SWEET! Dude...seriously, this place is sweet. We've now got several cookie places in town, but I have to say that Crumbl Cookies takes the cake. First of all, they are open AND DELIVER cookies until MIDNIGHT! What?!? The day I went, they offered 6 flavor options: Snowball (a chocolate cookie with coconut on top), Chocolate Chip (take a wild guess what's in it), Sugar (sugar cookie with a super-sweet pink frosting), Nutella Sea Salt (similar to chocolate chip, except with Nutella filling and a hint of sea salt), Snickerdoodle (exactly what you'd expect), and Carrot Cake (like the perfect cookie version of said cake). Ok...how 'bout some descriptors of the cookies? Huge. Chewy. Soft. Delicious. SWEET. Like the size of a personal pizza...almost. You know what? The frosting on several of the cookies reminded me of cupcake frosting. That's what pushed my sugar craving over the edge of satisfaction. The location is a tiny spot in a strip-mall-esque shopping center. But how much room does one need when buying cookies...and milk? They had a room full of their baking team. I guess they anticipated a mass-exodus of cookies. But hey, I'm not complaining. They were prepared to say the least. Much better than under-prepared. The cost? Apx. $2.00 per cookie when buying a dozen. I'll be interested in going back to try out their other flavors on rotation. read more

Tonight when my family and I walked into the store there were two employees working behind the counter. At this location they have a self-check out tablet up front instead of an employees taking orders. When my family and I walked in neither of the employees acknowledged us in any way or at any point during our visit to the store. We've tried the store in Pocatello, but the Ammon location was new to us. We stopped here when we were running errands on a Friday night. The store was packed with a lot of people inside, but thankfully the line moves fast, both when ordering, and also when picking up your cookies, they have a great system. What I both like, and don't like, is that they change cookies so you never know what cookies they'll have available when you arrive. This time they had chocolate brownie, chocolate buck eye, and cotton candy. Chocolate brownie was served warm, it was soft, moist, and rich. A little hard to eat because it was so soft, it kind of melted in your hands. Same thing with the buck eye cookie. Served soft, warm, gooey, with a wonderful melty peanut butter center. The cotton candy cookie was actually better than I expected. Soft, thick sugar cookie, with a great not overpowering cotton candy frosting, with crunchy little cotton candy candies on top. Four cookies for ten bucks plus tax is not bad considering these are fresh, delicious, large cookies that I didn't have to bake. So good! read more

I waited one night for the Ammon Crumble to get the cookies I wanted baked. I placed my order when they had them back and scheduled an order pick up. I then drove 25 minutes to pick them up to see that they never checked my online order, and they were all gone. So frustrating! read more

Placed an order online to be delivered, once they arrived the order wasn't the same as what was ordered. Called and employee didn't have much to offer, manager would be back in 20 min, called 20 min later and manager would be back in 40 minutes. Paid for the order, delivery and tip and it wasn't my order that arrived. Beware of this location, poor management. read more

99.9% of the time Crumbl cookies hits the nail right on the head! Very rarely do they miss! I love these cookies, moist and delicious!

Without fail, I place large orders ($100+) at least 1-2 hours (sometimes 12+ hrs) in advance and not once has the order been ready when I arrive. What is the point in placing an order to be picked up if you are treated as if you just walked in and ordered? It makes the online ordering process pointless. Staff seem to be busily stocking up on future orders but fail to give attention to waiting customers and orders that have been in the queue for the last hour. Sad. read more

Maybe I'm missing something that people up here get that I don't. I've done some traveling and have hit a lot of bakeries in doing so, not sure what is so special about these cookies. $10 for 4 super dry, super dense, and flavorless baked "goods" is definitely outrageous. From what I can tell, it's pretty overhyped. The people who work there are super friendly, I just can't justify ever spending money on a cookie that is comparable, in taste and consistency, to that of the ones you'd probably find, in bulk, at a chain buffet restaurant. I've already tried a handful of bakeries in my time here in Idaho Falls, this is one place that has no place on my list of places to try. Again, maybe I'm missing something here, but it definitely seems to be an east coast fad that made some waves here in this small northern town but, as far as I'm concerned, their prices are NOT justified. read more

Drove from outside of Shelley to make it before they close at 10:00. Arrived at 9:54 and they were shutting the lights off. If you are are going to advertise that you are open until 10:00 then stay open and do business until 10:00. If you want to quit early then change the sign on the door and you hours of operation on your website. Total garbage. The door was not locked and the employees refused us service. read more
