They did a whole bunch of troubleshooting and ultimately came down to the ceiling fan that we bought had a year faulty piece of equipment. The office was incredibly responsive and even sent two different people out just to verify and make sure that they could do everything in their power to make sure that we were taken care of. I share this because although this was a really small task I was completely impressed with how they conduct themselves. The pride that they had in their work made me a strong believer. We have had Vertechs relocate light fixtures in our ceiling and walls as well as relocate and add fire detectors. They have serviced our breaker box as well as interior and exterior outlets. Last week they were at our home as we were having issues with original outlets installed by the builder shutting off and becoming extremely hot.
