Their cookies are almost always perfect at this location. The staff always makes up for the rest though.

Called today in the morning explained the situation and was told I could go back in later for the order that was messed up . Went later in the day was told by the manager that it's taste preference, that they made 500 batches and no one has complained. What if someone has a hard time speaking up? The cookies weren't really that good, but the customer service was honestly the bigger issue. The snotty teen girl working the front desk was rude and had an attitude from the moment I walked in, even though I was nothing but polite to her. I don't know what her issue was, but there was no reason for the attitude. She should be fired. Definitely won't be coming back to this Crumbl again. Next time I'll gladly take the extra drive and go to a different location. read more

The Crumbl concept was really great when it first came out. But now, $6 for one cookie? Ridiculous. They are good cookies, but not $6 good. The Bumble cookie did not. They said that there is a free cookie, but didn't. There was no free cookie. They just scammed us. I just got this in Westgate. They just say that you got a free cookie for Twist for your birthday, and then you know what happened? No free cookie. read more

10/2022 Overrated. Hubby and I shared a Chocolate Chip Cookie and I am lost in emotion about the constant hype. Considering it's 2022, this place most definitely should have a vegan cookie or 2. None !! The establishment itself is spacious enough to order, take a selfie at Crumbl wall and leave. Staff were kind. It's the quality of the cookie that has me confused. Ordered my chocolate chip cookies ahead of time and the app said they were still in stock. Upon my arrival they prepared my order and late and claimed they were out of chocolate chip. Even with over an hour left until closed, all of the workers stopped baking and had finished cleaning up refusing to honor multiple customers orders. read more

Crumbl Cookie is what my company chose to surprise employees on their birthday with. It's easy and there is always something for everyone! This location's service has left me almost in tears after interacting with the girls who work here. I place an order online for pick up and always pay for birthday gift wrapping. When I go to pick up the order, the gift wrapping isn't applied to the cookie box. When I ask for it, the girls rudely tell me that I have to pay for it, even though it's on my order confirmation. I am then not provided with the decorations. They made me feel bad for asking for something that I had proof of purchase for. There is one girl there who I had an amazing experience with. She put the sticker and bow on the birthday box with such care and was incredibly pleasant to converse with. This one positive experience is sadly over shadowed by the 10+ negative experiences I've had. The inconsistencies of service and whether or not I'm going to get the birthday sticker and now that I paid for, are reasoning for my rating. Thank you for taking the time to read it! read more

Stopped by at around noon on February 26th and the middle aged lady that was in charge was rude. Also I'm not sure why but the cookies just haven't been up to par. I usually stop at the same time, each week or every two weeks, and I'm greeted by someone I haven't seen working in the past week or two, when she would work the ambiance and vibe of the store felt different, in a good way. Lately it's been terrible service and the cookies seem to be thrown together. I'm not coming back here if I don't see them working. Anyways, I hear there's a new cookie spot opening that also will be serving ice cream in the same shopping center, so I can't wait to give them a try. Sad to say this crumble location is ironically.. Don't come in at 9:40 on a Saturday night because they're half out of their options they don't know any questions you ask and the two boys are pretty much just worried about getting out. I asked for at least a soft cookie which my cookie was still hard I definitely would not suggest coming to this location especially on a busy night when there's absolutely no customers inside you would think that they would be prepared for customers but unfortunately they're standing around and don't have any answers to any questions. read more

On top of that, on entering the establishment we were happily greeted and even assisted in making our decisions. Three cookies we taste-tested: Milk Chocolate Chip which was warm and super yum. Though it doesn't have 'classic' in the name, it's the most time-honored cookie of them all. I think this was my favorite. New double chocolate-type cookie (I didn't get the precise name) which was also really good and sweet. Classic Pink Sugar Cookie which was chilled and intensely sugary. Perhaps too sugary for my taste buds. All of the cookies were decently sized for the price. Plenty of tables outside across the street in the outside mall area. read more

Cookies were large and exploded with sweetness. If you're craving cookies this is an epic place for that. These would make nice gifts when visiting another person's home for the holidays. Heads up - Their kiosk ordering system is broken. While traveling, we used a cc when ordering cookies from inside their store. It came back as "declined". Obviously that kinda freaked me out. So I used a second cc and it worked. We got our order. However the "declined" cc actually charged us.. The only way to fix this was to call the store manager a few days later who looked up the transactions during our visit and verified the glitch. They did refund the money from that so-called declined transaction. Oh, by the way that "declined" cc worked for everything on out trip. So if you get erroneously declined you're going to have talk to the store manager. read more

Perfect place if you have a sweet tooth for sure. The cookies are huge and very filling! I enjoy how there is always something different each week. Went there on a Friday night and got the cookies right away. The employee was patient and very nice when we asked what cookies they would recommend for us. The place is nice and clean with the black and pink colors that surround the lobby. The only criticism I had is it is a little pricey. Overall, it's a good place to go to if you are craving a filling dessert. read more

I was staying nearby and wanted a little sweet treat, and Crumbl Cookies are some of my favorites in the entire universe, so I thought I'd get a cookie to take back to my hotel room. The flavors this week were unappetizing except for the Snickerdoodle Cupcake (I love Snickerdoodle cookies, they're my second fave cookie of all-time after gingerbread), so I decided to try that flavor. I'd never had it at Crumbl before. The cookie did not disappoint! So much cinnamon flavor, with a large portion of sweet cream cheese frosting. My cookie was served quickly, was hot out of the oven, and was still warm when I got back to my room. The cookies are huge, but I had no problem devouring almost half of it myself (it paired especially well with the free decaf coffee that was provided in the hotel lobby). It was delicious and perfect in every way. The store was very clean and the employees all were wearing their masks properly. The service was friendly and very fast. But the prices here are insane. I'm sure it's because of their location in a major entertainment and sports district, but ONE cookie -- ONE COOKIE! -- cost $4.09! That was BEFORE a tip (but they didn't solicit a tip like other Crumbl locations seem to do). The single cookie cost $3.68, with .41 cents in tax. I noticed "& fees" on my receipt, so I dug deeper. This Crumbl actually charged me a 2.10% "service fee." It only amounted to .8 cents on this order, but still. There was no mention of any additional "fees" in the store. Sort of rubbed me the wrong way. read more

Service was fine. Nobody was in the store when I went so was helped right away. Clean looking store. I got one of each of the six types of cookies they had that week. The cookies are beautiful. I'll attach a pic of them. Here's the problem. They were meh in their TASTE which is THE most important thing for food! It reminded me of Disneyworld last time I went there 13 years ago. Desserts looked great and tasted meh. Only two out of the 6 were good...not great just good. They are also very expensive at almost 5.00 each cookie. Yes 6 cookies were nearly 25.00! It seems like this place needs a team check in to make sure they have full training in customer service. Where there is a lack, another store can have fulfillment. Kids and I wanted something sweet on this Friday afternoon so we decided to have some Crumbl Cookies. I first tried Crumble during quarantine when a friend sent us a box of cookies. They were HUGE and delicious!! I was still finishing up work for the day so I put in an order on the site which was quick and easy!! We picked our 4 flavors and put in our order. It said delivery would be about an hour or so out but we had our cookies delivered in like 15 minutes!! We got the chocolate chip, chocolate Carmel, sugar cookie and cookies and cream milkshake. The cookies and cream were the kids favorite and the chocolate Carmel was my favorite. The cookies are really big and they keep well in the box for a day or so. So glad to have Crumbl close by and have them deliver. We will definitely be getting cookies again in the future. read more

Yum! What's better then a crumbl cookie? We were here with a few friends picking up dessert after lunch and there were five amazing options to choose from. My husband and I ordered the strawberry shortcake cookie and the chocolate chip cookie. I love a good chocolate chip, but the strawberry shortcake I was not a fan of - it didn't hold up well, the whipped cream was a bit odd, and it felt more like a want to be angel food cake rather then a cookie. Recommend?: Yes Price: somewhat on the pricey side, especially for one cookie, but they're so good so sometimes you gotta spend a little more to get better quality. Tip: usually I get a box of 4 which is $12 compared to about $4 per cook (or about $5 after tax) I'm not crazy about cookies except for Crumbl! Their cookies are huge and taste amazing. Not overwhelming sweet. I love their chocolate chip cookie. When you walk in, you can smell the fresh cookies being baked. I love how soft their cookies are. And they got a height to them too lol. Like I mentioned above, their cookies are a little bit on the pricey side but it's worth it. The girls who work there are super rude and have terrible attitudes. It is mainly the dark haired girl there who's super rude and looks like she doesn't want to be there. My wife and I were the first ones waiting in line last night and she rudely says "can you just give me a second" and we we've been waiting patiently. Doesn't feel welcoming at all and I understand if you're having a bad day, but this has happened on multiple occasions.
