My 30 min consultation with Katherine was really helpful! I learned formatting tips and ways to beef up my resume by adding a header, summary, and core competencies and creating sectional dividers. She recommended outcome-based bullet points that highlight the benefits and quantify the results rather than a laundry list of tasks. Katherine was friendly and thorough and even had enough time to quickly proofread my hubby's resume. It was really nice to get an extra set of eyes! While the $299 starter package seems a bit pricey, it's a good deal considering that you are equipped with the A team of an interviewer, drafter, and editor. They will rewrite your resume and can fine tune and belt out those bullet points. While my resume could use a few tweaks, the starter package is a great option if you're looking for a resume overhaul without doing all the guess work. I found the resume consultation surprisingly useful. Would highly recommend it and consider the packages!

I have interviewed in the past with very young Recruiters, have a bad feeling about them...giggly, unprofessional, silly, un-professional, and have no idea about what it is like to be a consummate professional in the USA, anymore. The most recent Recruiter I spoke with in Ashburn, VA. was a constant giggler! Sooooooo... Annoying. She was NOT working at Woodbridge, per se. but that is the type of Recruiter that I have been running into, all throughout the Virginia area. I am hoping for a much better experience with Woodbridge? Chris was my personal trainer at a local gym in NoVa for over 5 years and I couldn't have asked for…read morea better fit. He is kind, thoughtful, and always pushed me to go beyond my comfort zone in my workouts without making me feel like he was asking too much of me. My physical therapist also worked out at my gym and one time they learned who each other was and, without me present, spent time discussing ways to improve my mobility after knee surgery I had recently had.
