We were so impressed with how well these were cooked. So soft and moist! We were too full for dessert but they had a nice menu of options. Except the goat cheese, which turned out quite blue-vein. It's as if the meat itself lack that game taste a venison should ideally have, and they're making up for it with the other ingredients.
