THE SAME STATEMENT WAS MADE BY "Dan", when I phoned to discuss this issue!!! I am a very meticulous African American Woman and I DO NOT run my household in such a manner. If the light is NOT to be on, I will ensure it is NOT on, by ensuring repaired properly! I will get this issue resolved by a company that treats me as fairly as they take my money!!!!!
