Just ok. I am always looking for top notch cookies, ones that are equal to or better than my own. These are not it. I dont think the problem is with the production but more in the plan. I didnt like the way they were made. Just not my to my taste. Too big, too crumbly, texture was off and tasted weird. But Some people like them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST RUDE and UNINVITING. I am mad I spent over $150 at this location. (Just today) I frequently other locations with much better service. This is the first time I've seen this location dirty and with poor staff. Two people were working and seemed to not even want to be there. The front cashier was rude and snatched my husband's money out of his hand. We ended up getting the 6 mini cookies. When waiting we were told they were out of 3 of the cookies we purchased which was really annoying. I feel like Inventory should be known to inform what is available before ordering. We ended up gettingcookies we weren't too sure about instead of the hassle of getting a refund. Crunchy on outside & soft gooey inside , so I went back this week to get the cookies and cream, and taste good as usual but the dough needs to be baked a little more. This location is not a great one. The customer service is horrible and the quality of the cookies are just as bad. Each time I give this location a try because it's closest, I always regret it immediately after. The cookies are sometimes fat and under cooked and the workers don't speak, nor do they present the cookies to you. They just expect you to go with whatever they hand you. I will continue to drive out of my way to get better customer service and quality elsewhere. read more

I use to be a regular at Crumbl was excited when this location opened. Today I tried the cream cookie it taste as if it wasn't baked long enough. The cookies are to big for them to have not been baked all the way thru. At this point I'm thinking of taking a break are going back to the Garland location. read more

Cookies are awesome. Service is not so great. Never a smile. Don't greet you. Hand off cookies and that's it.

If you order from the app and are not the person picking up the order, they will give you a hard time since the app won't allow you to check in unless you're physically at the store. Also, they have gotten my order wrong twice and said it would be another 30 min to correct it. I love Crumbl but this location sucks read more

These were the blandest cookies ever they had no flavor whatsoever. Cookies n cream and the carrot cake tasted the same.

I've gotten cookies from this location before and they've always been good, but yesterday (10/08) was my first time ever going into the store. There was a sweet boy at the counter and I told him either the Peanut butter M&M or the Pumpkin roll cookie, and I asked him to choose for me. He thought for a second and then went and got opinions from all 3 of the other workers there. In the end I got the Pumpkin roll cookie and it was so delicious. I meant to take a picture but it was too good to resist. Crumbl has always been great but the workers are awesome too! read more
