The care this treatment center provides is amazing and the relationships and community within the building are truly so special. They're extremely open, welcoming and caring. It's truly the epitome of a judgement free zone. Mountain Manor Treatment Center provides services and care to individuals, both minors and adults, who are and/or have struggled with addition. Typically drug related, at least from my experience with individuals I have worked with. The growth, resources, love, and laughter the workers provide is truly one of a kind and I look forward to volunteering here more.

What kind of place drives you away from your biggest support system. "Co-dependent relationships are not healthy." When you are in PRISON you have to rely on your family for money for phone calls and canteen!! Also, a child involved and they think this is healthy? Dr Mitchell (psychologist) is, by far, the best therapist I have ever had. She's grounded, practical, and despite a heavy case load, was willing to add me on in a pinch when I was going through a personal crisis and needed therapy services. Dr Astrada (psychiatrist prescribing meds) is a sweet man, simple and straight forward. The office is beautiful, immaculately clean, and organized. The front desk staff always remember you and take the time to work with you. They do have issues answering the phones at times, but this is the nature of this type of organization. The volume of calls that come in are quite excessive (as observed by me in the waiting room and comparing to the clinic where I work), and sometimes calls cannot be returned right away. However, I have always gotten a call back promptly. I highly recommend this place and you'll love all of the mosaic artwork. Dr Mitchell ROCKS! :D

I have been going here for a year. They are shamefully unprofessional. I missed my appointment…read more(first one ever in a year). I have always shown up 10 min. prior to my appointment, and sometimes was left waiting for an hour to be seen. When I called to reschedule my appointment, I left 2 messages on that day. The following day, I called 4 times, leaving 3 messages. Still no one called me back. I used my daughter's phone and called and they answered on the 2nd ring to tell me to walk in the next day, and be there early b/c they only take 5 walk-ins. I have children, go to school, married and live on the other side of town. This is a complete hardship for me. I am changing counseling. I cannot believe this is a place to get therapy.
