masked it. 8/10. Birthday Cake--Beautifully presented, but the sugar in the icing and the cake was overpowering. I stopped eating it about halfway. My least favorite and the highest in calories (350). 2/10. (Location): This location is in a high traffic area that is surrounded by shops. Plenty of parking. The shop itself is small with no seating (not bothered, just letting people know). It wasn't very clean and the order status screen was broken. (Service): I wasn't greeted when I entered and the one employee I did interact with was very neutral. They did greet the customer who entered after me. The order was made online and they completed it on time, so I will give them kudos for that. read more

pleasant last-minute Valentine's Day surprise delivery to my door. Not sure if the delivery person knocked on my door, but this was made quickly from when it was ordered! very sweet cookies, which was expected...some of them to the point where my teeth started to hurt, which is common when I consume a lot of sugar. I really liked the cookie at the top left corner of this picture because it was on the softer side of sweetness with the strawberry spread at the top. The bottom right corner was not impressive at all as it tasted like the cheaper cookies from grocery stores. chocolate chip cookie was great, but not the best that I ever had. the bottom middle cookie was not sweet and very underwhelming :/ I like that you are able to personalize a message on the box if you decide to deliver cookie boxes to someone else. glad that the option was available because the message lit up my heart! read more

This Crumbl location is always a favorite! The cookies are consistently great, and my daughter and I love checking out the rotating menu each week to try the fun new flavors. I love crumbl cookies but management needs to hire more employees. Came in tonight and the two people working were obviously very overwhelmed with the many customers waiting in the lobby and driving thru drive thru. We waited 22 minutes for our 8 cookies after ordering them. Customers came in and walked out empty handed because things were going so slow. Employees seemed upset and unfriendly and didn't engage or show cookies. A couple customers walked back in after leaving because their orders were wrong. read more

What he receives at Crumbl is something else entirely. Something loud. It arrives in a box that feels more like a coffin than a pastry case--pink, austere, lined with the bodies of sugared giants. I took a bite. The frosting stuck to my teeth. The sugar hit with the force of artillery, sharp and cloying. There was no escape. No subtlety. No reason. Just more. Always more. There was no balance, no room for reflection, just excess. A cookie should not require courage. A cookie should not make you thirst for water and meaning and quiet. In this new world of algorithms and edible theatrics, we have these things that call themselves cookies but are more like a performance--sugar on stage in a costume, yelling. This was not a dessert. It was a spectacle. And it made me tired. Give me something smaller. Something honest. A cookie should not try to be a novel. It should be a short story. Clean. True. Was so excited to try the only drive-through crumble in the area. Unfortunately, it was a big fail. If there's anybody in front of you, you're doomed. So I had to back out of the drive-through and go in and pick up my cookies. And to make it even worse, it was pouring down rain and cold. Hopefully they will get the kinks worked out so that drive-through can be a successful option. However, cookies were awesome as always. read more

Been to this location numerous times. Having young daughters that follow the craze of new cookie releases, we come to this location because it's close to home. Service seems to be a bother to some of the young employees. Floors are almost always dirty used gloves and chunks of dough. Cookies are pretty tasty,It is just the aspect of lack of cleanliness that scares me. If that's what I can see then I can only imagine what I can't. Friendly drive through, fast. However cookies aren't that good for the price $30 for 12 "mini cookies" which are the size of regular cookies and they are underbaked, tasted doughy. Total for each cookie is $2.5 dollar. Not worth the convenience. read more

I've ordered many times from this store, I've been told by their employees they are better than the olympia crumbl... but I have received worse service at this location. I ordered 2 dozen cookies last time and they were individually boxed (I called and asked them and they said no problem) but they brought them to me without a box or bag and they spilled all over my car. This time I ordered another 2 dozen as I did before, let them know what happened last time and they said they would not do that and gave me the boxes but let me know they were not charging me for the boxes even tho when I ordered on the app. The boxes are free. read more

The workers in the store don't even greet you when you walk in the store we've never been they didn't offer to help with the self order machine or tell us about their cookies, when you pay five dollars a cookie, you'd think you could at least get a smile not this big box just slid across with nobody willing to look at you. Originally excited to go, my kids kept talking about how they are supposed to be really good. Walking in, smelled good, but a bit surprised at the cost of cookies. Then upon further reading, some cookies have over 90+ ingredients??? Ummm, why? Places like this have me wanting to for go connivence and make our own...so we will know what is in it. Crumbl is soooo delicious!! Every time I drive by my mouth waters and I start craving it!! Definitely satisfies my pregnancy cravings!!

I love how chewy and soft their cookies are. The size of the cookie is worth it. I love how fast they make them as well.

Delicious cookie, but at five bucks a pop they aren't that amazing. Tried the lemon frosted sugar cookie and the key lime pie. The lemon one had an almost Tollhouse taste to the batter which I loved. Crunchy edges and chewiness made it tasty but the dough was just slightly too thick so it was almost caked. I had the key lime the next day and it was definitely caked from not being fresh but still really good. My sister tried the chocolate chip and the blueberry and she shrugged at them. She's had better from Blue Chip Cookies, Mrs. Fields, and even Nestle Tollhouse. Still, for me it's a solid cookie but just with a forbidding price point. read more

Summary: Fancy new place- decent cookies, large price tag....scroll for more. Cookies are quite large- definitely sharable. For $5 each they should be. You can get a better deal if you buy more. Not too many to choose from, and I like that the menu rotates. It's super clean, as it should be for a brand new place. They also offer 1/2 pint ice creams in a few flavors. ($5) Daughter loved the berry cheesecake flavor. Let's get to the cookies: we got a 6 pack for $25. Chocolate chip was dang full of chocolate and comes warm. Pink sugar is chilled and has an odd flavor but good, I didn't let it get me down. Mint was chilled and the frosting was so great- fluffy & buttery & tasted the closest to my homemade frosting. The cookie flavor of it was ? had some chips off some sort in it. Real good. Caramel apple was served warm and I totally appreciate the unique flavor this was. Would've liked more apple in/on it, but impressed. The cookie itself was too soft in my opinion.. would have liked to see this on a crunchier cookie base. All of them were soft. To the point of being really close to not being done, but just done enough. Peanut butter m&m was really good- one of my faves- wish they used peanut butter bites without chemical dyes but really I probably don't want to even look at the nutrition label..... I'd probably get diabetes just from one glance. These cookies were overly sweet I think. All in all, fun to try once and perhaps get one here or there, but the price and the meh-ness of the homemade taste to me, a cookie baker myself, has them lacking.
