The height on this thing was astronomical! The outside was a thin shell of crunch that encased what seemed like gooey cookie dough. I was in town visiting from Palm Beach and came across this store. What caught me off guard was the dough seeming to be premade/frozen. I do not know for sure, and maybe it's made on-site then frozen. Anyway, the store was clean and there was only one person ahead of me. We ordered a dozen cookies to take to a dinner party. Honestly, these align with what you expect from a chain bakery. There was nothing spectacular to them. Anyone who knows how to bake can make a better cookie, but they got the job done. I stopped in with my kids to pick out a few treats. We went with the four pack and tried the pop tart, chocolate peanut butter and two others including the monster and my favorite the cinnajon. To be fair I tried crumbl first so that's why the comparison, but they're very similar in terms of gourmet and unique flavors. Goodly are a bit smaller but also a bit cheaper. I'm a big Cookie Monster so I had to give this place a try. Frankly there's no shortage of cookie spots around town, thankfully. My wife has to eat gluten free so we were happy to see she at least had one option. She said the gluten free chocolate chip was just ok. We got the 4 pack with a chocolate chip, lemon, white chocolate raspberry, and chocolate peanut butter. The chocolate peanut butter was nearly dough in the middle - and I mean that in the best way, all melty and gooey. For the lemon the zest the lemons in house each morning and you can tell - it is packed with lemon flavor. The chocolate chip was a great delivery of this classic. Stopped here for a treat today. I ordered the Brookie, the Lemon, the Chocolate Chip and the Peanut Butter Lover. I tried the PB one and the Brookie so far. The cookies are big and pretty good. They are served warm which is a plus but the major drawback for me is the price. 3.50 for a cookie seems a little pricey... If you like soft doughy cookies as opposed to crunchy cookies this is the place for you. They have the standard chocolate chip that they make each day along with an assortment of other flavors that they rotate around. We haven't had a miss here yet. Throw one of these cookies into the microwave for 15 seconds and you have a warm soft cookie that is like it just came out of the oven. Can't recommend this place more. read more

I must have been there on a bad day. We bought six different cookies to go. They are large and dense. I saw them put cookie dough in an oven and it starts off as a large scoop, but not flattened at all. The bottoms and tops are crusty and well done, but not burnt. Here's my primary critique, and it might be related to how large of a cookie dough scoop they use or the temperature of their ovens: the middle of some of the cookies were well undercooked, some were raw in the middle. The portions that were cooked all the way through tasted alright (the white chocolate raspberry was the best, but some of the concepts were, excuse the pun, half baked. One example, was their "s'more" cookie consisted of a chocolate chip cookie topped with a marshmallow. Unfortunately, there were but a few chocolate chips and you couldn't get marshmallow in every bite because the marshmallow was so small compared to the large cookie. Their standard chocolate chip was also extremely light on the chocolate as well. It's odd, because the chocolate chip portion of the "brookie" was loaded with chocolate chips. The "cinnajon" was fine, but again lacked the signature ingredient, cinnamon. It's a nice looking shop, simple and clean. The gal upfront was nice, so no problems there. They are a new shop, so maybe it was just an off day, but when you're asking $3.50/cookie ($15 for the half dozen we ordered), the cookies should at least be baked all the way through. read more

Called ahead to ask what their weekly cookie was. Blueberry cobbler, I was sold. Arrived within 10 minutes of calling only to find out they had ONE chocolate chip cookie available, nothing else. I was told there were some in the oven and they'd be ready in 8 minutes, I asked what flavors and she said all of them. I figured since I drove there I'd stick around and wait, so I let her know I'd take the blueberry cobbler. She responded with "oh, we actually don't have any of those. They aren't very popular". She let me know she could put some in the oven but it'd take about 17 minutes. Mmm, no thank you. I asked why this wasn't mentioned to me when I called. She didn't have an answer.
