Brett is exceptional, talented and caring. A really great combination for a coach!…read more The past 6 years for me have been a real Sh*t storm. People are always commenting that they would have been crushed by what I have been through. And, yes, I went through it (still am going through it), but instead of counting my victories, I counted my challenges. It was ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER. Half the time I could not set my feet long enough to counter punch. Sometimes all I could do was jab; Pivot to the next problem and return, quickly, to the initial problem just to parry what was still developing there. Eventually you ask "why me"? -Really Bad Question, that one; 'Cause your brain MUST answer questions. My brain said, "Because you are a loser". That was more crushing than the totality of all of my problems. But after half a decade of getting crushed... you weaken a little. Brett quickly assessed me, my situations and my talents. He was like: "Dude! You got it all wrong! Your Crushing each and every battle... They are massive. They are relentless! You win every time!" He made me see that these were all external forces. I had NO control over them and my responses were amazing! I suddenly saw all of the WINS I had been amassing all along the way. With his help, once I started counting my victories instead of my challenges. I was crushing life!! -Still am :)

Due to covid it was virtual and she made the class very engaging and interactive. She's a wonderful coach, teacher and intuitive. I recommend her to everyone!

Nicky is wonderful and communicates quickly and efficiently. She is kind and supports local organizations which is what I look for in a business. She supports the Ulman foundation and hosts young people impacting by cancer so we can focus on us and escape for a bit. My expectation is not that the salt cave experience replaces my medical advice from my doctors or care team. I have been to the salt cave 4-5 times and then chose to host a birthday party in the cave with sound medication. I had the place with just my 5 girlfriends and it was so fun. Just FYI, I love the sound medication but if you have sound sensitivity know going in it's a lot of different types of sounds and can get loud or high pitched. I will absolutely go back and book a private party for the salt cave. It's an amazing atmosphere with a sauna and Nicky runs groups and has an e-mail blast with all the upcoming events. I am in no way affiliated or being compensated for this review, I honestly am just so thankful for Nicky, her support of Ulman, and her kind vibe. Can't wait for my next visit!
