Cookies & Cream Milkshake Cookie: Crumbl's official description for this cookie is " A chilly cookies & cream milkshake-inspired cookie bursting with OREO® cookie pieces from the base to the creamy vanilla buttercream and finished with a mini-OREO® cookie." Based on looks, I would say that's pretty accurate. Like most of the other cookies I've had from Crumbl it's thinner at the periphery, but towards the center it's dense, thick, and chewy. The flavor of the actual cookie is primarily a combination of butter, vanilla, and sugar. Initially I wasn't getting any OREO flavor, but eventually I found it. There are pockets of OREO baked into the cookie and when encountered, they lend a welcoming chocolate flavor that helps balance out the buttery vanilla flavor and sweetness of the rest of the cookie. Combined with the creamy vanilla frosting, I did get OREO milkshake vibes. Lastly is the mini-OREO gracing the top center of the cookie. It's 100% for aesthetics as it really only impacts a single bite. Personally, I think I would have preferred if Crumbl added crushed up OREO pieces to the entire surface instead of just one mini-OREO, but that's just me. This review is based on my recent Uber eats order. My daughter has been obsessed with YouTube videos of the different weekly crumbl cookies. For her birthday, I purchased that weeks cookies. They have some really great gourmet options. I cannot speak to the service or ambience within the location since I wasn't there physically. I saw the ad for a free cookie for their opening so why not! I'd never heard of Crumbl before, though it turns out there's one literally across the street now from my home back in Houston. It's a national franchise chain with a boutiquey look that's kind of par for the course for new dessert places that cater to young adults. No indoor seating area (don't think they have space for it even after COVID). You can order online or through some tablets they have in store, or at the counter. The milk chocolate cookie, one of 2 fixed options on their ever-changing menu, was just average to me. It's got a good size but there really isn't anything special about it. I haven't had milk chocolate in a long time now but the chips seemed lighter colored than normal, and they didn't seem to add much flavor to the cookie. I've had better cookies in Madison. read more

What a sweet stop for big buttery cookies! We tried 4 cookies: - lemon had a thin citrus glaze over the top with a very sweet and lemony center. - plain cookie topped with a very rich chocolate frosting. -chocolate chip cookie was gooey and filled with large chocolate chips -my favorite was the graham cookie topped with diced peaches in a whipped cream! Visited Crumbl for the first time earlier this week post-dinner. I was immediately impressed by the decor and the cleanness of the venue (see pictures). The store had a very minimalistic approach to design and offered a variety of different cookie options with rotating flavors on a weekly basis. I tried the 4-pack mixed cookie box. My favorite cookie was the peanut butter and chocolate cookie. The peanut butter melted away in your mouth and the cookie was very chewy. The cookies overall were very tasty, but the cookies were a bit on the pricier side (4 cookies for like $15 with tip). read more

As someone said on Yelp, one-fourth is enough for one adult in one sitting. The online ordering and delivery process is seamless and gets you boxes of 1, 4, 6 or more in about 20-30 minutes to your door. Warm, fresh, and buttery, no browning, more instagramable than most. The packaging, the delivery, the service is all top-notch, making this a good gift. The cookies themselves, decent but nothing very exotic. If you like cookies crisp, run away... Imagine your favorite grocery store softer cookies, a bit thicker and chunkier. Anything with frosting here is exhausting to the body as the sugar is just intense. Clean storefront and the ordering process is easy using the iPad on the wall. 6 different cookie varieties each month so I got one of each. They were beautifully decorated and tasted good. It was a super busy night, which I get it, I work in food service as well. However, we stood there for twenty minutes before realizing something was wrong. We went to ask the employees if our order was coming, and they had no idea what we were talking about and lost the order. They were being rude and were practically throwing our cookies in the box when they finally figured out what our order was. After this, two of the cookies were wrong, we don't even know if we ended up receiving the correct order, or if they used someone else's. We had to ask for the correct cookies and they did not seem happy about it. I enjoy crumbl but this experience made me question their service. read more

I was eager to try the cookies and I was not disappointed. I think I can echo a lot of the comments others made: the package is very large and probably unnecessary unless it's meant as a gift or specifically for presentation, the cookies are large, one cookie was slightly undercooked but it was still very tasty, and the chocolate chips in the milk chocolate cookie was lighter than I have ever seen in a typical chocolate chip cookie (maybe it's the type of chocolate). The flavors I got (probably not the official names): raspberry cheesecake, the Nutella, the white chocolate macadamia, and the regular chocolate chip. I haven't tried the raspberry cheesecake yet. The macadamia nuts were not chopped up so you get a large nutty bite and it isn't as evenly dispersed. None of the above notes took away front the tastes. These cookies are yummy, point blank. I will say they are very sweet and I did have to eat it in half portions. With that being said, I bought a four pack (I was talked into it) and I was able to eat the cookies over a few days and counting and they were still soft and tasty as day one although obviously not warm. Will I buy again? Absolutely, but I will definitely stick to one cookie at a time. read more

I don't agree with the reviews calling the cookies too hyped up and flavorless. All the ones we bought were delicious. We ordered curbside. You reply to the text upon arriving and they brought the box right out to our car. Maybe a little expensive for a cookie, but they are giant and no more expensive than a dish of ice cream or an iced coffee. Minus one star because the lady that brought it out was talking on her phone headset the entire time while bringing out the cookies and giving them to us.
