He took the time to explain to me my condition (headaches stemming from tightened neck muscles pulling on my cervical spine causing misalignment). Overall, I did notice a significant decrease in the number of headaches I would experience since being treated by him. Also, his staff is very welcoming and will actually know you by name, and they are also very accommodating with scheduling. I am normally a bit hesitant about seeing chiropractors, but decided to go for it. I was able to get an appointment the following week- they offered me several different days/times- and I completed the new patient paperwork packet found online. When I arrived, they were very friendly and organized. They processed my insurance and went over my insurance benefits with me ahead of time, which was great. Dr. Rowe was great- he spent some time examining me and explaining what was going on. After we came up with a plan, he asked me if I wanted to start treatment, and I said yes. We did some electrotherapy, stretching, and manipulation. I walked out feeling great, and he's fixed about 85-90% of the issues/pain I was having! I'm going back next week- he thought I'd need a few visits to fix it- and he gave me a few exercises to do at home in the meantime. Overall, two thumbs up!

I had been disappointed within the past few years with a (different) Bowie-based practice but gave it another shot with Precise after a strongly positive word-of-mouth recommendation. If you are in any sort of pain-- back or neck or shoulder or feet or even wrist-- please make an appointment (also easy to reschedule if necessary). Dr. Hands is very knowledgeable beyond just chiropractic manipulation-- he augments adjustments with exercises that are essentially physical therapy. If you keep up with them on your own, you will experience relief. His goal is to quickly return you to painless functionality for sports or everyday life. Dry-needling treatments have been life-changing. It's also worth mentioning that Dr. Hands is really a great guy. Pain relief is my goal and I'd take it even if it came with terrible bedside manner, so this is just a pleasant bonus. He is friendly, funny, and he always asks follow-up life questions (he must take notes but even so, it feels great to feel memorable!)

I've dealt with chiropractors in the past and wasn't too thrilled to come to another because I thought I would be pulled, cracked, and snapped...but that was far from the truth with this practice. After sitting down and speaking with Dr. Taber about my concerns/fears and disappointments from my past, my mind was put at ease. I came in for my initial consultation and I was instantly impressed. The entire staff was friendly and eager to assist me. I was then seen by Dr. Ted Taber, the husband, of this married couple duo who owns this chiropractic practice. He assessed my medical situation. What impressed me the most was that since he took a look at my previous tests, he wasn't certain about something and didn't want to make any adjustments on me until he was 100% certain on a few things. He opted to have me go back for another round of testing, before he would treat me. I can appreciate his thoroughness and due diligence with the severity of my case. When I arrive, I have a normal routine that changes slightly when I come in - a few stretches/exercises, therapy, and then get adjusted. I never feel rushed or like I can't ask questions. It's a very therapeutic and organized process. I've seen videos on simple everyday things that can help me and had in-depth conversations on positions that could potentially make huge difference in my pain level. Although I've only been seen a few times thus far, I've noticed a slight improvement. I've been told it's going to get worse before it gets better and it will be minor differences in my pain level at first, but I welcome anything that can assist my chronic medical condition, even if it takes time. I started going to him for my severe neck/shoulder/upper back pain 2 years ago and I continue to see him if/when the pain resurfaces (usually triggered by stress). He was thorough from the get-go in determining the exact location and cause of my pain, and not only did he treat the pain but we developed a long-term strategy with specific exercises to strengthen the muscles in my neck and upper back! How many chiropractors do you know that actually want to heal you so you don't return? :) After "trying" a different chiropractor near my home (who didn't help and actually CAUSED more aggravated pain!), I realized that Dr. Yousefi's method is actually very cautious, targeted, and less-aggressive than some other chiropractors. That approach works miraculously for me in treating the pain effectively. Also important to note that he treats TMJ issues! Dr. Yousefi genuinely cares about his patients - and you don't see that very often in healthcare today. I highly recommend him for any back pain or nerve issues.

I have been so impressed with Dr Raymond's great knowledge on how to correct intense pain from…read moreneck and back pain but most importantly planter fascia that had tears around it that was extremely painful in which my podiatrist simply told me to wear an orthopedic boot and stay off my feet for eight weeks. Are you kidding me? So Dr Raymond told me he could heal it through laser, ultra sound and a combination of other modalities. I have had two weeks of two days a week and less pain already.
