Picked up my free birthday cookie. Had kids in the car so I did curbside. I put the vehicle in with the make/model/color. The lady that brought it out was acting like a tweeker. She tried to give it to the maroon truck next to us. I mean geez, READ!!!! read more

Editing * still waiting at 8:50am*Got to the store at 8:15am and the door was locked. They came to open it. When I ordered a few cookies were sold out. Okay no big deal but then they said they had to make the other cookies. I'm standing here still waiting for my cookies and it's 8:35am. If the store opens at 8am I shouldn't have to wait this long to get cookies. Also, I'm going to add that no one else is here. read more

Crumbl - Midland - Standing waiting when no one else is in store - Bakeries Near Me - Midland, Texas

Service was good and desserts were delicious. They were not as busy as others days perfect day to eat cookies.

Honey bun is the beat. I didnt like the heath at all. Too chocolatey. You cant go wrong m&m . Peanutbutter cookie would be better without the fudge on top. Should have just stuck with the normal chocolate chip read more

Ordered for delivery. The driver "Henry B" text saying that they were busy and it would take a while. I said ok. Not a big deal. Then my order status was changed to delivered and no cookies in sight. Delivery here is a joke. The driver kept the cookies for themselves?! At my 23$ expense. Make it right. read more

Sent in an Online order on Thursday. Was allowed to order a cookie that was sold out. Could be argued that it could easily be replaced with another cookie, but the issue is the cookie was $1.45 more than the others. I know just a dollar, but still frustrating because of how pricey everything is right now. Was told my order was ready just to wait twenty or more minutes until one of the employees asked what was the name of my order. To make matters worse, the employee disappeared after going to look for my order. It took another worker (who was working her butt off I must say) to offer to help before I got my cookies. The cookies were amazing but the service was more unorganized. Will not be returning to the location. read more

Cookies are okay, not sure what the big deal is about them. They are just okay. People have been helpful and nice.

I had crumble delivered to my house first with incorrect cookies so I called them and they said they would deliver the correct order all they left my cookies 10ft away from my door on the ground where ants got into them!!! I literally have two chairs by my entrance that would have been smarter . read more

Expensive cookies but bring them to the field team often. Too sweet for me but my field team likes them.

Midland Crumbl has gone above and beyond when it came to filling an order for my family over the holidays. Sara was so sweet and kind when I called and placed it. My family was so excited to try their product and were not disappointed. Props to the Midland team for their friendly customer service! read more

The cookies were great! But while waiting in line, I was disappointed to see a guy behind the counter handling a cookie, lick the frosting off his gloves, then wiped it on his apron. I was hoping to see him change his glove but did not. I was very disappointed in my first experience here. read more

Had to fight through swarms of flies to stand in line. Tried to order and the cashier informed us it would be 9 minutes before our order was ready because they were still baking, so I wanted to pay so I could get them when they were ready and go,but she wanted us to wait and go through the line again. We left and tried a call in order and was just put on hold and hung up on. We'll make our own cookies from now on. read more

I have attempted to order Crumbl every single day of this week. I understand that this establishment can be busy and it is a very popular dessert restaurant. There was over 30 people in the restaurant and I ordered 2 hours early and still had to wait over 30 minutes. Judging from the previous day, the workers should have prepared more cookies for the next day. It has been busy every day and they are not working efficiently. People in the restaurant are rude and will cut in front of you without a care in the world. There were multiple door dashers picking up multiple orders at one time and I understand this is how they make a living, it it rude and pretentious to cut in front of people who ordered 2 hours before and still had to wait. Another grievance, when watching the workers make the orders, they will completely disregard the order of people ordering and just pick and choose who's order to make. 50% of the time, they choose to make an order and the person ordering is not even in the restaurant and never shows up. This was a bad idea for a restaurant in midland and needs to be better supervised and worked. read more

good food however the place supplies no utensils or no bathrooms it is also a tad bit dirty on the floors and they do pack large orders first, leaving the smaller orders with a bit of a wait time. read more

I used to love Crumbl cookies until I walked into the Midland store tonight and saw a worker, who was rolling cookie dough at the center work station along with several others, stop to eat cookie dough while working. That seems like a health violation and an overall poor business practice for an eatery. I am disgusted and disappointed. read more

I came in to get two dozen cookies for my son's school I asked for a cookie cutter since obviously these cookies are going to be shared they were out of them. So I asked for a spoon or plastic knife the ladies in the back looked at me like I was stupid said they didn't have any so I asked well what do you use for your ice cream then she realized they had spoons! Well it didn't work with the spoons instead of them using their spatula to help me cut the cookies I have to run to the dollar store and now I'm gonna be late!! Also all the ladies were talking about me like I was stupid I was standing right in front of them and it wasn't a very welcoming visit DO BETTER!!!! Worst location ever!!!! read more

I have been to this Crumbl a bunch and it has gotten progressively worse. They are horribly managed and are always out of flavors and the wait times are insane. Tonight was especially bad, with them ignoring the people in the store because of curbside orders. And we were told by manager that none of the employees knew what they were doing?? The Midland Crumbl service is extremely disappointing, the cookies are great if you can actually ever get your hands on one. read more

So overpriced and nothing special. They also try to pressure you into tipping. I'm all for tipping but why am I tipping $2 plus for someone to take my order... and then hand me cookies at a counter?? read more

Cute concept, but just ok. Staff was friendly and worked efficiently. The cookies were just ok and nothing to rave about other than you could eat off one cookie for an entire week. There were several flies inside the store, a full trash can in the kitchen that needed to be emptied, and the door was so greasy I'm mildly concerned about how clean it is in the kitchen. read more

Went to Crumbl Saturday. It was totally being run by kids who were horsing around. The kids were all congregated together at the counter, laughing and pushing each other. The lady in front of me wouldn't accept her order, as the kids were laughing and messing around over her cookies as they assembled her order. Don't blame her! They were out of some flavors-no wonder, since no one was working on baking. I observed NO responsible adult. Great way to lose your business, Crumbl! read more

I placed an order from out of town and specifically asked for an after 5 pm delivery time. The employees did not read my message and immediately placed the order for 12 noon. I called the bussiness to advise them of the specific instructions. My son had to take a longer lunch period becuase these folks failed to read and listen to instructions. Will not order from them again. read more

They focus more on curbside orders than the people going inside to order. They wouldn't let me buy certain flavors in store so I had to order them online standing right in front of them in order to buy the cookie my four year old wanted. read more

The best cookies ever...except when I bake...lol! Okay. My grandchildren love them as well!
