In the past 4 years, I had gained 40+ lbs due to some special medicine I was taking (and probably some overeating of hamburgers too haha). I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it. Juice cleanses, special diets, pills, multiple private trainers, you name it and I had done it. Unfortunately, nothing stuck. Knowing my wedding was just around the corner, I had to do something to get the weight off for good. I wanted to feel confident on my wedding day! I found Lindsay through a quick yelp search and was intrigued. Let's get this straight. This is not a special fad diet or some strict eating plan, its a way of life! Lindsay gives you the tools, skills, and mindset to make a long lasting change in your lifestyle. During the course of the 6 weeks, I lost 8+ lbs and now (more than 3 months later) I'm still continuing to lose weight by following what she taught me. I plan to be at my goal weight in the next 3 months (in time for my wedding!) And most importantly, I feel fantastic!!!!! I feel like a whole new person. I was always looking for that quick/easy way to lose weight and while I have been successful in the past, it always comes back. With Lindsay's program, I feel confident that this is something I can keep up with long term and I have already seen amazing results. Not only do I notice a physical change, but mentally I feel so much better as well. I am sleeping better and have more energy. As other reviewers have said, this is not a strict or fad diet but a different way of life. I eat out a lot and starting this program I was worried I wasn't going to be able to do that. However, Lindsay taught me some tips and tricks so that I can still eat out, drink and socialize but still eat healthy and it can still taste good.
