I need to give credit where it's due and deserved. I've been struggling with serious back pain. I finally gave it and went to see Dr Paul, wow what a difference after just one visit. I was so skeptical but was proved wrong. I had some anxiety about it but after talking with him, he explained what was going on and how he would treat it. I left feeling a small bit of relief and woke up today with such relief, it's incredible. I highly recommend him! On a side note, my father was seen by Dr Bartlinski (grandfather) many years ago and was extremely pleased. It's definitely a well known family practice that is still going strong! read more

Hurt my back suddenly and decided to go to a chiropractor. My insurance is wonky right now (thanks Obama) so I decided to get their Groupon for two visits to save some money and not throw away part of my deductible. Office staff was friendly. The first visit took forever- I think they were overbooked and understaffed in terms of number of doctors. But the other clients who are clearly regulars seem to enjoy coming back and the staff wasn't unattentive or flustered at any time. The groupon included face time with the doctor, posture scanning, electric stimulation, manual adjusting, hydro massage and more. Even after the first visit I was feeling better. The second visit they were still understaffed a bit with nurses/techs as the woman answering the phone was also the one ushering me room to room. PS- they have a 'cash' plan that other docs participate in too. ~$30 per year and every visit with them is $40. Granted, check your insurance first to see what's cheaper. read more

Dr. Ed and his staff have always been a courteous, prompt, and understanding practice. When I was dealing with stress and lower back issues, I knew I didn't want to go to just any chiropractor. I've always felt weird about having people touch me and I'd never been to chiropractor in my life. Sure, I'd had physical therapy before but not through Dr. Ed and his staff. I arrived nervous and uncertain as to what my visit would hold (again, I'd never had to go to a chiropractor before, so it was extremely different for me). Rhonda was the first face I saw at the front desk. She was warm, open, and very friendly and helped me understand any of the paperwork I wasn't certain of (hey, sometimes you can forget when you see a different medical history form in a new office you're nervous in). My first inquiry had to deal with my insurance, which I figured, their practice likely would not take. Luckily, Rhonda worked out with me what I would owe out of pocket (I was extremely surprised and pleasantly so). My second was the frequency of my visits. I was informed of how much it would cost each time just so that I would be reminded. Payment was never an issue for me. Considering I was readjusting my lowerback and learning better techniques on how to take better care of it, I can definitely say I received my money's worth from the services provided by Dr. Ed and his staff. I was made to feel welcomed and when I expressed my nervousness, I was given the utmost understanding and assurance. It didn't feel weird. It didn't feel awkward. I had people that would talk to me. I didn't feel like "just another patient." I felt like a friend. I felt like I was family. Look, if you are in need of a great chiropractor and staff, you need to come see Dr. Ed and his crew. They're a great bunch, have great senses of humor, and make you feel like you aren't the odd one out in a doctor's office. read more

5 stars don't do it justice. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and they make it a point to know your name and remember you. I originally went because of a Groupon but have since been more than glad to pay cash for their services. On top of the most friendly staff of any office in any profession anywhere in America they are amazing chiropractors. I used to spend 5 months at a time sleeping on a cot in remote corners of the globe and when I would get back and get an adjustment I felt like a new man again. This is the most incredible team. When I first came in, I was in a lot of pain with my neck and shoulder and needed to sit in a recliner to sleep. With physical therapy and chiropractic treatment, I have seen huge improvements. The doctors here are very knowledgeable and encouraging, they explain everything they are doing and have given me a series of exercises I can do at home. Dr Ed and his team have treated me for an issue with my neck for several years although the last couple years I have been out of the area. This morning I returned and we picked up where we left off. The entire team is friendly and helpful and the care is outstanding. It's a family practice for chiropractic and now physical therapy and every patient is treated like family. I am giving this practice 1 star if I could give 0 I would, however the chiropractor was nice so 1 star it is. My husband and I had car accident and didn't have pip so called and spoke to Rhonda and was told they do 3rd party billing and if we didn't go through that they took our insurance. She was very nice on phone. She however didn't explain what 3rd party billing was (paying out of pocket-found this out later). Our visit was good with the chiropractor, he was great, when we were leaving though it was close to closing so Rhonda was a little snippy and not so friendly. We didn't go back to the office again and decided to finish treatment elsewhere. I called the office few weeks later since car insurance never received any of the bills or notes. Rhonda kept insisting that we have to go through 3rd party billing and I told her how do we have to if you take our insurance? everywhere else we have been seen put it through insurance and after me telling her to cool down because she was getting nasty over phone she finally asked what insurance we have? So I told her and she said they don't take that. However, from my first phone call with her she said they did and it was no problem. Hmm seems odd. She told me I had to make appt to be released from chiropractor and I told her I didn't want to so she said then I have to come in and sign self release form. So few weeks later I show up to sign this "form". Guess what didn't exist. I go in tell Rhonda my name and that I'm here to sign the form and she points to an office door and says "I think through there". How do you think? You work there! So I go in and the lady had to keep going to reception to ask Rhonda what she needed. Turns out I wasted time and money going in to an office for a non exsistant form. Then the lady tells me when I told her I wasted time that there were "too many hands in the pot." Not something a business should say and they should try to fix what is wrong not just blow it off. Not only that but the only "hand that was in the pot" was Rhonda's. Wow is all I have to say. Hopefully the bill I now have to pay isn't twice as much as a normal patients because it's a car accident and it's being paid out of pocket. read more

I always leave my appointments feeling a little taller and aligned, refreshed and restored. Dr. Ed makes reasonable suggestions from time to time, always backed by research and facts. The pro-adjuster machine helps them identify exactly what is going on and provides actual measurements to help them determine what your adjustment needs are that day.
