They will freeze well, and they will be the best bread you have ever eaten. If you are not standing in front of it, do what I did. go to their website, and order by Goldbelly. I plan to do it for as long as they remain in business. This bread certainly makes a good sandwich if you slice it thin. But I prefer it toasted, with butter. Or better yet, smeared with Lithuanian farmers cheese that has bits of Caraway. The toast softens the cheese a bit, and you have a gooey treat! If you don't have such cheese (Andrulis is a good brand) consider a good creamy goat or even a simple cow's milk cream cheese spread from good ol' Philadelphia. Listening to Stacey talk about her baking passion is really what made me excited to get a cake from her - anyone who is this excited about their work must take enormous pride in it.
