I used to love Crumbl and treat myself to 1 large cookie here and there, but I recently went and was disappointed with the flavors. I am happy they do the minis for regular purchase (you can buy 3) instead of having it just for large parties or catering. It allows you to have a sampler experience, but the cookies were not good which is disappointing since that week's flavors were National Favorites Week. Their flavors change every week which can be great or frustrating depending on whether you like to try new things or have the same thing over and over. There are no tables or chairs. So, it really is a grab and go kind of place. The ordering is done through tablets. So, you only engage with humans when you collect your cookies. This location is in a plaza. The cookies and deserts are really good, but the price is a little absurd. I can go to Publix and honestly get a dozen cookies which granted aren't as good, but they get the job done. I truly wanted to think these cookies were overrated. When something blows up on TikTok I think it's natural to be a bit skeptical. These cookies, though, they live up to their hype. They have the perfect balance of chewy/firmness in each bite. The ones pictured here are honeybun, lemon, chocolate chip, and pb&j. My favorites were the lemon and chocolate chip. It was my first time here and highly anticipated visit as I love cookies. Staff here was very friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in, answering any questions we had. We got a box of 6 cookies, I don't remember the name of all of them though. The chocolate chip cookies were fluffy, dough is good but I do wish there was more chocolate chip. Felt like I was eating more dough and for me I expect cookie places to nail chocolate chip cookies. The unicorn sugar like cookie was delicious and there was a cookie with some kind of thick frosting on top which was also delicious. I ordered Crumbl Cookies through the app and DoorDash is the delivery platform. The experience was terrible. The delivery never arrived at the correct address. After waiting, I only received a photo showing the order left in the wrong place, literally on the ground in the middle of the street. This shows a complete lack of care and responsibility from the driver and the delivery platform. I hope they improve their delivery checks and make sure orders actually reach the customer's address. read more

I love that the flavors very by week and everything is extremely simple through their app. You are also able to do curbside pick up which is a huge plus. I am a major Cookie Monster and I must say these cookies really hit the spot! Since their menu rotates flavors every week there isn't always something that catches my attention. However, I'm thankful for this or not I would be buying cookies every week. This place is great if you have a sweet tooth like I do but if you're the person that tends to find things "too sweet" skip this spot. Crumbl is really good at making REALLYYY sweet cookies. My favorites are any of their cookies with the frosting on them. I loved the lucky charms, frosted animal cracker, molten lava, and sugar cookie! This place is not a place for a plain chocolate chip or oatmeal, although they do sell those sometimes. You come here for out of the box flavors that are meant to be shared between multiple people. I typically have about 1/4 of each cookie and get extremely full. Warning you will not be able to finish a cookie before having a sugar crash. Crumbl has 5 rotating flavors and 1 chocolate chip staple flavor that is there every week( I don't recommend this one. It's boring and kinda flavorless.) I do however miss their chilled sugar cookie that was another one of their staples! I used to get this one with my weekly cookies because I knew that if the others disappointed me it would be a good go to. Their sugar was not a classic sugar but a sugar cookie with an almondy frosting that was so yummy. Sadly they removed it but hopefully we'll see her again soon. Typically the rotating flavors include 4 hot cookies and 1 chilled however they do switch this up on us sometimes. Pick your top 4, get a 4 pack and share with your friends and family! I don't think you'll regret it! Side note: Crumbl if you're reading this please include vegan and gluten free cookies so everyone can enjoy them!!!! read more

I ordered my cookies about an hour ago and I came to pick it up. When I came to pick it up I realized my order was delayed. I sat there and waited for half an hour just for 6 cookies. There was a bunch of customers there waiting for their orders too. The way that the employees asked me if I paid for it? Like how could you ask me if I paid for it, it told me my food was ready to pick up. That's all they asked me. For the rest of the 30 minutes the employees just talked like it was all casual but little did they know I grew more impatient by the minute they just sat there and laughed at each other. Eventually I got tired and started asking questions and they started saying sorry and stuff, like I don't wanna hear a sorry I wanna hear what happened and why my order is taking so long. The customers in there looked miserable and tired while waiting for their orders too. As time passed, I got my order and when I tried them. I immediately spit it out due to how hard and bitter they were. I felt myself almost throwing up in my mouth due to that insufferable taste. First of all, they were taking so long I could've probably been done building a rocket. Secondly, the cookies tasted hard and bitter that even Publix cookies tasted better and more sweeter. Even when I dipped it in milk I still wanted to throw up due to that taste. And lastly, crumbl cookie is not cheap. I ordered 6 mini cookies for 40 dollars. I expected better.
