Great customer service at this location. I ordered the carrot cake, strawberries and cream, m&m, and snickerdoodle cookies. The snickerdoodle was my favorite - soft cookie and great icing. My second favorite was the strawberries and cream, the strawberry topping tasted fresh but I wish it was more cookie-like overall, it was more like a soft pie. We went there last week when they had Churro and Blueberry. OMG, they were so good. I wish they were the flavors every week. 10/10 for sure. We ordered online & got curbside, which really means the guy brought it to the parking lot to us. I have no complaints about this location outside of the ice cream that I got that was practically melted when I finally got it to the car and opened it. The ordering was not intuitive for first time users of the ordering process. If you order from the "kiosk" the order and transaction must take place there. If you order from the counter with an employee then your transaction takes place there. No direction from the staff, no greetings, welcoming you to the establishment and no help even while ordering at the counter. While using a gift card I was told incorrectly that cash had to be applied before the gift card, not the case. The taste is what you would expect from Crumbl, the service was subpar and disappointing, actually. I left feeling a little dismayed at the lack of attention and helpfulness of the staff. The order was filled quickly once we entered it in at the counter ourselves. Sorry. Just being honest. Some training in customer service would be a great way to improve the experience especially with people not knowing how the process works. read more

Had to try this spot as it's become a national trend. Cookies are HUGE - and at $5 a pop, they frankly should be. There are often seasonal flavors and some classic ones. We tried the Smores and Chocolate Chip cookies. Very sugary and sweet, but something about them keeps you going back for more. We ate about half then and there and couldn't stomach any more because of the overwhelming sweetness. Warmed up the next day, they were good as a dessert for a meal at home. Unfortunately, this location at least does not have cups of water available, if you want water to wash out the sugary sweetness you have to buy a bottle. Service was good though, quick and simple. Worth a try to see what the hype is about but we likely won't come back (to any Crumbl location), but that's just because they were too sickly sweet for us. read more

The cookies were good but the service was not great. I went in to use a gift card for my son. I had never ordered from Crumbl inside the store, only online. I walked up to the register where I saw an employee & started to ask some questions. She was condescending and pointed me to where the process was shown on the wall. I did not even really feel welcome there. More of an inconvenience. They were busy making cookies but I was the only physical customer in the store. Yum!! These cookies are delicious! If you're thinking of Insomnia cookies, think again. These are 1,000x better for many reasons! Although they are a little on the pricier side, around $5 per cookie, it's totally worth it! They are big and thick and perfectly moist inside. It seems like they use top notch ingredients and the chocolate chips specifically seem house made. With the size of these cookies, you can bet on having left overs. We ordered delivery and it was super quick - less than the quoted delivery time by a couple minutes. So I have a weakness for cookies... especially soft ones. My husband had the day off today so I made him make a trip to grab so cookies on his way to pick us up some breakfast this morning! I'm going to base my review of the actual cookie... considering today was their grand opening it's expected there are some kinks with everything. My husband did indicate it took him a little bit longer roughly 15 minutes just to purchase 4 cookies with a person in front of him. I'm sure once the kinks are figured out they will be a well oiled machine. Cookies itself... OMG delish... So for those that like Red Eye Cookie... I think Crumbl is tons better. They have more ingredients and overall more flavorful. I always felt like Red Eye in the city is a bit bland. But this is coming from someone that loves .... Loves the Panera Kitchen Sink cookie :) Though I would warn you... it is a bit pricey... roughly $4/ cookie but at least they are big. You can get 4 for $14 or 12 for $35. We went with the 4 for $14 and got Sea Salt Toffee, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Cake and Cake Batter. All were delicious... cake batter is not something I would normally go for... but wow it was tasty in a cookie with the buttercream frostings. I have a weakness for the Sea Salt Toffee cookie. Anyway, it's nice we don't have to go into the city to get some fresh cookies if I don't want to bake myself... sometimes you just want a cookie over cake or ice cream... this is the place for a cookie. read more

I have heard some nightmares about this place and then some praise so I had to find out for myself. I took my cookie monsters with me (kids) to see if it was true GOOD or BAD. The staff was very friendly and attentive, but unfortunately they forgot all the toppings on my cookies. I had to turn around and go back into the store and explain that there were no toppings on my cookies--they fixed it, but offered no solution for the mishap of me having to turn all the way around. I've had crumbl before in another state and was so pumped for it to come to the area! I used the app to place a curbside order. I really liked that the app told you which number you are in line to getting your order. I only waited for a couple of minutes. I got 4 cookies which were all delicious. My fave of today was the strawberry and whipped cream one. The only reason I took one star off is because the chocolate chip cookie is just lacking something..it's a good cookie but it's just not as ooey gooey amazing as you would imagine and despite being a classic I think it's one of crumbls weaker cookies. Nice greeting by staff when entering the business. Modern checkout machines right on table or on front table when ordering, so quick payment option, and you can leave small gratuity if you wish. The business appears clean and neat. The cookie options change weekly I was told for I went back looking for a certain cookie option but new ones were available, so if you have a staple cookie craving bear this in mind. Options single, 3 box and more box options. The option of leaving a comment when checking out is in the sticker they place on your box to seal so make a great notation if giving as a gift. I leave a message to the employees and have never been acknowledged with a thank for your message or hey we noticed your left a message for us, so this was letting me know they don't really read what you've printed just trying to get you order made. I did this because I rate restaurants so now I see they are not necessarily looking at the overall picture of making your order and noticing the small details. I still give them a 5 star for me just testing them is only for my record ratings of the restaurant for the long haul. Maybe next time someone will notice read more

I wanted to love this place but we had a couple issues. They were out of the potato chip cookie but that's not a big deal. The cashier was spaced out and couldn't figure out my change. She ended up giving me a dollar in coin (there were ones in the register). She couldn't tell me anything about the flavors, not even what she'd recommend. The cookies were huge and I wanted to love them but out of our box of 4, only one was baked properly. The others were dough inside. I am a baker and while I do have high standards, the Kentucky butter cake in particular was just goo inside. The chocolate chip was also not cooked. The cookies were more like cake texture instead of cookie. The dulce de leche was baked and was delicious. I really wish I'd had a better experience here but I was really let down. Three stars is because of the dulce de leche. At almost four bucks a cookie they all need to be edible. read more

I wish I knew the name of the girl that waited on me but seeing as how she only interacted with me for five seconds how would I have had the chance to catch her name. We have yet to get the standard chocolate chip or sugar cookie and always get the special cookies. Not all of them are great. You can't go wrong with chocolate. Those have always been delicious. We went by yesterday which I think was the day after they opened. They were VERY busy but handled the line and the crowd well- we only had to wait about ten minutes after ordering. The staff was courteous and upbeat, the space was bright and cheerful. And the cookies are AMAZING. We tried the cake batter, chocolate cake, peach cobbler, and chocolate chip. Loved that they came warm from the oven. I think down the road they are going to serve ice cream too which I can't wait to try paired with a hot cookie. My advice- if you go now, show patience because everyone in midlothian wants to try the new cookie place and they are slammed. If you want to run in and out in two minutes I would give it another week to let the initial rush die down. But definitely try it- so delicious!! read more
