Easy to order and good variety. A bit of a line and wait to pick up cookies. Store is clean and staff is friendly.

We love you, Crumbl. You have fresh warm cookies from the oven...that I didn't have to bake myself. It's a beautiful thing.

I love crumble cookies ! They have unique flavors and they're huge for the price you get them at ! I haven't tried a cookie that I didn't like. They're one of my favorite birthday treats. read more

Amazing cookies, excellent business model and the store is always clean! I order from here for gifts and also myself!

I am serious when I say I love everything about Crumbl. The clean atmosphere, the welcoming staff, the delicious smell, and the taste of awesome cookies!! What is not to love? I will admit that they are pricey and the location is not always ideal but it's not like I'm going there every day. It's a wonderful treat for those special occasion's or when you need a pick me up after a long day. My favorite flavors are the classic pink sugar and Oreo. I also love how the flavors are always changing so that I can try something new each time. read more

Their card reader always locks my card. Service is pretty good, quality is good. It's just the card reader that gives us problems every time. read more

I know it's a chain but damn, they make good cookies. Went by this evening for the first time. Needed dessert for 9 people without a lot of notice. It was after 5 PM and my usual choice for sweets was closed. We took a chance and rolled over to Crumbl. Got a "party box", which is a dozen cookies. Asked for two of everything. The people working there were very friendly and super efficient We watched them box the cookies and frost the cookies, everyone was busy. The cookies were a hit with our friends. They are so big, we cut them all into fourths and everyone had plenty of choices to try. They were truly delicious. I especially enjoyed the pumpkin with cream cheese frosting. The woman who waited on us explained that they have different varieties each week, so we look forward to returning to see what's next. Definitely check out Crumbl if you like a good cookie. read more

first time trying this new cookie place! love the pink and dainty aesthetic! the kitchen is right behind the cashier so it's neat to see the big dough mixers and oven. the front layout is simple but a bit small. a self serve tablet is where you input your order. you could get a single cookie, or four, six, twelve cookies. there are a variety of warm and chilled options. you can also order milk too. the system was easy to use and you can sign up for points with your phone number. you wait for the cookies by the pickup counter on the opposite side. i thought it was neat that there were a horizontal and vertical television screens playing cinematic videos of the cookies. i appreciate the brand's effort to make the experience visually pleasing! service was quick and we received our cookies in a cute little box in minutes! the cookies are HUGE. could easily split between 2-4 people if you don't want a sugar rush. the milk chocolate chip cookie came warm! the outer edges are crunchy but the middle is doughy and a bit sticky. but the chocolate chips melt just right. my partner ordered the churro cookie and disliked it. he wasn't a fan of the frosting and the extreme sweetness. "it doesn't taste like a churro" read more

Always amazing!!! Each week they have different varieties of cookies that dang near look like pies lol. My favorite are the Oreos cookies and cream. It's all about that icing!! read more

I love crumbl and I get crumbl a lot, but it's always a gamble on whether the cookies are going to be completely raw. People could get really sick from ingesting literal raw dough. There is no reason to be serving raw cookies to people. They're great when they are fully cooked all the way through but you never know what you're getting. read more

I have become obsessed with checking each week to see what's on the menu. Perfect if you just need one cookie as a little surprise for someone (or yourself lol) or want to get a larger box. My family will get a box of 4 and cut them into fourths so everyone gets to try a little piece of each. They're so rich and delicious ugh craving them now. The Bloomington employees have been friendly and helpful each time I've been. You can also order on a kiosk if you're in a rush. Always super efficient. read more

These cookies are AMAZING! There's a reason it's a franchise in that they really know what they're doing. We tried the macadamia nut, chocolate chip, hazelnut sea salt, and hawaii rainbow cake (with the chocolate chip and rainbow cake tying for the favs). Cookie sizes are GIANT, easily big enough to split. We used to love Baked! in Bloomington, but the consistency (perfectly baked - not too dry) of Crumbl may have them beat. read more

Its really important for people to know that the calorie counts advertised for these cookies are for ONE QUARTER of a cookie. Thats 140 calorie chocolate chip cookie is really 540. Its incredibly misleading and this behavior needs to stop. Unacceptable. read more

Always pleasant service at the checkout! The line is organized with fast self ordering screens and a built-in rewards program. The cookies are all made fresh on the spot with an attentive and orderly team. The cookies they make are a perfect texture, consistency and flavor. The recipe is perfection! Two thumbs way up! read more

I love Crumbl! Cookies changing every week means flavors are always fresh and new--but also means I experience heartbreak when my favorite cookie (chocolate cake cookie) is not on the menu. The store is great and they have a display of how the cookies look on the register (which helps a lot when we're indecisive). I have used curbside pickup, especially when there are lots of people in the small space of the store, and it's so easy and efficient for people concerned about health/social distancing. I'm a huge fan of Crumbl! I suggest you go to Baked of Bloomington if you want customizable cookies and if you want to support a local business. But Crumbl is a fun and yummy option for wonderful cookies! read more

The cookies at Crumbl are about as real as Kim Kardashian's face. Reading the ingredient list is like an exam in advanced Chemistry. Food colorings/dyes, processed seed oils, processed sugars, preservatives. "Oh, but it's so neat how you use touchscreens and you wait in line like you do to get into da club!". They may taste good, but they are about as healthy as huffing paint. read more

App is a bit buggy but cookies are good! Chilled definitely needs to be in fridge overnight, warm is good at room temp or heated up a little bit depending (chocolate = warm it up!) read more

Keep an eye on the weekly rotating menu. Some flavors definitely outclass others. Big cookies but big price

The service was great! I was shown my cookie before it got baked and even got to type out a message on the packaging sticker. The cookies were good and the store looked very nice. read more

The had to refund my cookie dough bits and did not finish off one of my cookies not very happy

Oh crumbl you are the downfall to my diet... I live an hour away from this place so any time I'm in a close proximity I have to get cookies! This day was no exception. My daughter is always wanting to try the new flavors of the week! I love that o can order on the app, pay, tip and then drive there and they bring my fresh cookies out to me. I don't even have to get out of the car. Way too convenient! The cookies I got were the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and it was a tad dry and crumbly which is so unlike crumbl so I'm not sure if it was just a bad day or what... I also got the chocolate featuring Reese crunch, the cereal milk featuring fruity pebbles and the cornflake marshmallow. The chocolate was ok, I'm never a real fan of the chocolate cookies and that's just my preference, the fruity pebbles was my family's favorite and the cornflake marshmallow reminded me of a Rice Krispie treat made with cornflakes. It was pretty good. I'm pretty thankful that I have to drive an hour to get these. But hey, when I'm close by? Take all my money and give me the sugar!! Amazing cookies all around! read more

This store's service is honestly terrible. No greeting, no eye contact, I have to "interrupt" a worker just to get my drive up order which is never ready even when I say I'm here. I love these cookies and know not all stores are like this. C'mon Crumbl Btown--you can do better! Manager--please train your employees on conversational competence. read more

These cookies are great; however, only order through the app if you expect to be served AFTER people order after you on site. I ordered in advance and there was no indication that they were working on my order. Meanwhile, they prepared an order that I watched another customer enter into their computer while I was waiting. I was not initially greeted and am uncertain why I was dismissed. I won't order these as a gift in the future. read more

Delicious cookies. They are expensive but they are big and shareable. I'm happy they added self ordering kiosks/tablets. Helps move the line faster. So far my favorite flavors are pineapple whip, lemon bar, and dark dream. read more

Too expensive, won't go back. they need cookies for diabetics too. I am now a diabetic and would probably consider going back in if they had sugar free safe for diabetics cookies. read more

I normally LOVE this Crumbl, I visit them weekly purchasing a four pack or a six pack. However this week was a disappointing one for sure. They were out of the Salted Caramel Cheesecake cookie. I placed my order at the kiosk, first time, I like to order at the counter after viewing the cookies. Placed my order for four cookies. Waited for them to be prepared along with other customers inside. When they called my name, they said it would be 20 minutes for the French Toast cookie, but they had a batched that had an ingredient left off before baking (the cinnamon sugar egg wash) but I could have one of them and it would basically be the same cookie, or I could just choose another flavor. If it wasn't for my grandsons being with me, I would have asked for a refund. So the boys decided to take another apple pie cookie instead of waiting. No sorry, thank you for waiting, would you like to try that one on us and get a different cookie that is made correct. Just thought it was a poor way to handle the situation. read more
