There are many smaller stores as well as some bigger stores like Dillard's, Nordstrom, Barnes and Noble, Restoration Hardware, and many others. There are also several restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, Ted's Montana Grill, Maggiano's, and many others. There is plenty of parking around some of the bigger stores. Santa is usually there around the holidays.

We were impressed with the quality of items, the prices and the variety of colors and sizes. We also found the Attendant who was manning the changing rooms area to be very professional and helpful when we were looking for alternate sizes. I have to say I was very impressed with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be adding it to my list of places to shop in Jacksonville.

One business that stands out and is giving this entire complex a bad name. My girl was just so mistreated at this liquor store and when I investigated further I found more negative comment then most places who survive usually get. So I wonder why the people who lease out his space continue to do so??? Maybe this review will expose and correct this one huge issue?? Till then I will no longer be going to the "fine wine liquor store" in this area and because of this will probably do ALL of my shopping elsewhere.

I shop this center often- it's the closest grocery store to my home and offer several different…read morebusinesses. I shop Publix often and eat at various restaurants here- including Tijuana Flats, Deerwood Diner and Open Sushi. Some business have not survived the Covid-19 closures- we lost Snowgenix (which I loved). On the flip side- we gained Rowe's Grocery on the other side of the center. This is one of the more dangerous parking lots I frequent. One way aisles for parking- there are plenty of times I have been facing someone going the wrong way. I have seen numerous people enter the center on the wrong side of the median at the entrance. I have seen plenty of accidents and hit and runs. My near- misses are pretty high myself. You will see people speed through the parking lot and people who are going so slow you could walk past them. Add pedestrians and cyclists- this is easily a recipe for disaster. This shopping center is bigger than it looks and has several ways in and out- there is an access road for the bus system that runs parallel with Southside. The center is situated between Old Baymeadows and Baymeadows- and you can enter in from either road and numerous points. Even with high risk for vehicle damage- this is still one of my most visited shopping centers. Drive safe and watch out for the other guy...

I went there to return 2 items that I had purchased online. Labels attached and receipt on hand. She took a deep breath and made me feel like I was committing some sort of fraud. Meanwhile I was purchasing at least $250 worth of items and returning just 2 pieces of clothing. I asked to speak with a supervisor but never showed up. I will take this matter further, because I love Tjmaxx and don't want to stop shopping because of this location.
