I have also benefited from many reiki sessions with Terry and also some with Danielle. If you are unfamiliar with reiki ask questions and decide if it is right for you, Terry is very knowledgeable. It took me over a year to convince my Mom to make time to get reiki, now she sees the benefits and goes every 2 weeks and has also convinced her siblings and friends who are equally pleased. Many of the center patrons bring family and friends and I was also originally introduced to the center by one of my dear friends from college. Some other services I enjoy are reflexology and hypnosis. They are both very relaxing but meet very different goals of mine. Pure also has very reasonable prices. I moved to California a couple of months ago and am struggling to find a place that has half the offerings of Pure, whenever I come back to Baltimore which is often I like to schedule a half day of services at Pure Integrated Health .
