She has also helped me incorporate some mindful practices in my life when things feel heavy... which I never thought I'd be able to do. When Huma went on maternity leave, there was a seamless transition to Alyssa McCall for that duration. I again felt really fortunate that they didn't leave me hanging and matched me with another provider. Alyssa was also great! It is hard switching from one provider to another, but Alyssa offered new perspective and some different tools that I've held onto since going back to Huma. Finally, Michell Stanley was able to accommodate my partner and me very quickly for sessions, and that has been a huge help. She is very good at what she does and very understanding.
