Terrible application and customer service. So rude & disrespectful over the phone to a customer trying to receive the product they paid for.

Unsure if they had more options in the back, but outside of macaroons, no gf options. They do have tea but it's not advertised on their menu. They have such cute teapots and cups for their tea. Had the fig honey latte, they do have either oat or whole milk options. Slightly sweet, and very good. I ended up with almond croissant which was flaky, slightly sweet, and great mouth feel.

I went for the pistachio honey latte (I'm a sucker for pistachio!) and snagged the last veggie quiche of the morning around 11am. Both were absolutely delicious and perfect for breakfast. My friend had the rosewater croissant and a strawberry matcha iced latte--both equally unique and delightful. Despite being a bustling Saturday morning, the staff was incredibly kind and efficient. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a cozy spot no matter the weather. For parking, I'd recommend Westport Road or 40th Street (west of Main) and taking a short walk. Preordering whole quiches, tarts, cookies, cupcakes may require 48 hours' notice. Enchanté is more than just a bakery--it's a little slice of magic in Kansas City. I can't wait to go back and try more seasonal goodies!

What I love about this location is you can get something super quick to go (an Aussie Pie or Sausage Roll for example) or something fast casual to eat a quick meal . Their hours are targeted for Breakfast/Lunch/Brunch. It's very Aussie influenced with sections Breakfast, Lunch and Hotbox. I ordered off the lunch menu and got the Cuban Confit Pork sandwich and my partner got the Chicken Banh Mi. We split a bag of chips and walked out for a little less than $40 with tip. The service was friendly and "order at the counter." The worker was quick to give suggestions and a layout of the menu. My Cuban sandwich was awesome and had a little bit of a Chinese Five Spice kinda vibe. Unexpected but pleasant. There are so many other things I want to try when I go back!

This is one of the few bakeries I've had where the crust isn't just secondary to the pie filling. The crust on the peach pie is amazing. Perfect, buttery, delicious, with just the right about of crisp and flakiness. Wasn't soggy on the bottom. The key lime had a perfect ratio of cream to pie and the filling was so smooth and not overly stiff/congealed like I've had elsewhere. $6 for a giant slice of happiness is a great deal. I'll definitely come back anytime I'm craving pie.

I'm a small person but with me and 3 other normal size customers (and the woman behind the counter) were packed in there. It was still a fun experience! They have 2 larger size pastry shelves with multiple Mexican pastries. Lots of bread, sugar, some cream, and some strawberry filling. There's a small refrigerator with a few cakes and cake slices as well. Cake slices are pretty large and they are $5. The pastries are $1.65 ea or $2.65 if stuffed with cream or strawberry jam. We got several varieties and got my Latin mother in law some bread and cookies. We enjoyed tasting our different picks. Bags of rolls were $2. They offer mole as well for purchase. I thought that was unique and if I ever decide to give it a try in cooking, I'd probably get some of this. YUM has constantly been one of my favorite small batch bakeries in Kansas City and has gluten-free and vegan options sometimes in their case. One of my favorites of these is the sweet potato doughnut, a soft cake doughnut that tastes of fall. Another classic YUM does oh so good is a traditional lemon bar, in my opinion, the perfect summer picnic dessert. Theirs is true to its classic form with tart tangy lemon filling and powdery sugar laden top, jammy in the middle, and slightly crispy around the edges. It truly does "melt in your mouth" in the best way possible. The muffins here also are divine, not something I usually order at a bakery, but YUMs are plump and inviting. YUM is the perfect nostalgia trap (in a good way), and the interior is decorated with pie safes full of vintage cookie cutters as well as a cute fireplace on the other side of the bakery. It's pretty much a one woman show all around, and she's the bees knees! Protect this lovely local bakery at all costs!
