I had been disappointed within the past few years with a (different) Bowie-based practice but gave it another shot with Precise after a strongly positive word-of-mouth recommendation. If you are in any sort of pain-- back or neck or shoulder or feet or even wrist-- please make an appointment (also easy to reschedule if necessary). Dr. Hands is very knowledgeable beyond just chiropractic manipulation-- he augments adjustments with exercises that are essentially physical therapy. If you keep up with them on your own, you will experience relief. His goal is to quickly return you to painless functionality for sports or everyday life. Dry-needling treatments have been life-changing. It's also worth mentioning that Dr. Hands is really a great guy.
