Sent to better business bureau on February 3rd 2017. We have been scammed by this company " CRS Services Limited " a sale agent named Nick Zopfi came over our house telling us that he needed 3 houses to give free equipment and that we would have video cameras and the most important thing for them was to start right away because there businesses was conducted on publicity and that they would put a company sign in front of our house for publicity all of that included with the service and that we would only have to pay $50 monthly with a contract of 36 or 60 month witch turned out to be $58.98 because he forgot to tell about taxes witch today 04/28/2017 went to $59.38? First thing : they did install the equipment with out camera the only thing they had was a so call ring ? The next day my wife and I went to report our disappointments to the office ask to cancel this service, some one named Ahmed Operations Manager came to speak to us and said that he was sorry but he would have some one come over the house to put cameras and that we would not have any thing to pay until we are happy. The system after a week or so stoped working and so I went back to CRS office at 9:24 am on February 3rd and asked that they cancel the service because it has stoped working and was having to many stories and lies about this service and were told that the person in charge would be back around 10 am.!!We finally got a phone call at 12:39 pm telling us that we had a contract and that it couldn't be broken? So what happen to we will make sure that you are happy ?? this was to make sure that we pass the 3 days of cancelation and then they get you, I call that scams and we will fight against this company unless they do what they say and take there business else where. The only paperwork that we have is a Work Order that has on the bottom of the page with a customer Price agreement with out any installation date or even stating contract anywhere. We want what was told if we were not happy we would not have to pay anything and that we will be able to retrieve, so we want them to come over take there bad product out of our house and go on with our lives, that has been disturbed because of all the lies they have and ways to get you and after nothing works they tell you that things happen, well I am a business owner my self and trust me if any of my clients are unhappy I make sure that they get what they pay for. I am affiliated with BBB and have 0 complaints but this company in las vegas alone has 9 plus mine= 10!! Yesterday they came back to change the system for the second time was defective, they said that if the system is bad 4 times in one year that we can cancel the contract so will see. The system was put in middle of January 2017 and was billed on January 20th 2017. Sorry We just found out that CRS as already deducted $58,99 out of our bank account and we were told that it would only be one month after installation witch was supposed to be on February 19th. We want them to cancel all transaction refund us of the 58,99 that they withdraw from our account one month early and never sent us a bill statement like they also said they would. read more

Seriously I have no idea why there are so many horror stories. My initial contract with CRS (Monitronics) was 3 years. After 5 years it was time to cancel. So I read the fine print where it said my contract would be renewed on a monthly basis after 3 years and in case of cancelation to send a written cancelation notice to Monitronics . That's exactly what I did. I never called them. They called me a week after receiving my cancelation letter to confirm and although they tried to make me stay with them they were not pushy at all. Everything got cancelled in a timely manner and the 5 years of service I had with them were flawless. I understand the frustration when bad things happens with a company but when good things happen it should also be voiced. Read your contract and don't call them to cancel! No wonder so many get aggravated. read more

I love the system we got from CRS. I typically try to avoid buying from door to door salesmen, But the guy that stopped by my house was very professional, and seemed trustworthy. (I can't say that for every salesman who has stopped by my home!) he was honest and very transparent. I'm ultimately happy with my purchase- the installation went smoothly and the guy installing it explained everything thoroughly. I love that it's not just a security system for my house but I can also control my lights and thermostat when I'm away from home. My favorite is the Ring Doorbell they gave me as well. I can see whoever is ringing my doorbell no matter where I am. Comes in handy. Overall, great company. They're local here in town so when I've called a couple times with questions, someone always answers. Very satisfied customer. read more

Love my system!! Had it a few months now - all my doors and windows are secure and I can finally sleep at night :) I control my entire system from my phone and I got the 'Ring' doorbell with the automatic system. The sweetest lady came out and walked me through the system - she was pleasant and explained all the the benefits and pricing (I think she threw in a few pieces of equipment just so she felt I was getting complete coverage - and she didn't charge me extra) ~ I'm on a fixed budget so she worked with me on the deposit and installation fee. She came back and checked on me and she also followed through with everything she said she would do - this means ALOT. I Love my Alarm! The representative that came to my home was knowledgeable and polite. He gave me a great deal on my home security and my home automation. I even pay less on my monthly service then I did with ADT. The technician who did my Instal was very efficient and did an amazing job. I even purchased a few extra upgrades like the doorbell camera and the thermostat. I can now adjust the temperature in my home from anywhere with my cell phone. I have already saved 60 bucks this month. I absolutely love my new doorbell camera I can see and talk to any one who is at my door through my cell phone, even when I'm away from home. I forgot to mention that Mike was a wonderful technician on my last review, he recently returned to activate the new door locks for our new home automation system we have. Now I can open my door locks from my phone which is very handy. I used it twice already to have my mom go in the house while I'm not there to hang up new curtains. Mike also mounted our flat screen TV even though its not part of his job, but he saw my husband struggling and offered to help. We've had the security system for 4 months now and everything is working properly. We did a lot of research, had estimates from 3 different companies for our home in North Las Vegas. We picked CRS because the sales rep-Adam Carlyle was very professional and knowledgeable. He was not a pushy salesman and gave us all the information needed for us to pick CRS. The installer was also very helpful and knowledgeable. We had 2 issues after the initial installation but they were quickly resolved. Great response time. The Monitronics alarm system is fine. No complaints there. My problem is with CRS. First off they knock on your door with a pressure sales pitch, telling you how your alarm system and installation is free "don't tell the neighbors, we are using your house as advertising. Don't worry, you can cancel the monitoring agreement at anytime". They lie to your face about the fact that you can cancel at anytime. They say whatever it is you want to hear to get you to sign a contract with them. They are rude and pushy. DO NOT trust anything these people tell you. read more

I'm a single mom with 2 small kids, so when I purchased my house in 2013 I was looking for some extra security. I put it off as much as I could because of the cost. I was referred to CRS by a friend. The sales person Sergio was great, he took the time to explain how the system worked and he didn't try to sell me on anything that didn't fit my needs. I called a few companies to come out and give me quotes for alarm systems. Melissa came out and was so nice and professional. She did everything she could to make sure my home protected properly. After getting all the bids Melissa's was not cheapest and not the highest. But after having this representative of this company in my home I decided to go with CRS. That was a few months ago. Just got home from college to visit my parents. 4 hour drive and i had a friend with me, was going to show her our place before taking her to her parents. My parents weren't home yet. I called them and they turned off the alarm from their phone and unlocked front door. I forgot that we could do that. So happy because I was exhausted.
