A loose wire in an outlet knocked out 1/2 the power in the house and John and Hunter had it traced down and repaired/replaced in no time, (for real under 20 minutes!) I had to cancel the appt two weeks in advance, before any work was performed, and I was told I would receive a full refund. What followed was weeks of unanswered emails, repeated follow-ups, and multiple promises that the refund would be processed "soon" or by a certain date. After filing a dispute with my credit card company, I decided to give them one more opportunity to resolve the issue directly. I called and was told the appropriate person was in a meeting and would return my call. Believing the matter was finally being handled, I canceled the dispute. Unfortunately no call ever came. After calling back again and continuing to get nowhere, I had to reopen the dispute. It has now been over 4 1/2 weeks, and they still have not reimbursed my down payment despite no work being performed and no materials being provided. Extremely poor communication and follow-through. It is unfortunate that keeping a customer's money appears to have mattered more than protecting the company's reputation.

Open junctions, inoperable outlets and switches, questionable wiring, and unfinished projects: these are some of the trappings of owning an older home. Paul came out to do an estimate on our project. I had the project bid by multiple companies. Winner's attitude, willingness to take on the project, and prompt follow up with a quote earned them the job. We had a scheduling mishap, but I won't take stars off for that. It was resolved quickly. I am super happy with the work completed. The electricians came out and worked most of the day in all areas of my home. They replaced breakers, outlets, switches, and resolved loose and unsafe wiring that was downstairs and in my garage. Winner answered my questions, and if something didn't seem right, they worked together to find the root cause of the issue rather than applying a workaround. I was so happy with the work completed, that I hired Winner back a second time, a couple weeks later, to complete the wiring to an outbuilding and reconfigure the wiring in my garage. That work was largely completed Friday - waiting on a part to finish up a couple aspects, but I'm happy with this work as well. I would use their services again, and I would recommend to others.
