He took the time to explain to me my condition (headaches stemming from tightened neck muscles pulling on my cervical spine causing misalignment). He also explained to me every procedure/technique he would perform to realign my spine though the use models and diagrams. Overall, I did notice a significant decrease in the number of headaches I would experience since being treated by him. Also, his staff is very welcoming and will actually know you by name, and they are also very accommodating with scheduling. I had been disappointed within the past few years with a (different) Bowie-based practice but gave it another shot with Precise after a strongly positive word-of-mouth recommendation. If you are in any sort of pain-- back or neck or shoulder or feet or even wrist-- please make an appointment (also easy to reschedule if necessary). Dr. Hands is very knowledgeable beyond just chiropractic manipulation-- he augments adjustments with exercises that are essentially physical therapy. If you keep up with them on your own, you will experience relief. His goal is to quickly return you to painless functionality for sports or everyday life.
