Ordered my chocolate chip cookies ahead of time and the app said they were still in stock. Upon my arrival they prepared my order and late and claimed they were out of chocolate chip. Even with over an hour left until closed, all of the workers stopped baking and had finished cleaning up refusing to honor multiple customers orders. read more

Stopped by at around noon on February 26th and the middle aged lady that was in charge was rude. Also I'm not sure why but the cookies just haven't been up to par. I usually stop at the same time, each week or every two weeks, and I'm greeted by someone I haven't seen working in the past week or two, when she would work the ambiance and vibe of the store felt different, in a good way. Lately it's been terrible service and the cookies seem to be thrown together. I'm not coming back here if I don't see them working. Crumbl Cookie is what my company chose to surprise employees on their birthday with. It's easy and there is always something for everyone! This location's service has left me almost in tears after interacting with the girls who work here. I place an order online for pick up and always pay for birthday gift wrapping. When I go to pick up the order, the gift wrapping isn't applied to the cookie box. When I ask for it, the girls rudely tell me that I have to pay for it, even though it's on my order confirmation. I am then not provided with the decorations. They made me feel bad for asking for something that I had proof of purchase for. There is one girl there who I had an amazing experience with. She put the sticker and bow on the birthday box with such care and was incredibly pleasant to converse with. This one positive experience is sadly over shadowed by the 10+ negative experiences I've had. The inconsistencies of service and whether or not I'm going to get the birthday sticker and now that I paid for, are reasoning for my rating. Thank you for taking the time to read it! read more

Don't come in at 9:40 on a Saturday night because they're half out of their options they don't know any questions you ask and the two boys are pretty much just worried about getting out. Perfect place if you have a sweet tooth for sure. The cookies are huge and very filling! I enjoy how there is always something different each week. Went there on a Friday night and got the cookies right away. The employee was patient and very nice when we asked what cookies they would recommend for us. The place is nice and clean with the black and pink colors that surround the lobby. The only criticism I had is it is a little pricey. I think this was my favorite. New double chocolate-type cookie (I didn't get the precise name) which was also really good and sweet. Classic Pink Sugar Cookie which was chilled and intensely sugary. Cookies were large and exploded with sweetness. If you're craving cookies this is an epic place for that. These would make nice gifts when visiting another person's home for the holidays. Heads up - Their kiosk ordering system is broken. While traveling, we used a cc when ordering cookies from inside their store. It came back as "declined". Obviously that kinda freaked me out. So I used a second cc and it worked. We got our order. However the "declined" cc actually charged us.. The only way to fix this was to call the store manager a few days later who looked up the transactions during our visit and verified the glitch. They did refund the money from that so-called declined transaction. Oh, by the way that "declined" cc worked for everything on out trip. So if you get erroneously declined you're going to have talk to the store manager. read more

I was staying nearby and wanted a little sweet treat, and Crumbl Cookies are some of my favorites in the entire universe, so I thought I'd get a cookie to take back to my hotel room. The flavors this week were unappetizing except for the Snickerdoodle Cupcake (I love Snickerdoodle cookies, they're my second fave cookie of all-time after gingerbread), so I decided to try that flavor. I'd never had it at Crumbl before. The cookie did not disappoint! So much cinnamon flavor, with a large portion of sweet cream cheese frosting. My cookie was served quickly, was hot out of the oven, and was still warm when I got back to my room. The cookies are huge, but I had no problem devouring almost half of it myself (it paired especially well with the free decaf coffee that was provided in the hotel lobby). It was delicious and perfect in every way. The store was very clean and the employees all were wearing their masks properly. The service was friendly and very fast. But the prices here are insane. I'm sure it's because of their location in a major entertainment and sports district, but ONE cookie -- ONE COOKIE! -- cost $4.09! That was BEFORE a tip (but they didn't solicit a tip like other Crumbl locations seem to do). The single cookie cost $3.68, with .41 cents in tax. I noticed "& fees" on my receipt, so I dug deeper. This Crumbl actually charged me a 2.10% "service fee." It only amounted to .8 cents on this order, but still. There was no mention of any additional "fees" in the store. Sort of rubbed me the wrong way. read more

Service was fine. Nobody was in the store when I went so was helped right away. Clean looking store. I got one of each of the six types of cookies they had that week. The cookies are beautiful. I'll attach a pic of them. Here's the problem. They were meh in their TASTE which is THE most important thing for food! It reminded me of Disneyworld last time I went there 13 years ago. Desserts looked great and tasted meh. Only two out of the 6 were good...not great just good. They are also very expensive at almost 5.00 each cookie. Yes 6 cookies were nearly 25.00! The girls who work there are super rude and have terrible attitudes. It is mainly the dark haired girl there who's super rude and looks like she doesn't want to be there. My wife and I were the first ones waiting in line last night and she rudely says "can you just give me a second" and we we've been waiting patiently. Doesn't feel welcoming at all and I understand if you're having a bad day, but this has happened on multiple occasions. I came in yesterday to use my free birthday cookie. I was super excited and ordered an Oreo and a Brownie Batter. The lady helping at the cashier was very friendly. However, the lady making the cookies behind the cashier was not so friendly. First, the Oreo cookie came out and the frosting was just thrown everywhere on the cookie as if she did not care at all. Kids and I wanted something sweet on this Friday afternoon so we decided to have some Crumbl Cookies. I first tried Crumble during quarantine when a friend sent us a box of cookies. They were HUGE and delicious!! I was still finishing up work for the day so I put in an order on the site which was quick and easy!! We picked our 4 flavors and put in our order. It said delivery would be about an hour or so out but we had our cookies delivered in like 15 minutes!! We got the chocolate chip, chocolate Carmel, sugar cookie and cookies and cream milkshake. The cookies and cream were the kids favorite and the chocolate Carmel was my favorite. The cookies are really big and they keep well in the box for a day or so. So glad to have Crumbl close by and have them deliver. We will definitely be getting cookies again in the future. read more
