YUM!!! I Live for this place can't go a day without thinking about Crumbl best cookies ever

This is what we consider our "home" location of Crumbl, which is to say it gets WAY too much of our dessert budget!! For the uninitiated, Crumbl has been hand-chosen by God to make the richest, sweetest, yummiest, most decadent cookies to ever be consumed on planet Earth! Our family absolutely loves this place! The only downside is that these cookie are SO good, and SO rich that it really is pretty difficult to consume one and NOT get a stomach ache! (Notice that I didn't say that the challenge was consuming one, but doing so without needing a long tummy rub afterward!) We love to get the six pack box of cookies of all different flavors, cut each one in quarters, and then we all try a piece! That's one of the things that sets this kind of dessert apart from others - getting to so easily share and sample! One of the coolest things about Crumbl is the perpetually-rotating menu! Each week brings new flavors! And, I have to say, I never knew just how many possible flavors of cookies there could possibly be! The recipe book for this place must be the size of an encyclopedia! It's super easy to order online or on site, and pick up your freshly boxed cookies in the store! The desserts are good but the employees are rude, slow and the management was aware of am issue with the app and didn't bother to bother train the employees or have a plan for the issue. They simply didn't care. When I called they said oh we are aware of the issue. Didn't take my phone number no follow up. They did offer a free cookie I declined. THE BEST cookies. Crumbl has become quite a phenomenon in our area, and for good reason. The cookies are HUGE, the flavors are creative, and the service is always great. Pair all of that with cute little pink boxes and these cookies really are something special. You can order online easily, or pop in and order via a kiosk. The cookies are prepared fresh for you as you wait. They are frosted and decorated on the spot, and most are served warm. The service was not great, we weren't greeted by any of the employees and had to stand there and eventually ask for help.

After having been here a few times, it only seems fitting to leave a review. Built into a busy strip mall, the parking situation is ample, but always hectic. Assuming you're able to park and not get run over, be prepared for a line, as multiple stops I've made had one out the door. It's usually a good sign if a place has a line out the door though and it's no different in this case. Upon walking in, you'll use the self serve kiosks to build your order. You can order any number of fresh baked cookies and ice cream by the pint. The best value obviously being a dozen cookies. The good: Soft, flavorful, rich, warm cookies that are served fairly quickly. They're quite large and the flavors rotate weekly. Plus, they deliver (although full disclosure, haven't utilized that yet). The bad: Have been in many times and they've never had their ice cream available/sold out. This is particularly disappointing as it looks really good. The price is a bit steep considering the final product. The front waiting area of the store is fairly small/crowded (not ideal if you're at all concerned about Covid). And most of the flavors aren't usually my jam. I get that variety is the spice of life, but I'm lucky if 2 of the 6 weekly offerings sound appealing. All in all, it's a great place to grab that dessert cookie. We found Crumbl Cookies because of recommendations from people and since we don't have one in Omaha, we decided to try it. Each week they have different flavors of cookies. We ordered 2 of each to make a dozen. The cookies are huge! Eating one of them will make you so full! The flavors of them are so delicious as well! The cookies themselves are soft and especially tasty when they're fresh out of the oven! The ordering process is pretty simple. You place your order on iPads in the shop and soon after, the workers get your order ready! At this location, we didn't have to wait too long to get them, which is nice. We definitely enjoyed the cookies and the simple ordering experience. We will try this place again for sure! read more

So, they do...cookies. Nothing more, just cookies. And the cookies range from 'mmm, yeah, I guess' to 'OMG, I need to sit down because my knees just gave out'. But still, it's...cookies. There's a lady whose name is splashed across malls through the country (Mrs. Something's) and then there are P&L/Westport options open until hours where reasonable people are sleeping, so it's not like this is totes unique. I digress. It IS about cookies, and when that's what you are serving, you are likely to be pretty focused. Crumbl has a minimalist vibe with a sampling of their six cookies available that day, and the cookies are fairly, well, big. You order through a self-serve kiosk, or, for the mobile, through the app (yay, data mining!). A single cookie, served in its own fancy box, runs you $3.50, or you can score a four-pack for around $12. We sampled a lemon cookie (just...too lemony), an iced snickerdoodle (think, flattened Cinnabon), a milk chocolate chunk (sparse chunks, I say), and a semi-sweet, gooey chocolate collision of decadence and mild hallucinogens. If my daughter had not been proactive and carved the cookies into quarters (she made 'cookie flights'), then I might have gone all MMA on that semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie. For all of its Starbucks-y approach to cookies (think, overpriced and marginally worth it), that semi-sweet choco-chip cookie was worthy of a second trip. Served warm, it's just freakin' bliss, and you seriously have to be seated to eat it. And don't drive and eat one; it's not safe. But the rest of the fare? Yeah, not really. But that semi-sweet devil will be on my shoulder for some time, glad to be free if its pink walls of light cardboard and taunting me with its delectableness. Also, if you see a line, then just know it goes fairly quickly. But this is where that whole fancy-schmancy app thing (or delivery services) comes in handy. Give it a try. read more

This was the first time trying a Crumbl Cookies location, it was a good experience. I visited Crumbl Cookies late on a Friday evening, it was crowded but they did a good job serving all the customers. The cookies were warm and flavorful, and very large. You can order the cookies as a single, box of 4 or box of 6. They are very large so one cookie equates to approximately 2 - 3 of a normal size cookie. All cookies are very soft and like the name says they crumble. My personal favorite were the chocolate chip and cakes batter cookies. If you enjoy cookies you will probably like Crumbl Cookies. read more

They A'ight.... Man oh man, I feel like I have waited my whole life to try these cookies. I had attempted to get some probably three times but the line was ridiculously wrapped around the building during hot summer days. So I thought this is God telling me to spare the calories, but today it went down. I would like to think I am a cookie connoisseur. I like them to be firm upon first touch, yet soft and ooey-gooey on the inside and a nice crunch around the outside. For my first experience I kept it pretty basic and just got the chocolate chip. They have some pretty diverse choices like a watermelon sugar cookie, teddy gram, and one that looks like an oversized little debbie cookie. So if you don't want to be basic like me they have different flavors to spice up your life. But I was here for the chocolate chip. Upon arrival the line was pretty chaotic, but it seemed to be more people waiting on their cookies. You order from an ipad on the wall. It was a very nice ordering experience. Very easy breezy, but if it were someone like my mom who is not technically savy it would be a problem. The cookies are served warm in a cute pink box. They are flat and wide. It kinda seemed like they could've cooked a little more. They were flimsy all the way through. They seemed to be made with milk chocolate chips. I could definitely taste the brown sugar. I would've liked them to be fatter and a bit more cake like or brownie like. To me this cookie was like an elevated subway or Mc Donalds cookie. They were good and all, but I don't think worth standing out in the blazing sun for them. You can't really get a chocolate chip cookie wrong but I have had better and for about $4 a piece I think I might have to pass on a second time. The kids will love it, but If I had multiple kids I would make them share case they will probably only be able to eat 2 bites. read more

Here at Crumbl you pay for high quality and you receive high quality. It's a high end cookie stop that doesn't let you down. To start they have a very simple ordering process with multiple kiosks available. I believe they have 2 cookies there constantly, chocolate chip and sugar. Then they have some rotating ones and those are the ones we targeted for this trip. Some are serve chilled, some served warm. We had e Twix, birthday cake, PB&J, and the s'mores. If I had to pick a favorite it would be the birthday cake, but all of them were absolutely top notch. The wife already wants to go back. Thought the cookies seemed overhyped but tried them once and totally understood. I love that there's something new every week and once I find one I love, I can set an alarm in the app to notify me if it's ever back in stock. They are a little pricey and not every cookie is a winner. But it's fun checking each week to see what's in stock for the week and occasionally seeing one I think sounds so good or interesting and giving it a try. They're also so big it's fun to share them with my partner and try new flavors. read more

Thank the lord that this is not near anywhere that I live or work, because I would be here weekly! I wondered what all the hype was about and stopped in last weekend. Seemed pricey for 4 cookies, but gave it a whirl. There were lots of people ordering and a ton of teenage elves working like a well oiled machine in the kitchen. It was candy bar week, so I received a sour patch kid, M&M, Heath, and chocolate chip. I took a pic and sent to friends and then had my first bite. Wow! This was so delicious and warm that I immediately wondered why I didn't get more. The size of these cookies are as big as my hand, so even though I was devouring the warm M&M cookie in the car, I could only eat half. Crumbl cookies has been on my mind ever since last weekend, so I searched this weeks menu, (They change weekly) and decided to make a trip of errands around Olathe. Today I picked up Pink Sugar, chocolate cupcake, and 2 chocolate chip in my 4 pack. Again I had to have half in the car driving home because it was warm and delicious. This place is the picture of our efficiency driven future! You walk in and there's a list of cookie offerings. Simple menu with 100% focus on the cookie. You order at the kiosk on a tablet, swipe, and watch your order move up the order board. Staff are working quickly baking and filling orders. Seeing the whole process from start to finish operating right in front of you is impressive. Before you know it, you are waking out with amazing giant tasty cookies! Obviously this place is delicious, it wouldn't have such a huge following if it wasn't amazing! Walked in on Thursday to get a couple of cookies, ended up getting a box of four. There were only four flavors left for that day, so we got one of each. The cookies were soft and baked consistently and decorated beautifully. The classic chocolate chip cookie was hard to be but the strawberry shortcake cookie was my personal favorite! They have a decent ordering system where you order your cookies on a iPad and then they call out your name when it is ready. They were pretty quick and efficient despite the long lines! I think these cookies can be amazing but sometimes they can be really dry or too cakey. Very much depends on the flavors of the week. I can't remember what all I've tried but I do know the chocolate chip is really not very good but the pink velvet was delicious! Also the lemon was very disappointing but I like the frosted sugar cookie. I think the hook is different flavors every week so you gotta keep trying. Nothing to write home about. A cookie that costs almost $5 including the tax, should WOW the customer. It didn't. Twisted Sugar down the road a short distance has better tasting chocolate chip cookies at lower prices. The price most likely reflects the 7 employees I saw behind the counters. I was the only customer in the store. When you place your order on the ipad they ask for a tip. Tip? For putting a cookie in a box? Seriously? When I'm craving a cookie I'll drive further east to Twisted Sugar. This was my first visit to Crumbl, but I'm not impressed enough to make a second visit. read more
