First they clearly told me they were all in network with my insurance, and then after the acupuncture session they told me my practitioner could not accept insurance, but somehow nobody knew about it beforehand. I realized too late that this place is utterly mismanaged and incompetent. The manager said it could take weeks or longer to get things straight on their end. Since they know ZERO about acupuncture, they do now know or care that it is useless to start acupuncture and then wait weeks or months for a follow-up. Then they refused to let me make a follow up appointment with any other acupuncturist that actually could actually accept my insurance. This place is shady, duplicitous, and without ethics, and I would highly recommend you stay away.

I bought a living social coupon for a great price (under $60 for a 90 min massage)...so I wasn't expecting much. When I called to make an appt, the receptionist kindly told me that living social deals weren't available on weekends, and gave me options during the week. I arrived a few mins early as requested to fill out paperwork. The place was as expected, an office suite made as much into a spa as possible. The front area was a bit cluttered, but it didn't bother me. The receptionist was extremely friendly. I met my massage therapist, Jamaise, and she was super nice. Took me into my massage room, and it was one of the biggest I've ever been in. Clean, dim light, soft music, and smelled good...all the things you want when getting a massage. Again, not fancy, so if you're looking for that, go elsewhere. Jamaise was amazing!!! She was respectful of my wishes, and gave an extremely relaxing, yet productive, massage. I would definitely go back to see her again. Check out with the living social deal was seamless, and I just left a cash tip. All in all, it gets 5 stars because it was better than I expected it to be for the price I paid, and the massage itself was fantastic!

By chance I found the blessing that is Jessica at the end of last year, and with her guidance I can feel little pieces of myself mending back together. In each part of my journey with grief Jessica has served as a check point on my climb to healing. I'm in no way healed, and I actually now don't think "healed" is a positive state to try and be in. Knowing yourself, learning your body and your spirit is a constant practice, healing is everyday. And jessica is a mirror of this. She's reflected to me that my feelings are valid, that the my safe space dwells in my body and that I have agency over it. I'm recommending her to every one- deep rooted trauma and everyday maintenance we all need to check in with ourselves, and if you need a guide- she's got you.
