My wife's boss had a half dozen of the small cookies delivered to our house on a weeknight. Uber Eats was the delivery company. Sadly, some reviewers don't understand that they are not connected to Crumbl. I'm reviewing Crumbl and not Uber Eats who was slow and late. The cookies were very nice! Tasty and good. I am writing to address a concerning issue with my recent order placed through the Crumbl app at 7:14 PM. The app notified me that my order was picked up at 7:43 PM, and the estimated delivery time was 8:08 PM. However, upon contacting the delivery driver at 8:15 PM regarding my order, the call abruptly dropped after a brief exchange. To complicate matters, I received a notification at 8:22 PM stating that my order was "handed to me," which is impossible as I was waiting in my doorway for the delivery. By 8:46 PM, I attempted to reach the DoorDash number for the driver, but my calls went unanswered. I then contacted your Lee's Summit location, where I spoke with Sidny, a manager. Unfortunately, her response implied that using a third-party service like DoorDash may have led to my order being mishandled. This left me frustrated, especially after being assured that my order was picked up. I have not received a refund or my cookies... AITA for purchasing four cookies for $40? Probably so. read more

I always go to this location because it's the closest one to me and they're pretty good. When I go, they're always stocked with their flavors, the ones I want at least. There are more days where I am greeted than not, but I don't really mind. The cookies always come out tasting great :) read more

Listen, I am a cookie connoisseur if I do say so myself. I have been interested in trying Crumbl Cookies since they hit the KC scene on the Kansas side..... But your girl wasn't about to stand in no line outside! When I saw that Lee's Summit got a new location I had to try! The cookie itself is a nice size for the price. I can't say the cookie did it for me though. I had the milk chocolate chip cookie and the chocolate chip wasn't chocolate chippin' . It was missing something y'all. Like it needs some more chocolate and less flour tasting.... It's not a horrible cookie just not one that would make me go back often. I must say it is super cute and clean inside. They have online ordering, self checkout, and a counter. There were many people working at once like at-least 20. They make the cookies fresh in house and you can watch them do it. We visited for the first time yesterday to pick up some treats for Father's Day. Crumbl didn't disappoint! They were quite busy but we were in and out. I ordered on the app and it was very easy. When we arrived, everyone working greeted each customer. We purchased 18 cookies and they were a hit! The cookies were thick, rich, and baked perfectly (gooey in the middle with plenty of the good stuff). I didn't see them there BUT (word on the street) is that they sell cookie cutters to slide each cookie in to 4 pieces. I think this is fantastic and will definitely look for that next time. Normally pretty good product and service We have been waiting for the pecan cookies to hit the menu again and when they did we grabbed them! Came for a visit and chose to try Crumbl Cookies good that there's one in town. Walked in you can smell the goodness in the air. Walked right up placed our order on the self checkout tablet and with in a few minutes the famous pink box was in our hands. It also appeared everyone else had the same idea as customers were coming and going. Plus it doesn't hurt that they were open until Midnight on this day. Unpopular opinion but here we go. I don't know if Crumble is the hype because they are thick and super cookies but for me they were pretty. The boxes were pretty, the cookies are pretty but it's like a wedding cake are we purchasing it to look at it or to eat it??? Crazy me, I wanted to eat them and after all the hype and the lines and social media and all I wanted honestly was a solid soft sugar cookie. It was overwhelming in presentation and underperforming in taste. It was so expensive I need it to be pretty AND taste good. Epic fail for me. Every cookie looked good and tasted dry and just meh, at best. I'd go to Insomnia over this place everyday if the week, or Mrs Fields, or make rice krispy treats at home. I tried to resist this place for the longest time. I thought it was all hype, but I was wrong. The cookies are not your typical, traditional kind...but bougier. They're so good. I like that they open the box to make sure you're happy with it before leaving the store. Finally got a chance to visit the Lees Summit location. I hadn't been to Crumbl before but had heard a lot about it and was excited to try it! When we went in we were greeted right away and the girl running the register helped walk me through the ordering process. I ordered a box of 6 so that we could try them. They had peanut butter cup, Twix, cosmic brownie, honey bun, chocolate chip, and a m&ms cookie. No one in my family had tried Crumbl before either so we did a fun cookie tasting by cutting them up into 6 pieces so everyone got to try the different flavors! They were all delicious but the Twix was out of this world good! Love that Crumbl's menu changes every week. Can't wait to try more flavors! read more

I ordered the waffle cookie and what was pictured was a cookie with syrup and a butter icing on it. What I got was a plain cookie with a hard lump of something, and a grade school cafeteria package of syrup. This place is too expensive to be this bad. $4 for a trash cookie not even made right. These little girls they have working in this place don't care. The cookie was nasty too. A flavorless circle of baked dough with the nastiest off brand syrup I've ever tasted in my life. This staff at this store seems undertrained. Super slow. Ordered ahead half an hour, and when I clicked the "I'm here" button on the app, it took another 30 minutes of waiting, then another 15 minutes because they said they were still working on one of my cookies. I only ordered 4 cookies. So many cars lined up in the lot, and people waiting inside. Just go to the one in KC or be prepared to wait an hour AT LEAST after ordering. These cookies changed my life. I have never had a cookie that tasted better than a donut but here we are. I got the blueberry cheesecake and honey bun cookie and WOW!!!! These cookies are so freaking good. I don't know who is rating anything but a 5! But for real, the smell as you walk in is so overwhelmingly delicious... there are 4 stations to order cookies and they box them up within a couple of minutes. The cinnamon role / bun cookie was melt in your mouth and a favorite in our household. The classic chocolate chip cookie as soo good as well. The concept of rotating the flavors is great IMO and I look forward to trying a sprinkles / birthday cake like one. I looked online and downloaded the app - you can actually check what the weekly cookies will be! I have only been once and for a first time experience, it was really pleasant. Cool concept, quick service. The weekly rotating cookies is fun. We have been here twice now, gotten 4 cookies each time. On each visit, 1-2 cookies were really good, the Gooey Butter Cake, Honey Bun, and some sort of chocolate with whipped cream and Heath. The classic chocolate chip....meh. Some of the chocolate cookies we've had have actually been TOO rich. For the price, I'd want the classic recipes to be home runs, and they were just singles, but some of the more unique flavors have been delectable. read more
