They helped me with my resume, how to present my experience, and so much more. I got the package that included a career counseling session, and I actually had my session the day before an interview. It helped me so much and gave me the confidence I needed going into the interview. The price may seem a little high at first, but the confidence and support I received were worth so much more to me. I'm now working at a great job, and I honestly don't think I would have felt as confident throughout the process without their help. I'm really thankful for everything they did for me and would definitely recommend them!

Simply the best! I reached out to YES career coaching…read morebecause I was feeling stuck and ready for a change in my work. My resume was OK, but I wanted to put my best foot forward. The team did a fantastic job on rewriting my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile. I ended up applying to a handful of jobs and got an interview immediately. What ended up happening though is that during the resume rewriting process, I developed this newfound confidence in my work that I never had before and I was going to go after what I wanted to do. I started to network with people that I knew in my area at different companies and ended up with an opportunity that was a perfect fit for me. Since I was a referral, the management team was not too focused on my resume but I ended up getting the job! I am thrilled to start this next chapter of my career and I have to thank YES career coaching for guiding me to see the light I had inside of me so that I can show up and be the best version of myself. Highly recommend!!

1 Star I paid $1,800…read morefor Yes Career Coaching because I was looking for professional guidance to improve my job search and secure a cybersecurity position. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I initially left a 1-star review because I was disappointed with the service and the lack of results. After I posted the review, I was contacted and asked to remove it. I was told that they would work with me, take a better approach, and help me with my job search, and I was given assurances that I would receive better support and results. Based on those assurances, I decided to give the service another chance and removed my review. Unfortunately, after giving them approximately another two months, I did not notice any meaningful improvement or change in my job-search results. I have several years of IT and cybersecurity experience and relevant industry certifications, and I have been actively applying for cybersecurity positions. Despite this, I did not see the level of recruiter interest, interviews, or opportunities that I expected after investing $1,800 in professional career coaching. I understand that no career coaching company can guarantee someone a job, and I never expected an absolute guarantee of employment. However, when someone pays $1,800 for a professional coaching service, they should reasonably expect personalized guidance, a clear strategy, consistent support, and measurable progress. What was especially disappointing to me was that I removed my original 1-star review because I trusted the assurances that things would improve. After giving the service additional time, I still did not see meaningful changes. I am sharing this review based on my personal experience so that others can make an informed decision before spending a significant amount of money on career coaching. Unfortunately, for me, the $1,800 investment did not provide the value or results I was expecting.

All of it exceeded my highest expectations. My new resume helped me get hired as a management consultant within a few weeks after moving to the area. I'd never had my resume professionally written until working with Jacob and I had some anxieties about it. But, whereas I had written my own resume based almost strictly on descriptions of accomplishments (many of them based on my military experience), Jacob's ability to take those accomplishments and translate them into industry-relevant and high-level language was incredibly impressive. Even given my professional writing experience, I will never write my own resume again. A few more highlights: Jacob's "dream job" exercise was very effective at helping us zero in on the jobs that I was applying for and the resume that would snag them. To check on the quality of our work, he floated my resume within his own network at one of the companies that I was applying to. When we received feedback, Jacob insisted on further tailoring my resume before we could call it a day, and thereby guaranteed an outstanding final product. That extra mile was a noteworthy effort on his part that really stood out. In summary, I highly recommend that others use Resume Services Pro Team. I simply could never touch the quality of their work on my own. Especially to other military veterans but also to each and every professional in general, hiring Jacob for his expert touch can be an extraordinarily valuable investment, and that's exactly what the outcome was for me.
