It was around 9:30 o'clock on a Tuesday just before closing at 10 PM. We ordered 4 Dubai chocolate brownies. I'm not sure if they ran out and didn't want to tell us or what exactly happened on their end but we ended up with an almost half the size brownie, still in the cardboard, crystallized sugar and butter on the bottom. It tasted slightly different than the other bc of this. I send an email with a picture and tried calling Thursday, Friday, Saturday after I hadn't heard back via email. As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by a very nice lady and bam fresh cookies were handed to us not even 5 minutes later. These cookies are huge and delicious. They are on the sweeter side but what do you expect from a cookie the size of a donut. Our chocolate chip cookies where right out of the oven, mouth watering. I bought some milk to go with my cookie and it was perfect. I was only able to eat half but my hubby and son ate their entire cookies. Since I couldn't finish my cookies. I saved them for later and ate them over a 3 day period. The quality of the cookies were still as good as the day we got them. First time here. It was a Friday night about 9 PM. We walked right in and it was very simple to place an order and pick it right up within minutes. I ordered a four pack of cookies. I got two chocolate chip and two Oreo. I have eaten the Oreo only currently and it was very very good. I will save my chocolate chip for tomorrow. Initially over four dollars for a cookie seems terrible. If you think of it like getting cake at a restaurant for dessert for four or five dollars....It doesn't seem so bad. Lucked out today as there was absolutely no line. Was greeted the staff upon entry and they were very patient as I had my kids and their friends with us. So luckily it was slow and we were able to take our time. The smell when you enter the store of freshly baked cookies is just amazing. This was my first Crumbl experience, and I wasn't disappointed! Yes, I waited about 30 mins to get inside to order. Yes, they were out of two of the rotating flavors I wanted to try. However, we need to remember that this is a new location and the staff are all still green. I have no doubts that they will work out the kinks and be more seamless as time goes on. The cookies are HUGE and delicious. I love that they are served warm (or chilled, depending on the cookie!) My husband and I each had a hard time picking which one was the best. I finally stopped by thanks to my free Birthday cookie coupon. The girl working the counter was very friendly and described each cookie that they had. She also gave me her opinion on what to try. I walked out with a cinnamon roll cookie and an Oreo cookie. Both were warm, but we didn't eat them until later that afternoon. They were both very good, but I think the Oreo was a little better. Fast, Fantastic, Friendly! My first visit to Crumbl Cookies was all that and more. Julianna and Maximus were very helpful, told me a bit about the cookie choices and steered me to the Thursday variety pack. I added a water and checkout was a breeze. I was in and out in under five minutes. My cookie variety pack included the buckeye brownie, chilled duice de leche, cake batter, and maple oatmeal. The duice de leche was iced with caramel and a dab of frosting. Thick, sweet, cakey texture coated in a caramel coating made it my favorite so far....I am still working my way through the sampler box and I have a feeling that each cookie tasting will become my new favorite--they are that good! I am a self taught cookie baker, and a little hard to impress when it comes to bakery items but I will be going back to Crumbl. A storefront just opened off 156th and Maple which might be a little too close for my expanding waistline. Now I know what everyone has been talking about! The reason Crumbl it's so fun is because they have unique flavors every week. This location is small, very clean and efficient. After you order your cookies, they open your box and show it to you before you take it out of the store to make sure you got the correct cookies. Staff here so friendly! Although these cookies are delicious, they are extremely sweet so be prepared! The cookies are huge so you can cut them up and share with others!! You can even buy a cookie divider/cutter from the Crumbl store. This week the flavors were dolce de Leche, maple oatmeal, cake batter, and a peanut butter fudge cookie. This is exactly what I would expect walking into a Crumbl cookie shop! A good arrangement of choices, good service, and warm soft cookies to take out with you. This was the first time I ordered a birthday present and it was quite simple to accomplish on the touchscreen ordering. I also appreciated that the lady behind me didn't want to use the touchscreen diy ordering, and asked the lady behind the counter to assist with ordering so she could pay in cash, and she happily assisted her with great service. So I FINALLY got to try Crumbl Cookies after many weeks of watching the app for wait times or driving by and seeing ridiculously long lines. I went in on a Monday before lunch and caught them at a slow time apparently. I only had to wait about 10 minutes from arrival to leaving with my cookies. I also want to note there were about 15 staff members working today so I'm not sure if that's the norm or they recently hired a ton of people to meet demand. Now on to the actual cookie review: I bought a 4 pack so my wife and son could try them as well, and let me tell you, these cookies are totally worth the hype! However, you won't catch me standing 45 minutes outside in line for them :). We sampled the confetti, chocolate chip, vanilla crumb cake, and buckeye brownie. My son loved the confetti (huge sprinkle fan), and it was a good sugar type cookie in my opinion. But the best was for sure the vanilla crumb cake. The creamy icing completes this deliciously smooth and soft cookie to perfection! The buckeye brownie is super rich and chocolatey and the original chocolate chip is an excellent take on the classic cookie. I'd definitely come back for more flavors because wow these cookies sure hit the spot. But be aware you will likely be waiting because everyone else in Omaha wants them too! read more

The weekly changing flavors is a a huge selling point for me because of the anticipation of seeing what's available and the scarcity of the flavors on their way out. So aside from the taste...this locations has LOTS of kinks to work out yet. Service is slow, no sense of urgency, and the workers look highly disengaged. (There's a CBD store next door so I have my suspicions....) Online ordering is not yet available because I suspect they're still understaffed so the process is not as seamless or easy as it COULD be. I know as a brand, Crumbl is very technology driven so I have hopes that things could be better but as of yet, there's a way to go. First, I think these cookies are worthy of the hype. The brownie batter they have this week is melty chocolate goodness. It is among the best cookies I've eve eaten. A box of 4 comes out to a bit over $14 dollars. They are HUGE cookies. Second, it is true that they are still working out the kinks as of the writing of this review. I showed up on a Monday morning around 9:20 and there wasn't much of a line. However, while I was ordering and waiting, the line started to grow quickly. One issue is that demand is huge. One person had a pick up order of 3 huge boxes of cookies. Good for Crumbl, but it means there can be a wait even when it looks like you are next. Another issue is that they just don't quite have the process down and neither do the customers. I know I had to ask a couple of questions that I won't need to ask the next time. Overall, the cookies are great and I will be back. I expect to be writing a 5 star update in a few weeks once the kinks are worked out. Still, if you see a line of 30 people outside, I highly suggest coming back another time unless you have a couple of hours to kill. read more

Clearly, this brand knows the demand for their cookies....so to open in such a teeny tiny location in Omaha is just bad business acumen. It was about 90 degrees outside and there was a long line waiting to get into the store, which was very packed inside. No water or shade was available. The app didn't not allow curbside delivery as an option when I attempted to order ahead. This is not ok. I left without trying the cookies. Before opening, the company should be able ensure a safe store environment (with ample space, accessibility and appropriate staffing). Hopefully they can expand their new location and come up with a better avenue to care for their customers waiting in line. Perhaps canopies for shade, some ice water coolers. Hiring staff for curbside pickup. Expanding hours. Perhaps I can try this again next time I am in town and it will be a smoother experience. read more

I've now gone to the store, so I have to update my review. They do lose one star. I still feel that those who are posting one star reviews are Karen's, but I admit that they do need to streamline better. I went on 5/14/2022. There were five orders ahead of me. I was there 15 minutes before opening. I wanted to try the pecan pie cookie, unfortunately the very first people in line ordered all the ones that were made, selling them out this morning, that is OK and that is not Crumbl's fault. It's obvious that these cookies are extremely popular and people are going to do this, if they have lines outside their door 30 minutes before opening, this is just expected. They have a lot of teenagers working, obviously...who else is going to work at Crumbl? Not one of them was standing around doing nothing....they were all working, they look like they're trying to have them set in their own stations, it just needs to be better organized. They are a very small store, so management needs to give them better direction. this is on them, not the teenagers who are working for them. So I'm kind of a sugar fiend; I have a major sweet tooth, and a good cookie is one of my favorites. A Crumbl Cookies store had just opened up close to my hometown... but then I had to move. So I was super stoked to hear the news that Crumbls was opening up a location in Omaha. This location is still pretty new, so I'm assuming all the lower ratings are probably because they're working out kinks as far as coverage and work flow goes which I think is understandable! I came by on a Saturday night, I was zooming over right after church trying to get there before closing (sorry guys,for being one of those last minute customers) and I was pleased to see they were still open when I got there (based on other people's reviews). They didn't have 3 of the 6 flavors, but that's totally understandable since I showed up 5 minutes before closing. I got 4 to share with some friends, they came out pretty quickly and they were all pretty warm when I got them. The cookies here are amazing as always! Super soft and great flavors which change up every week. My favorite from this trip was the carrot cake cookie, it had a really good cream cheese frosting. Crumbl is a great chain with some of my favorite cookies! If you're coming by do be aware they're probably working out kinks, but my personal experience was actually really good and I didn't have any issues Edit: I came by on a weekday afternoon and yes it took a really long time and they ran out of a flavor I wanted to try. But now I understand why. Sooo many people were ordering party box sizes at the register and multiple of them in one order at that. They're new and understaffed, and they're also making all these cookies fresh to orders. We love crumbl and visit a Denver location often. The cookies are amazing, but this location hasn't gotten the kinks worked out yet. If you're lucky enough, you may wait in a short line and get what you came from. But we visited and waited about 30 minutes to order (the app always says its full for the day, not sure if they are even doing curbside or online ordering yet) and the cookie we wanted most was out. Right after ordering they had it back in stock, the person after us was given the option to order a pack with that cookie-- when we asked if we could change ours (we had not yet gotten our order) they said no. I would have needed to go sick to the end of the long line to order it. That part was disappointing. Honestly you can't go wrong with any of the cookies. We always cut them into slices for sampling all the types of cookies! They are huge cookies! The sugar cookie with heavy on the almond frosting is delicious. Now for the bad - they have a sign stating that they are understaffed, which I understand is an issue everywhere but man this was slow. Cookies are too big. Who eats one cookie that size in sitting. No judgment if you do, but come on, that's not what the normal person is going for on an average day. So if I want to try a few different varieties, I have to order an entire two week's worth of cookies? How convenient for them. And then they try to make it out like it's for sharing... Saying "Serves 4" cause it makes the calorie count look lower. That's what gets me the most. Yeah, what are the odds that the entire family is going to want to all order the same one flavor of cookie. And even if you did, then you're stuck breaking it up into equal pieces with crumbs going everywhere... Oh I'm sorry, I guess you can BUY their $8 cookie cutter to break it up for you. Never mind the fact that there's no one staffing the front counter, so that if you have questions it's almost impossible to call someone over as they are all frantically rushing around baking.
