Went yesterday. I ordered 3 mini's and 1 regular cookie. The 3 mini's were stale. The regular cookie was boxed to give to my co-worker for her birthday but when I got back to work with it, it was not the cookie I had ordered. It was, in fact, the large version of the stale mini cookie. The computers were down so it was a verbal order thereby making it no chance it was on me. Recommend that you consider asking when cookies were made and checking all orders before you leave! read more

I love the warm chocolate chip cookie from Crumbl so I asked my husband to bring me here for my birthday cookie. 2 out of 3 of the computers were out of order so we had to wait for everyone to use the one computer to order. There is no assistance or even a welcome from the employees. In fact, they never even look to the front until they bring your order up. I love the concept of Crumbl cookies (there's a new menu of cookies each week). It took me a while to get into it because I felt like they were over hyped for sure. I still sort of feel that way, but I really do enjoy some of the cookies very much. With that being said, I've had my fair share in the past weeks and my favorites have been the raspberry lemonade, blueberry cheesecake, salted caramel cheesecake and several others. I do feel like they are a bit expensive, but the cookies are huge and definitely shouldn't be eaten in one sitting lol. I usually cut them into fourths. This location always works quick and the cookies are always warm (unless served cold) and delicious. I love how moist they are. They have become a bit of a guilty pleasure. Even got hubby hooked lol Safe to say I'm sure I'll be back to try more. SN: you don't really interact with the employees much. Place your order online or on a kiosk at the store. The cookies? Yeah they're good. Large, tasty...expensive. I do NOT like having to input my own order and pay without any interaction from an employee. Places should give an employee discount when there's no option to interact with an employee and you do all the work. You can't even ask a question. ANNNNNNNNND then as you're ringing yourself up and paying, the computer system has the gall to ask you how much you want to tip!! For what?!? So, yeah. Not a fan of that. At all. You don't get any interaction with employees, you order at a tablet and in a few minutes they will call your name and hand you a box with your delicious cookies. Now - if you are trying to at all watch what you eat you need to be aware of some sneaky tricksy hobbits, well, tricks on the calorie counts for these cookies. It'll show a cookie as 150-200 calories but have an asterisk that says "per serving" and a cookie is 4 servings so..... you're talking 600-900 calories for a cookie!!! I've been eating mine for the past several days now because I am trying to get in to shape for bikini season. Although I guess if you're going to a cookie store you probably aren't worried about calorie intake. read more

I am not sure why I like these cookies as much as I do. They are really just ok cookies in all reality. The process of acquiring these cookies is maybe one of the coolest things I've seen in a restaurant. You can see the rotating ovens and man are they sexy! You can see all of the prep work, baking, and the finishing of the toppings after they pull them from the warming cabinets. Pretty freaking rad! You walk in, ring yourself up for a pretty damn expensive cookie, and then wait for them to hand you the pretty pink box. The cookies are nice and warm but are borderline raw a lot of the times I have had them. Good news is I have an oven at home and I know how to use it. That means I get warm cookies again, so I guess that is a win. We keep going, so I guess I'll keep eating them. Some of them are really fucking good, so four stars! read more

I used to only go to the crumbl on mendenhall and was always disappointed at how long it took to get my mobile order. The location in Olive Branch is by far wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy faster and cleaner than the one on Mendenhall in Memphis. Both locations ALWAYS keep the awesome quality of Crumbl , however the Olive Branch location had way less people working in it and it served up at least 20 customers in a short period of time while I was there. read more

The cookies were great that was a 5. But the customer service is lacking. The first time ever coming to the location, I thought I would have been greeted, told thank you or some courtesy. Even after telling the rep that it was my first time at this location. It was all business, no customer service. I am finding out later that they had different things other than cookies. I just wish I had a representative at the front to help me. Maybe next time I will make sure to ask for help I guess, even after telling the person it is your first time ever coming to Crumbl you would have thought they would have offered some help/ advice/friendly gesture or something. The cookies are awesome, but pricey I recommend staying away from the brownie based ones unless it's not chilled, some are better.. anything cheesecake is really good!! Also if you are trying to count calories, don't eat the whole cookie. One cookie is about 600 calories. read more

Okay. So not a fan of the rotating menu. But whatever. They always have chocolate chip or chocolate chunk. So I'm good in that department. Lol. The cookies are really good. I buy enough to get me through a few days. The people are nice. I do wish there was a little more interaction between the employees and customers. Like they don't always greet as people come in. There is always a good variety with something that will please everyone in our family and I often give Crumbl cookies as "Happies" for teachers, coaches, etc. My only complaint is they do not bag them even if you order 25 or more individual cookies for gifts/favors, so take shopping bags with you. read more
