Smaller location than the one on Fort Union, and now they have 18 locations in Utah. They are popping up all over and hope they can keep the money coming in, unlike what happened to Even Stevens which only has 8 locations in Utah. And love their business model. Off my soapbox, this place has the same awesome quality as the other locations. Overpriced cookies that are warm and doughy in the middle just like the way you wished mom would have made them. :-) My mom actually like semisweet chocolate chip cookies for some reason and didn't care for this place or Chip Cookie. Always busy and the line goes quickly. For sure will be back!

If I had never had another cookie shop order before, this rating would probably be a 4star, but unfortunately I have been sold over to another cookie chain, so all I can do is compare as to what I feel is the ideal cookie. Anyway, I had the chance to try a lot of crumbl cookies over about a week and a half span. Went there after work just to give it a try, they have a lot of the cookies ready to go. The cookies 3/4 (besides the sugar cookie, those are generally served cold) were warm when I received them. There were quite a few workers around in there and they were all busy at work. They are an interesting business as they basically change the menu weekly. Part of the reason could be to keep things interesting and to keep people coming back to try new flavors, but I have also heard some frustration from that because if there is a cookie you really want to try, but you aren't able to get there in a weeks time, that is the worst. Who knows when that desired flavor will come back in stock, can be really disappointing. The flavors are as described I'll say. They aren't bad at all. They are flat and pretty good sized. One of my coworkers brought the party box to share and we cut them into fourths so you could try some of almost everything. Some great flavors, my personal favorite was the funfetti, very good. I'm not a huge red velvet fan, but that one was tasty as well. So, it's cool to give a try, but I probably won't be a returning customer in the near future. Nothing bad at all, but also not mind blowing for me.

Crumbl Cookies always a great spot to satisfy my sweet tooth! It is really easy to walk in and get 1 or as many cookies on the spot. They are warm or cold (depending on how they are served), but fresh and ready to go! There is parking right in front of the store, which provides easy access. I also bought one of their cookie cutters which helps cut the cookies into four pieces. It is so helpful! I used to use a knife to cut it at home, but found that a lot of the icing clumped. This tool made it cleaner and was easy to use - just $5!

We go in, I ask for an Almond Croissant, expecting the size you see at other places, then inquire about something like ham and cheese, yep, so asked for one, and a Cappuccino. It'd be a few minutes for the ham and cheese, but they box up my wife's two slices of bread and my other croissant and we wait. Heading for the freeway I open the bag and start on my savory croissant. A half hour later and I ask for the Almost Croissant. "OMG... They are too pretty to eat, I have to take a picture first!" She hands me the largest Almond Croissant I have ever seen! The flavor was as imlressive as the size. Next time we are n the area, we are definitely going back, but I'll only get the Almond Croissant, it's all I'll need!

There were probably 20 diners at this location at 4-5 tables at 2:00 PM on a Sunday. I counted about 10-12 employees. The wait for everything seemed a little too long for the employee/diner ratio. The food was just OK. The brisket sandwich was very dry and pulled, like pulled pork, but without any juices. I know it's not a smokehouse and they likely just order overcooked roasted brisket from Cisco or something, but when you order a brisket sandwich for $14, there are expectations. Ordered coffee with lunch. Waiter brought two coffees and a small container of cream. Asked to refill about halfway through. Brought coffees and no cream. So I asked again. Then about 5 minutes later I asked again. Then I watched our waiter go into the open kitchen area and lean against a counter and chat and laugh with two other staff for 5 minutes. I stood up and walked toward him and he saw me. He broke with the group, came out and said, "Sorry, I had to do something in the back." Very mediocre experience overall. Not what I expected based on previous experiences at the other location. Also, noisy dining room, no solid buffering insulation in the ceiling. Cafeteria-like experience.

It was early, and it was already busy. TIPs & TRICKs Follow the rules: Get the tray, then the wax paper liner, then use the individual wax papers at the stations to grab what you want. While you're doing that, pay attention to the pricing, because it can add it. To see the plain butter croissants empty already was shocking, but when we told the employee she came back to not only stock it but came to us first and let us pick which ones we wanted off the tray That was very nice The pain du chocolat looked good and were lacking in depth and flakiness of the crunch The Chausson aux Pommes - was really good - They could have used another minute or two in the oven to get that golden brown. They were looking like the pastly white guy at the beach while everyone else had a tan The mochi Dubai Chocolate donut was very good. The total was almost fifty bucks.... I told my wife that we could have about 40 croissants for that price if we were in Paris. C'est la vie! Look for a chain - Its pretty good. I didn't try the coffee but if they ever show up in Boise metro area, I would check them out to see if they match up with SLC.

There are a few gift items, although they felt a little dated and all around the same theme-perhaps a little more variety would make it fun to browse and find a gift. They are known for their gingerbread cookies-which are absolutely darling. I opted for a variety pack of cookies-a solid choice anytime you can't make a choice-as well as a single gingerbread cookie decorated like a bright sunshine. Service was friendly and welcoming-just what you'd hope to experience in a small business. The cookies were ok. I prefer smaller cookies and these were a little thick for my liking. There were so many cute shaped and decorated gingerbread cookies. They would make a cute little gift. There were sharks, watermelons, strawberries, dinosaurs, etc. ($5.99 each.) You can buy cookie variety packs. That's what I did, and they had gingerbread, peanut butter and chocolate chip. (Two of each.) There were also some sweet bread loaves, and some squares of chocolate brownies/cake. The place even carries birthday supplies; candles, plates, etc. There were some home kitchen decor items as well. The gingerbread cookies and the peanut butter cookies were the best!! The chocolate chip cookies were okay. They were more of a cakey texture and not really mine or my family's favorite. But the gingerbread was different from the typical gingerbread. They were thick and fluffy and soft. Peanut butter were so soft, moist and mouth-wateringly tasty. A peanut butter lovers dream, really. They brought me back to my childhood, an old friend's mom's cookies she used to make. The service was nice. I will come back for more.
