They helped me with my resume, how to present my experience, and so much more. I got the package that included a career counseling session, and I actually had my session the day before an interview. It helped me so much and gave me the confidence I needed going into the interview. The price may seem a little high at first, but the confidence and support I received were worth so much more to me. I'm now working at a great job, and I honestly don't think I would have felt as confident throughout the process without their help. I'm really thankful for everything they did for me and would definitely recommend them!

If you know someone who could benefit from an ADD/ADHD coach, Abigail is hands down the best…read more She's more than just an experienced specialist in coaching people who have (or know people who have) ADHD - she's also got tremendous wisdom in coaching through various life, career, & family issues. My favorite aspects about Abigail's style as a coach: her pragmatic & practical approach, offering great insight and ideas to try out to help overcome any obstacles you're facing. And just as not everyone is the same or faces the same challenges, Abigail really takes the time to get to know each of her clients and doesn't prescribe a "one size fits all" approach to coaching either. Her ideas are specific, tailored, and when we try them out and they aren't working (rare), she goes back to the drawing board and provides some other ways to try it. I cannot recommend Abigail highly enough.

Short version - if you're stuck in a rut and can't seem to decide how to help yourself or someone…read moreelse, contacting Abigail is a great first step. Long version - I contacted Abigail after recognizing that my spouse had ADHD. My spouse was reluctant to even consider that diagnosis or meet with someone to determine if it could be true. Abigail was able to suggest a different conversational approach that was instantly more successful. We met with her a few times as a couple, and then my spouse continued to meet with her independently, either in-person or via video conferencing. ADHD is not something that an individual or a couple can learn to manage quickly, but Abigail provided us with some concrete suggestions to implement in our day-to-day lives. At some point after my spouse stopped the individual sessions, I reached a point where I was really struggling (ADHD can be 2 steps forward, 1 step back, which takes a toll on family members), and I contacted Abigail again. Once again, she was able to help me with my sanity and point me in the right direction to help my spouse more effectively. Both times, it was a huge help to have someone who listened, understood, and had practical advice for handling these issues.

Working with Dr Drell has been life changing. Seeing him was the best decision and investment I…read morehave ever made in my life. I felt understood and that there was hope from the very first meeting with Dr Drell. He helped me through the worst time in my life when I felt depressed, anxious, confused and trapped. Even more important, he helped me see clearly how I was limiting myself in areas of my life that I thought were unchangeable. And he helped me develop the skills to change my way of thinking and reacting. I have worked with several psychiatrists and therapists, most have been supportive and caring but Dr Drell is all this AND so much more. He gets to the real heart of things quickly and helped me change my basic views and feelings about myself and what was possible. He is perceptive, practical, warm, and able to give very honest helpful feedback and he is very funny. His genuine compassion and caring makes it easy to discuss anything, face painful realities, and move forward. He focuses on the real issues that are happening now. He doesn't dwell on the past. He asks great questions and has wise practical advice that opened my mind to new ways of thinking. He helped me clearly see what I was totally unaware of and also face what I was avoiding. On the downside, he is in demand and I had to wait for an opening. But from the first meeting I knew I had made the right decision. Despite being busy I always felt he was there for me and available. I could always depend on him. Working with him helped me feel better than I ever imagined possible. I have never been more successful and happier. My decision to see Dr Drell was the best choice and investment I have ever made for my life.
