Best cookies, amazing service! I came one night, thinking they were going to be open for awhile longer. I walked in & they were closed, shutting everything down, but hadn't locked the door yet. I told them it was my mistake & should've checked the website & they proceeded to give me a free box of cookies they were getting ready to throw out for the evening. Smaller location than the one on Fort Union, and now they have 18 locations in Utah. They are popping up all over and hope they can keep the money coming in, unlike what happened to Even Stevens which only has 8 locations in Utah. And love their business model. Off my soapbox, this place has the same awesome quality as the other locations. Overpriced cookies that are warm and doughy in the middle just like the way you wished mom would have made them. :-) My mom actually like semisweet chocolate chip cookies for some reason and didn't care for this place or Chip Cookie. Crumbl Cookies always a great spot to satisfy my sweet tooth! It is really easy to walk in and get 1 or as many cookies on the spot. They are warm or cold (depending on how they are served), but fresh and ready to go! There is parking right in front of the store, which provides easy access. I also bought one of their cookie cutters which helps cut the cookies into four pieces. It is so helpful! I used to use a knife to cut it at home, but found that a lot of the icing clumped. If I had never had another cookie shop order before, this rating would probably be a 4star, but unfortunately I have been sold over to another cookie chain, so all I can do is compare as to what I feel is the ideal cookie. Anyway, I had the chance to try a lot of crumbl cookies over about a week and a half span. Went there after work just to give it a try, they have a lot of the cookies ready to go. The cookies 3/4 (besides the sugar cookie, those are generally served cold) were warm when I received them. There were quite a few workers around in there and they were all busy at work. They are an interesting business as they basically change the menu weekly. Part of the reason could be to keep things interesting and to keep people coming back to try new flavors, but I have also heard some frustration from that because if there is a cookie you really want to try, but you aren't able to get there in a weeks time, that is the worst. Who knows when that desired flavor will come back in stock, can be really disappointing. The flavors are as described I'll say. They aren't bad at all. They are flat and pretty good sized. One of my coworkers brought the party box to share and we cut them into fourths so you could try some of almost everything. Some great flavors, my personal favorite was the funfetti, very good. I'm not a huge red velvet fan, but that one was tasty as well. So, it's cool to give a try, but I probably won't be a returning customer in the near future. Nothing bad at all, but also not mind blowing for me. read more

It was so exciting to be part of the grand opening of CRUMBL located in Draper. They have a cute location off of Draper Parkway. Their store front was inviting and their staff was friendly and helpful! Now I'm a cookie connoisseur meaning I eat and bake cookies, and I was impressed. First of all, they served a warm chocolate chip cookie as their grand opening gift. The chocolate chips were melted just perfectly into the delicious batter that when they were in their package, they were soft to the touch and gave you the taste of sugary perfection.
