Crumbl cookie really is the bomb! And thankfully my experience seemed to be better than many of the other reviews. I was welcomed when I came in and when my cookies were brought to me they opened the box to make sure everything looked correct. No they weren't super chatty, asking me how my day was or anything, but they were still pleasant and acknowledged my existence in the shop. And since we're really here for the cookies let's get to the goods! I got a box of 4 with chocolate chip, sugar cookie with icing, pumpkin with caramel, and the brownie galaxy. All the cookies were great (minus the brownie galaxy, very lackluster) but the standout was for sure the pumpkin with caramel cream cheese icing. Holy moly it was goooood! Oh my lord. These cookies are THE BEST! We had them delivered for a meeting and the room was rendered silent while everyone enjoyed the cookie. Damn dude. I'm almost glad I waited this long to try Crumbl because this could honestly become a problem! These are the richest, most decadent cookies you will ever eat! It was honestly a heavenly experience until I stepped on the scale the next morning. Hahaha I kid I kid; I've avoided that thing like the plague since these cookies. In all honesty they are pretty stellar. The waffle cookie was insane; it tasted just like a waffle but more of a dense cookie consistency. Mind blown. And that chocolate Oreo...ooooweeee Alfie and I both agreed that was our favorite. That cream cheese frosting was a game changer! Even the regular old sugar cookie was unique in the way that they used almond giving it that lovely flavor that is reminiscent of German cookies I used to eat growing up. Going in I was amazed at how trendy and cute everything was along with the waft of delightful sugary cookies that were pumping me up! Cookies are consistently delicious and soft. Employees are friendly although occasionally it takes a few minutes before getting helped when I preorder a pickup order. Most recently I tried the French toast and it truly tasted like French toast. I love the texture of the cookies and they are absolutely huge so perfect for sharing. Reasonably priced at just under 5 dollars for 1 with discounts if you buy 4 or 6. If you download their app and make an account you will get an email for a free cookie valid from your birthday for about 5 weeks after that. The staff were very friendly and quick to prepare my order. You can pre order, order on their tablet when you arrive or if you aren't so keen on technology they are more than happy to order for you. read more

I used to love Crumbl when they first came around but I feel like the quality has gone down a lot. I get the "Our cookies are super soft and moist" but the last few times I have gone the cookies are pretty much raw and not cooked. Went yesterday to try the Waffle, Peppermint Cupcake and Carmel Shortbread cookie. They completely forgot the frosting on the peppermint cupcake and both waffles I ordered were completely raw in the middle. Tried to capture it in pictures. The cookies are absolutely delicious but the service/management is atrocious. I was gifted them a couple of times, so this was my first time going in person. My initial impression was that it was a very clean, trendy place with an efficient ordering system and lots of cookies getting quickly out into boxes. Unfortunately, this was all ruined with the rudest service I have experienced in many years. The woman who I believe might have been the manager was outrageously snappy and dismissive. There were a couple of people waiting when I walked in. They got their cookies pretty quickly and left. Several people who came in after me were given their cookies while I was still waiting. I then saw her tell the staff who were boxing the cookies not to make mine because they wanted to continue to serve all other "in-store orders" first since my order was so large. My order was 12 cookies. Twelve. This is not an exceptionally large order for a cookie company. Especially when there are many many dozens on their racks and they are cranking them out quickly. 12 is one of their standard box sizes that they serve and there was no warning that I may not be able to be served. If she could've explained any rational reason as to why I was going to continue to not be served as an "in-store order", that would have been helpful. I absolutely understand serving them in the order they are received, including from app orders or door dash. I in no way expect to jump in front of anyone but also don't expect to have my order pulled from the line. I tried to gain clarity as to what was going on because this was very confusing, but she became increasingly annoyed and condescending. At that point I had been waiting for 20 minutes. I just cannot understand why my order was so bothersome. If I'm not able to order 12 cookies, I wish that would be made clear in some other than making me feel like I have a ruined their day by showing up as a customer to spend $40 on 12 cookies. They want customers to take the loss when their POS system isn't working. If my credit card company says I've been charged, how are you not going to honor the order? Had to stand and argue to get what I was charged for. Trying to tell me to dispute the charge with the card company as fraudulent... Ridiculous. At $18 for 4, you would expect decent service. Not the first, second, or third time ordering these cookies but definitely the last. Not sure what good business has an internal failure, and then blames the customer. This after they told me they've had issues with their card processor all morning. Edit: They said I could call corporate about a refund when they were telling me to leave without my purchase and they would refund me. This is a blatant lie.
