The weekend was beautifully crafted to create a container for ease, discovery and rest. The accommodations were lush near the Potomac River providing space to be in nature and disconnect. The schedule included a grounding ceremony, ice breakers, reiki, group discussions, intention setting, integration and time for rest.  They facilitated my journey with the utmost care. Curating a dynamic playlist to enhance the experience, ensuring my safety and supporting my requests for comfort. The entire experience was treated with intention from the consultation call at the beginning through the two months of integration. I'm grateful to have had them as my facilitators to process, challenge, and support me on this healing journey.

Hypnosis and hypnotherapy were entirely new to me. Xir immediately made me feel heard and was genuinely interested in my well-being. In just my first session, I felt so in awe of the world that Xir helped me create. They always listen and implement my feedback during the sessions. I am lucky to have found a mindful, intentional, and clearly skilled hypnotist. I have already had multiple sessions and I am eager to go back to my next appointment!

Her class is the perfect mix: evidence-based and effective! Everything I learned from Lindsey I applied during my pregnancy and well into my baby's delivery; as a result I had a much better experience than I could have anticipated, one that was more relaxed and comfortable. That's good for baby and mama alike! Best of all, she reminded us that we always have options when deciding how, where, and by whom our baby would be delivered. It was an empowering lesson - and that feeling of "I got this" is crucial for birthing. All in all, we're thrilled we took the class, and will continue to use some of the calming techniques that prove helpful for everyday life, including baby-raising! PS. For the skeptics out there, this isn't woo-woo stuff. It's practical, evidence-based, and time-tested. And Lindsey is the perfect teacher to impart it all.

I had no idea what Akashic Records was (truth be told, I only read the first half of the Finding Your Calling headline) but now that I know, I'm definitely spreading the word! Alice acted as a host and introduced us to the medium who would be guiding us through our Akashic Record journey. We had a small group of strangers that ended laughing, crying, and exchanging numbers at the end of the night. The questions we asked were based on things we had submitted as a whole but we were also able to received personalized messages as well. One of the messages I received was so clear that it sent me on a trip literally a few weeks before quarantine began and life as we know it has changed. I'm thankful to Alice for opening my eyes to the mystical and making it really easy to understand. During COVID times she does virtual sound bath meditation classes that will relax you and help you get the best sleep of your life. She also has a very reasonable monthly membership through Patreon which gives you access to workbooks, classes, and other special items to help you get to know yourself a bit better. I highly recommend checking her out!

In our initial call, David claimed one session could cure my trauma. Already a red flag…read more When I arrived at my appointment, David led me to an empty floor of the building and an empty office. I did not feel safe. The first half (yes half!) of the session was David patronizingly explaining physical and spiritual concepts without soliciting feedback. I know what a chakra is. I know that the human body can carry an electrical current. I couldn't get a word in edgewise to say that, or to disagree with some of his wilder claims. The energy healing itself wasn't helpful for me, which is fine - clearly we weren't exactly vibing. My real complaint there is that I told him "This isn't really working for me," and he gave me this smug look and said, "Oh it's working." He also left the room for the last five or so minutes of the session without saying anything. I'd look for energy healing elsewhere.
